Part Six
Can't stop thinking about reader finally giving the boys a taste of their own medicine. And hurting my own feelings in the process of it all. I wanted to make this a baddie reader chapter, but its just a saddie reader chapter. I played Down Bad by T.S on repeat while writing this. Y'all need to thank @blueladys-world for being my ventor for this part.
None of them came the next day to pick up the box of everything you had collected. By everything, quite literally everything. Birthday cards and gifts. Keepsakes from your time together they had given you. Even going as far as returning lingerie they had given you. You didn't want any trace of them in your home anymore. You were gonna have to work hard in rebuilding it to be your safe space once again.
You were surprised that someone from the expo had DM'd you. Renée was an author who had tried to stop by to your stand, but got too caught up in the day. She was in London, working on her next series installment and wanted to pick your brain. Writer to writer.
The two of you agreed on a time. She had mentioned wanting to try this restaurant the last time she visited and you already knew you would be putting that meal on a credit card. It was a bit of splurge, but after the past week you deserved it. You could even wear that sexy black number that had been collecting dust in your closet.
By the time you were done getting ready and squeezing into your dress, you looked more ready for a date than dinner with a colleague.
A colleague. You had a colleague!!!
The knock on the door pulled you from your girlish glee. You didn't need to guess who it was. Your friends knew to text you before they came over and Renée had agreed just to meet you at the restaurant.
It was one of them.
You didn't even t bother looking through your peephole before you opened the door to find Johnny standing there with a floral arrangement of your favorite flowers.
Johnny began to speak, afraid you were going to shut him down immediately no less. But no words came out. His eyes traveled up and down your body, taking you in.
A vision.
You wanted to snap at him that your eyes weren't located on your hips. But damn if it didn’t feel empowering seeing Johnny’s gaze gloss over.
"Fuck me." He swore, gathering his bearings before realizing you were dressed. In a sexy black dress and heels and makeup and oh, fuck you were going out. "Where are you going?"
"First off, none of your business," you said holding a finger up. "And secondly, what are you doing here?"
"Listen," "Bon-"
"The box is right there." You said pointing to a large cardboard box on the floor. "That's everything."
"If you just let me make it-"
"Up to me?" You cut him off again. "I'm over it. Really."
"Just give me a chance."
"Either you haven't spoken to the other two to know I am well and truly done with this situationship, or you’re hoping some half-ass apology and flowers will let you get a last fuck in and the skedaddle. So hopefully if it was latter, hopefully the former answered that for ya.”
So if that's all you came here for, I've got to get going. My reservation is at seven and it's rude to keep a friend waiting."
"It's been a week and you're already going on a date?" He accused.
"Who said anything about a date?" You didn't outright say it wasn't. Where would be the fun in that? “It's just dinner with a colleague.” You didn’t want to lie. It wasn’t a date. But you didn’t need to say it was a woman. “Hardly a date.”
“Look at the sight of ye!" He said, taking the opportunity to take a quick look at how deliciously your ass filled that dress. “A fookin’ dinner with a colleague. Like one of us would show up to a briefing like that.” You opened your compact. Not needed in the age of cellphones but loving the feminine touch.
There was something so... seductive about using a compact mirror to apply your lipstick.
“Kyle does have the legs for this dress.” You said, applying that lipstick he loves. That same shade that looked beautiful on your lips. The same lipstick you would mark all over Johnny’s body. “Believe what you want. Not my problem anymore.”
You put your compact back in your purse along with the lipstick in case you needed to reapply it after dinner.
Johnny's eyes zeroed in on your lips before his eyes met yours. That's when you felt it again. That undeniably spark of chemistry that you had with him. With all of them. That feeling that sucked the very breath from your lungs and for a moment all you could see was the man in front of you.
"Bonnie," he said placing his hands on your neck. His thumbs stroking your cheeks softly. "Just one more chance." He begged, his voice breaking. "I'm a fucking git, but I won't let you go again. I won't leave." You knew that when it came to promises, Johnny had proven that even if he didn't mean to break them, he had forgotten he made them in the first place.
But in that moment you didn't care. Even after everything, Meredith was right. You had loved them. Everything else had ended so shitty. John had blamed you. Kyle had only shown up until it was too late. And Simon. The last time you would ever hear his voice was after he said such cruel things to you.
No.
