I follow lots of animal rescue blogs, and @the_pipsqueakery has always been one of my favorites. Rats, as many of you know, are my favorite animal (closely followed by dogs) and rodents/small animals have a special place in my heart. This wonderful charity has created and shared this beautiful image of inclusion and love, and while the majority of the response is positive...there has also been hateful cowardice and backlash. A horrible version of this original image was made to spew hate (which I won’t link). No matter what racists, Nazis and other yellow-bellied shitholes will try to say and do: they cannot win over love and tolerance. Anti-human policies will never win in the end.
