Yes they’re blue berries, no they’re not blueberries. Dwarf Mondo Grass (ophiopogon japonicus) 'Kyoto Dwarf', dwarf lilyturf, mondograss, fountainplant, monkeygrass, it’s native to China, India, Japan, and Vietnam. I really like the dwarf form as it's much neater than full sized Mondo grass. Propagate by division and be careful with fertaliser which can burn it.