If you were done with Johnny, you won't let the last time he fucked you being a quick, rough fuck doggystyle before leaving you naked and alone in your bed.
No. The last time with Johnny needed to be good. It might make it harder to finally leave, but you needed this. You needed to know that he could still make love to you and not just fuck you like an animal in heat.
"Johnny?" You asked. Your mouth dangerously close to his. "I don't want you to fuck me."
"I don't have to," he said, starting to take a step back to give you some space before your hands reached his. Holding him in place.
He can't let you go. You couldn't let him go. Not yet. Just one more. You needed just one more time to get him out of your system. The closure you needed.
"Make love to me." You begged, your eyes pleading. "I need to know that I wasn't just something you wanted to fuck." You don't move as his eyes search yours, looking for reassurance. When you nod, his mouth softly touches your own.
His hands travel along your body, but never fully leave you. Sliding your neck to your back. Pulling your body closer to his. A hand placed on your hip so tightly he's afraid you might disappear.
There's no rush, no haste in his touch. His mouth not eager to devour you.
He's slow. With his hands, his tongue. Even when he picks you up and walks to your bedroom with your legs around his waist.
He doesn't throw you on the bed.
Not this time.
He lays you down. His body laying on top of yours. His hand skimming along your bare thighs, but not daring to travel any higher.
But damn you needed him. You wanted love making, but if he didn't get inside you soon, you weren't sure you could let him go after this. You weren't sure you would be able to leave.
"Johnny," you whimpered, pulling away from his mouth. "Please." You took his hand, putting it between your thigh. Aching for any friction.
He obeyed without hesitation. If you told him to get on his bark, he would in that moment. Anything to make you happy. Anything to keep you.
"Got to get you out of this dress first." He resting on his knees before he began to slide the black satin from your thighs to your stomach. You maneuvered, helping him undress you leaving you in nothing.
"I thought you liked the dress." You couldn't help, but tease. Your hand finding its home on the back of his neck, pulling you to him once more.
In a tone lacking any note of humor and in all seriousness, he looked at you. Really looking at you. Taking in how your smile reached your beautiful eyes before he said, "I want you bare to me when I take you."
You felt your stomach flutter at his words before he began to take off his clothes.
He joined you again. His body relaxing when they got between your legs again. His mouth traveled from your exposed neck to your nipples. Sucking and flicking them with his tongue until your back arched. Pressing harder into his mouth.
Your hands tangled in his soft brown hair before you boldly guided him to your already dripping core. He slid down your body before his hands began to push your knees apart until you were fully expose to him.
With your knees bent, Johnny settled on his stomach, placing soft kisses on your soft inner thighs. God, did he love seeing you squirm. He smiled at your tortured expression before looking down at your sex. "There she is." He said before placing a kiss on your pussy.
It wasn't sloppy. He wasn't diving in and licking at your center like so many times before. He was kissing it just as tenderly as he kissed your mouth. Slowly building it deeper and deeper. Adding tongue. Breaking away to readjust his head.
The delicious ache between your thighs began to become to unbearable. "Need you inside me." You panted. "Johnny-"
"Shhh." He soothed. "Got to warm you up first , Bonnie." He said before slipping his finger inside of you. One was all it took before your head settled against the pillows again. When your body relaxed, he added another. He would need to add three to make sure you were good and ready.
His digits stroked that spongy spot inside of you that made your toes curl. "You're barely fitting around my fingers." Johnny was a good 6 inches in length, but the girth is what always did you in. It hurt to take anything past his head into your mouth. If you fucked him without any preparation, especially after a week of no sex, he would tear you into too.
His tongue caressed your clit, your eyes squeezing shut as you felt your first orgasm creeping up on you.
"Johnny." You moaned, your fingers running through his soft brown hair.
"Give it to me, beauty." He panted. "Come on my face. Squeeze my fingers, Lass." He begged before his mouth went back to you.
It was like lightning. Your body now sensitive after being forsaken for so long. Your vision blurred and before you could process it, Johnny was sitting on his haunches between your legs, stroking his cock.
You could only nod, dazed and barely keeping a grip onto the reality of what this was.
The end.
He leaned forward, his cock nestling against you. You knew this was going to be nothing compared to his fingers. "Tell me if I need to stop."
You smiled, mockingly. Reminding him, "Not our first time together, Johnny." just our last.
