@Regrann from @foodfitnessandfaith - I'll be snacking on these COCONUT CASHEW BALLS alllll week long (already had 2 today) 🌴🌰👊🏼 I'm usually one to turn away from recipes that have really long ingredient lists like this, but I promise this one comes together super easily - I wouldn't lie to y'all!. . 1 cup raw cashews, ground 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut 1 T chia seeds 1 T hemp seeds 2 tsp maca powder 1/4 cup cacao powder 1/3 cup almond butter 1/4 cup @califiafarms toasted coconut milk (can use any almond milk) 2 scoops @vitalproteins collagen peptides 2 tsp vanilla extract Generous sprinkle of cinnamon. . Throw 1 cup cashews in food processor and pulse until roughly ground. Thennn throw all ingredients in a mixing bowl together and stir until a dough forms. Store in fridge for 10 min to let dough firm up a little, then roll into balls - store in airtight container in the fridge for 1-2 weeks!!!