"You were wrapped tight around my fingers." He gave a half smile before kissing your forehead. The gesture like a knife twisting in your heart. "I just don't want to hurt you."
"I'm ready." You brought your legs around his waist again. Pulling him to you, your arms wrapping around his neck as your mouths meet.
He presses into you. The head of his cock sliding inside just one or two inches. You body contracting around him in a small spasm. He swallows your moan and lets you adjust. He pulls away before looking down where the two of you meet.
"I could die like this, Lass." He said, his breath coming out unsteady as he tries his best to control himself. So close to just burying himself inside of you to the fucking hilt. "Seeing you like this is this first thing I want to see when I make it to the other side." You let out a choked cry as he pushes deeper inside you. Another inch. And another. And another until you're taking all of him.
He slurs something that sound like "fuck", but you are in too much of a daze to care. You arch into him, trying to get closer.
His thrusts are slow and deep. His pubic bone brushing against your clit making you whine and squirm. Begging for more.
You're not sure how long he had fucked you like that.
You needed it to stop.
You couldn't handle it. The softness. His words.
I could die like this, Lass.
Your lip quivered as you told him you wanted to be on top. You needed a moment. A chance to create a bit of space before he shattered your world yet again.
He pulled out. His absence already making you ache for him again before he settled beside you.
You squatted above his cock. Your feet flat against the mattress as you grabbed his hardness and slipping it inside of you. The sound you let out was pornographic. A high pitched, soft moan slipping from your lips as he buried himself inside of you again.
You placed you hands on his chest. Using the leverage to ride him. Your arms serving as barrier for you to get your bearings.
You used his body just as he had used yours. Throwing your head back, you moved faster and faster. Readjusting so your hands went from his chest to his stomach, giving him a better view of your connecting bodies.
His hand slips between the two of you, thumb pressing against your clit, and you tighten even more around. A needy whimper coming out of your throat. The sound mixing in with the sounds of his labored breathing and slapping skin as he begins to fuck up into you.
Even though he had been doing all the work for the last several minutes, you felt the tension start to creep into your calf.
"Fuck fuck fuck." You screech, barely able to hold yourself up any longer. "Ow." You hissed as the cramp took hold.
"Leg cramp?" He asked, not even faltering in his thrusts. You pathetically nod before he takes it upon himself to flip you on your back again.
"I'm going to do this every chance I can." He promises, pressing a searing kiss onto your exposed neck. "Any chance you'll give me." You can't take it. His words, his mouth, his fucking cock. It's too much. "I'm going to show you how much I want you. How much I want to fucking worship ye. Do anything to make you feel good. Not going to leave you again like that, Bonnie."
You reach for him again, pull him into a searing kiss just to shut him up. You need him to shut up. You couldn't take his false promises. You wouldn't survive it. Couldn't.
"Shit." His thrusts quicken, his thumb returning to your swollen bud. Flicking it in a way he had crafted into an art. He buries his face into your neck and you know he's getting close.
You weren't too far behind.
He didn't want to come, not yet, but this was fully out of his control. It was pathetic. A week without sex and you had him nearly coming in the first ten minutes.
But that's what you want. To see him lost in the idea that you would stay.
"Johnny." You groan out. "Please. Cum inside me."
He draws fast, beautiful circles around your clit that immediately push you over the edge. You shut your eyes tight, squeezing him like a vice as you come in strong waves, continuing to push inside you.
in out in out in out.
Deliciously clenching around him tighter and tighter until he can't take it anymore.
"Fuck," he says again, and you see it in his face, and you see it in his face, the second it's all over for him. You want to sear the image in your head. Keep it there forever. Knowing you'll never see it again. The way those enchanting blue eyes squint nearly shut before closing in complete ecstacy.
His mouth would open. A moan caught in his throat that he isn't ready to let go.
His hand closes around your hip, holding you to him while he presses as far as he can go, and it's only then do you feel his cock twitch in quick, jerky movements. He moans out your name before taking your mouth into a searing kiss.
"I fucking love you." He says. "So fucking much."
He was still under the blanket when you returned from the bathroom. You picked up your clothes up from the floor. Looking at the clock realizing you had less than five minutes to get out the door before you would be late for dinner.
"What are you doing?" he asked. You couldn't look at him. Hearing the panic in his voice almost made you stop. Tell him it really was just dinner with a colleague. A woman. That you would be back. Beg him to wait until you came home.
"I can't cancel on the dinner." You said slipping your feet into your heels. "This was a mistake."
You weren't sure why you said it. You weren't sure if you were trying to convince him or yourself. If you wanted to hurt him or make him think you regretted it when you would truthfully do it again. You would do it again and again. You would never stop.
Like Johnny, you could have died in that moment, but for a completely different. Where he would be content, you would be saved from the pain. The pain currently coursing throughout your very soul.
"Lock the door behind you." You say as you practically sprint out the bedroom. Only slowing in your stride to snatch your purse off the kitchen counter before running out. The door slamming behind you.
The restaurant was nicer than you expected. The wine alone was the price of an entree. You didn't seem to be phased at all and were relieved when Renée insisted on picking up the bill.
Your dinner had been delicious and the conversation even better. Renée wrote fantasy romance and wanted to pick your brain about a Why Choose. You had nearly spent out the over priced wine you weren't even really enjoying. Oh the irony.
"It's like all the rage now, but it's hard to make more than one appealing as the love interest. You should have seen the Goodreads comments on my last book. So many people bitched about my FMC not ending up with a character who was quite literally her adopted brother."
"So," you took a breath trying to find the words. "I'm going to be honest. I only read your latest book and I loved Luka. But I can't compare him to other MMCs you've written about so I don't know if they are similar or different. But what I can say is that I'm seeing like this trend of MMCs where they are all this dark-haired, brooding or mysterious character who dislikes mostly everyone and is only soft for either a select few or only the FMC."
"I think if you are going to write a Why Choose you need to think of guys you wouldn't mind falling in love with." You couldn't help, but think of what drew you to your boys. "One could be the leader. Someone who isn't afraid to have his neck on the line. To make sure everyone else is taken care of and being strong enough to handle the stress of that. He would be big on words of affirmation. Lifting the FMC up. For me, it would be someone that I know will take care of business. He's confident in his decision. That confidence would extend to me." You clear your throat. "If I was the FMC, that is."
"Okay." She nodded, pulling out a pen and notepad. "You don't mind if I-"
"I don't write about polygamy." Crossed that bridge. Currently trying to burn it. "So feel free."
"Another could be the one who it's so easy to fall in love with their charm. The one who falls to his knees. Wanting to worship every inch of her. The one who makes her laugh. That one to make her forget about the sadness that creeps into her bones. The one to hold her whenever he could. He's about quality time and physical touch."
"So different love languages." She said, her pen quickly scribbling.
"Yeah." You said, leaning forward. "Then there is the gift giver." Your mind went to Gaz. Most of the gifts and trinkets in the box sitting by your door had came from him. He had gotten you new earbuds when yours broke. When you were being harassed at your gym, he had bought you and him a membership at a different one. "The one who would give her the world if she asked for it. If you're going with a high fantasy then maybe the one to take note of something at a market that the FMC had been eyeing and he bought it for her. Just someone who takes notice like that."
"So acts of service would fall with all of them then you think?"
No. Simon had been the one who probably spent the least amount of money on you. He didn't praise you like John. He didn't even try to attach himself at your hip like Johnny.
But if you needed something fixed, he would come fix it himself. He'd be damned letting a strange man into your apartment. And alone? Fucking forget about it. The one who hated any sort of cardio activity outside of fucking you, but didn't hesitate in attempting to keep up with you when you wanted to go on a run and get some fresh air. If you needed something done, he didn't pay someone else to do it. He did it. If you wanted to do something, he made it happen. He made you safe.
You couldn't bring yourself to say explain it. Your eyes begin to itch. Warning you to think of something else.
So instead you just told her yeah. That they would all commit acts of service. And even in your hypothetical explanation of characters that haven't even been written yet, Simon was still the ghost among them.
"Lucky fucking girl." Renée said setting down her pen.
"Yeah." You said, downing the rest of your wine.
You walked home. The cool crisp wind feeling like it was whipping your exposed skin. It was soothing as the ghost of Johnny's touch still seemed to burn you.
You had hoped that you would get some closure, but you just felt hollow. You came twice and still manage to leave unsatisfied. Johnny wasn't malicious... he was Johnny. He wasn't like the others. Simon would never apologize and John and Kyle wouldn't try to keep reaching out after you told them know once.
Johnny couldn't stand you being mad at him. He never could. He would beg and beg for your forgiveness. You didn't regret fucking him one last time. He needed to know that you were well and truly done. There was no going back from this.
"Hey, Love!" You were pulled from your thoughts at the sound of a voice coming from a source you couldn't see. You perked up, quickly scanning the dimly lit street before your eyes settled on a cluster of shadows just across the street. "Yeah." The slurring voice said again. "Talking to you gorgeous!"
You resumed your trek home. Now picking up your pace. "Don't be like that! Where ya off to?" The voice followed you. You kept your gaze straight. You were three minutes away. Three minutes and you would be at your building.
Three minutes.
Three minutes.
"What's the rush?" Another voice joined the cacophony. "Just want to have a chat."
You turned. They were maybe twenty feet away. You kept your eyes glued to them as your started to make a run for it.
You had made it about ten feet before your body collided with someone. Firm hands gripped your upper arms, steading you as you threatened to fall back.
You sucked in a breath of air, ready to scream when you looked up. It was too dark to make out the man's facial features. He was tall. His head eclipsing the street lamp just behind him. You shook beneath his hands. The voices behind you now silent.
"Keep walking." You didn't need to see his face. You knew that deep timber voice anywhere. He released you from his grip before letting you pass him.
"Just wanted to have a chat." You heard one of them try to reason. "No harm done."
"No harm done yet." Was the last thing you heard Simon say before you broke out into a full fledged run.

Lando givesaq his girl a plush toy on one of their first dates. He wins it for her or just buys it from a local shop with souvenirs and she’s absolutely obsessed with the little toy. She has it in her bed every night and cares for it as if it’s was definitely more valuable than it is in the eyes of other people. After some time of dating and going back and forth they decide to move in tighter so she ofc takes the plushie with her and when Lando sees it he’s like “why did you keep it? It’s years old and not even pretty” but she tells him that she loves it and has loved it since he gave it to her. When he was away she’d hug the toy and think about him, maybe even she stole his perfume one time and sprayed the toy so it would also smell like him. And suddenly Lando gets emotional because it was such a small thing and it meant the world to her. He asks if she kept anything else and she laughs and tells him that she has everything that he gave her throughout the relationship. Every note, every box, every ribbon even. She shows it to him and tells him from where and when the item came from
lowkey thats so me tbh i have adhd real bad and will keep things for years. i have a pencil with a brain eraser on it that i got nearly ten years ago. ive never sharpened the pencil or used the eraser. its purely for the vibes. a guy gave me a circuit board that he made for a car and i kept it for like 4 years.
they go to a local carnival and he wins it for her !! he completely forgets about it because it’s just a teddy bear from their first date, and he knocks it out of her hand and it falls in a puddle so he tells her she can toss it. then they’re moving in, she’s doing all the decorating while he unboxes the big things and arranges furniture. he goes to their bedroom while she’s unpacking those boxes and sees it on their bed and asks, “okay i hope this isn’t weird but does your childhood stuffed animal have to stay on the bed we have sex in?? it kinda creeps me out.”
she wants to cry because he doesn’t remember and he thinks its creepy. he sees how sad she looks and starts apologizing but she explains that it’s not from her childhood it’s from their first date and he suddenly remembers winning it. and suddenly hes like oh thats so cute oh my god!!!! he falls more in love with her then asks why she kept it bc if he remembers correctly he dropped it in a puddle of mud and told her she could toss it bc its just cheap trash. she tells him she hand washed it as soon as he left and he asks why bc it was their first date? she’s kinda embarrassed but she’s like “i’m just sentimental i guess? i keep everything.” and he’s suddenly worried he’s moved in with a hoarder so he asks what she means by that.
she disappears into their new closet and comes out with a wooden jewelry box, he’d seen it before but never looked inside. she sits on the bed and pats the spot next to her so he takes it and she places the box between them. she starts with the lowest drawers, and it’s an assortment of polaroids they’d taken. he has a few himself, tucked in his wallet and in the visors in his car. the secret few of her in lingerie or naked, or his cock in her, hidden safely away inside his suitcase inside a little locked box. those are his keepsakes. but she has every other one they took, tucked away inside this ordinary jewelry box. the first drawer is completely pg13, but the one next to it… he picks through and takes a few of them himself to take with him when he leaves again. and then the ones above that are full of slips of paper, sticky notes, cards from floral deliveries, any kind of love note he ever gave her is organized inside with dates written on the back in her own handwriting so she’ll have an easy way to keep them organized.
in the drawers above that, every random keychain he’s bought her from each city he’s been to is stored. he noticed she always used the newest ones and assumed she trashed the older ones. above that is full of rings, and then bracelets. the top compartment, he expects necklaces, but it contains cards from every birthday, anniversary, christmas, love letters, post cards from the cities he’s visiting. anything that didn’t fit in the drawers below is squeezed into the upper compartment. she tells him about each one and how she looks through it when he’s been gone for awhile, how she rereads the letters he sent her, reads all the love notes he’d hide around her home. how she’d search for hours on end when she had nothing else to do, hoping to find more, which reminds him to start doing it in their new home.
he’s so surprised by it bc he saved a few things, but she saved every little reminder of his love that he’d ever given her. then she’s getting up and getting another jewelry box and tells him it only contains jewelry because he buys her so much she had to get another, and then she’s telling him which ones are her favorites and he’s noticing patterns in the styles she likes the most, which gems and cuts. he asks her about the clothes he buys her and she admits she didn’t keep all of them, just his or her favorite items, because she didn’t have a lot of space in her old apartment but now that they have a walk in closet, she’ll be keeping just about anything he gifts her, so he better think wisely unless he wants to see her wearing a hideous sweater he jokingly bought he that she loves simply because it’s from him.
instead of being scared she’s a hoarder, he spends hours going through each one trying to guess the year and month he gifted it to her, she’s finding the box of snow globes he buys at souvenir shops, and he’s guessing on those too. he loves how much every gift he gives her matters to her, whether it’s a post it note hidden in the cutlery drawer that just says i love you or a matching set of diamond earrings and necklace.

Emma Bloom HCs
- She has a heart locket with a picture of herself and Abe inside. She couldn’t bring herself to replace his picture or put it away when she started to date Jacob. Only after she finally began to get over him (post TDoDA) she put it in a keepsake box in her closet and hasn’t thought of it since.
- Her breakup with Jacob made her reflect a lot on how obsessed she was with Abe which is how she began to finally get over him. She ended up discovering she was pan after falling in love with a preppy popular girl at Jacob’s school who she’s been dating ever since.
- She became a professional photographer in both the modern and peculiar world, making a living in both worlds. Her girlfriend helped her set up a social media account to get more traction; her first photos that went viral were of photoshoots of her girlfriend and she’s been living off commission since. In the peculiar world she helps document fellow peculiars.
- Emma was always in charge of Miss Peregrine’s photo album and was the one who took photos of all the children (Abe took the photo of herself for her).
- When she fled home she didn’t have any belongings, therefore nothing to remember her sister by. After all these years she’s forgotten her voice and her face, and she sometimes cries at night trying to piece her back together in her mind. She and Millard once tried to find records or any information of Julia but they never found anything, which plagues her mind.
- Noor and Emma’s girlfriend drastically helped Emma warm up to modern fashion. She finally developed her own fashion sense, mostly consisting of sundresses, floral crop tops and baggy jeans. She’s a fan of the preppy-hipster style of dress to her girlfriend’s more bra top and leggings style of preppy.
- As often as they fight, she sees Enoch as the younger brother she never had and loves him dearly. It never occurred to her that he felt the same until she realized how concerned he was over her (towards the end of TCoTB) and she started to be more patient with his attitude (though she never hesitates to call him out on bs).
- She loves birds and owned a pet canary once, but after she accidentally burned his wing with her pinky, she decided that all pets were off the table and set him free, though she still misses him dearly and loves all animals in general.
- While she disliked and felt very jealous towards Noor at first, after they began to hangout, she grew to saw Noor as a good friend. The two, along with Bronwyn, Fiona, (and later Emma’s girlfriend), all hang out together as often as they can, usually shopping or going on walks (or pranking the boys). They love having girl’s nights with Claire and Olive (Horace tags along occasionally) and sleepovers in each other’s rooms (though Miss Peregrine makes sure Emma and her girlfriend sleep separately much to Emma’s annoyance).

Box of Flowers: A Perfect Gift for Any Occasion
When it comes to gift-giving, flowers have always been a classic choice. Their beauty, freshness, and natural elegance make them the perfect present for almost any occasion. However, the concept of gifting flowers has evolved, and one trend that's become increasingly popular is the box of flowers. These elegant, carefully curated floral arrangements offer a modern twist on the traditional bouquet, combining style, luxury, and convenience in one stunning package.
Tumblr media
Why Choose a Box of Flowers?
A box of flowers isn’t just a bouquet. It’s an artfully designed floral arrangement, carefully placed in a stylish box that adds an extra layer of luxury and sophistication. Here are a few reasons why more people are choosing this modern floral presentation:
Elegance and Sophistication: The sleek, stylish boxes used in these arrangements add a touch of luxury to the flowers. Whether you’re choosing a minimalist design or a more ornate box, the packaging elevates the entire presentation. It’s no longer just a bouquet; it’s a gift that looks both thoughtful and chic.
Convenience: Traditional bouquets often require immediate attention, like finding a vase and making sure the flowers are placed properly. A box of flowers eliminates that step, as the arrangement is already beautifully presented and often comes with a water source inside the box, keeping the flowers fresh for longer. This makes them perfect for gifting to someone who may not have a vase or time to arrange flowers themselves.
Personalisation: Many florists who specialise in box of flowers allow for customisation. You can choose the types of flowers, the colour palette, and even add personal touches like ribbons, notes, or small gifts tucked into the box. This makes the gift feel truly personalised and unique to the recipient.
Lasting Impact: The beautiful boxes that accompany these floral arrangements can often be reused, serving as a keepsake long after the flowers have faded. Whether the recipient uses the box for storage or decoration, it’s a wonderful reminder of your thoughtful gift.

As I gather the last things in my old childhood room, I stare at the old broken journal on top of a moving box. I began to analyze my teenage handwriting, and decode this language I'd once created in case anyone came in possession of it. Reading a passage "I saw my crush at the local arcade, he glanced to smile at me while his friends were occupying the latest pinball machine. No one knows that I've been messaging him every day on AOL Instant Messenger since last summer. I'm a freshman and he is a grade older, we were both too shy to talk to each other at school but in passing, we both smile to show acknowledgment. We had one class with each other, that was P.E and had other classes close to one another, sometimes we would bump into each other and that would be the highlight of my day. After school, I would rush home, turn on the computer and wait till I see him logged on. I clicked on the bold username, opened a chat box and type 'Hello! That was a great spike you did in volleyball today. Hope you had a good day!' he's typing... 'Hey, yeah, was super fun playing with everyone this morning. I'm a little sore now though. Hope you had a good day also...' Our conversations were always repetitive until it wasn't. Home problems, what type of music we were into, weekend plans, what video games we were playing, the typical millinieal teenage interactions. We would be in front of the computer for hours till dinner time and then back on it again till we go to bed. I have these feelings for him, I don't know how to tell him but I really do hope he likes me back. Maybe one day I'll let him know but right now I'll just keep writing about him"
I begin to skim through the pages of written words about my teenage life. Most of the pages are filled with why I have a crush on so-so, why I hate this, adventures with my best friends and the struggles of being the short shy kid. Some pages were filled with doodles, movie stubs, printed photos, brochures and random keepsakes of my young past.
My twenty-one-year-old, present self, presses the old bright floral journal to my chest and I let out a chuckle. For a moment I was intrigued of what he was up to now. I took out my phone, typed his name in the search engine and first result was his a Facebook page.

Wooden Jewelry Boxes in Pakistan - Handcrafted Elegance
Wooden jewelry boxes have long been a symbol of timeless craftsmanship, and in Pakistan, they hold a special cultural significance wooden hotpot price in pakistan. These beautifully designed boxes are not just storage spaces for jewelry but pieces of art, often passed down through generations. With their intricate designs and fine craftsmanship, they have become popular both as personal keepsakes and as unique gifts. This article explores the tradition, craftsmanship, and appeal of wooden jewelry boxes in Pakistan, offering a glimpse into their handcrafted elegance.
A Tradition of Handcrafted Mastery
Pakistan is home to a rich tradition of woodworking, with regions such as Chiniot and Sargodha renowned for their fine woodcraft. Artisans in these areas have honed their skills over generations, creating masterful wooden jewelry boxes. The process of crafting these boxes involves a delicate balance of precision and artistry. Each box is carefully carved, polished, and often embellished with intricate patterns that reflect traditional Pakistani motifs, such as floral designs, geometric patterns, or even calligraphy.
These boxes are often made from high-quality woods like Sheesham (Indian rosewood) and walnut, known for their durability and beautiful grain. The use of these premium woods adds to the luxurious feel of each piece, making them a prized possession.
The Beauty of Design and Detail
One of the standout features of Pakistani wooden jewelry boxes is their detailed craftsmanship. Artisans use a variety of techniques to create stunning designs, such as hand-carving, inlay work, and engraving. Hand-carving involves the use of chisels to shape the wood into intricate patterns, often inspired by nature or Islamic art. Inlay work, on the other hand, features the incorporation of materials like brass, ivory, or mother-of-pearl into the wooden surface, resulting in striking contrasts and patterns.
Engraving adds another layer of elegance to the jewelry boxes, with delicate lines and designs etched into the wood. These techniques, when combined, create a work of art that is not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing.
Cultural Significance and Symbolism
In Pakistani culture, wooden jewelry boxes hold a deeper meaning beyond their practical use. They are often part of dowries or given as gifts during important life events such as weddings, engagements, or religious festivals. The act of gifting a jewelry box signifies care, protection, and the wish to preserve memories and heirlooms for future generations.
The motifs carved into these boxes can also carry symbolic meanings. For instance, floral patterns often symbolize beauty and growth, while geometric patterns reflect balance and harmony. These symbolic touches add a layer of personal significance, making the boxes cherished keepsakes for many families.
Eco-Friendly and Sustainable Craftsmanship
In an age where sustainability is increasingly important, wooden jewelry boxes offer an eco-friendly alternative to mass-produced plastic or metal options. Many artisans in Pakistan use locally sourced wood, often from renewable resources. By supporting local craftsmen, buyers also contribute to the preservation of traditional techniques that have been passed down through generations.
Moreover, because these boxes are handcrafted, they require less energy to produce compared to factory-made alternatives, further reducing their environmental footprint. This combination of sustainability and artistry makes wooden jewelry boxes a conscious and stylish choice.
A Perfect Gift or Heirloom
Wooden jewelry boxes from Pakistan are not just practical storage solutions; they are thoughtful gifts that carry cultural heritage and artistic beauty. Whether given as a wedding gift or as a personal purchase, these boxes often become treasured heirlooms, passed down through generations. Their timeless design ensures that they never go out of style, and their sturdy construction means they can last for decades.
Each box tells a story—of the hands that crafted it, the person who gifted it, and the memories it holds within.
Conclusion
Wooden jewelry boxes in Pakistan embody handcrafted elegance, blending artistic traditions with practical design. With their intricate carvings, premium materials, and cultural significance, these boxes are more than just containers for jewelry—they are pieces of art, history, and heritage.craft emporioum Whether you are looking for a special gift, a beautiful keepsake, or a touch of handcrafted beauty in your life, these wooden treasures offer a timeless solution.
Their lasting appeal, environmental friendliness, and rich cultural meaning ensure that they will remain a beloved choice for generations to come.

Choosing the Right Wholesale Gift Bags for Your Event
When planning an event, whether it’s a wedding, corporate gathering, or birthday party, the details matter. One detail that can leave a lasting impression on your guests is the gift bag. A well-chosen gift bag not only reflects the theme and style of your event but also adds a personal touch to the experience. However, with so many options available, choosing the right wholesale gift bags can be overwhelming. In this guide, we’ll walk you through the key considerations to help you make the perfect choice for your event.
Tumblr media
1. Understand Your Event’s Theme and Style
The first step in choosing the right gift bag is to consider the overall theme and style of your event. The gift bag should complement the event’s decor and ambiance.
Weddings: For a classic wedding, you might opt for elegant gift bags in neutral tones like white, ivory, or gold. For a rustic or boho-themed wedding, consider bags made from natural materials like jute or burlap, adorned with lace or floral prints.
Corporate Events: If you’re organizing a corporate event, go for sleek and professional-looking bags in colors that match your brand’s palette. Customization with your company’s logo can also enhance brand visibility.
Birthday Parties: For a birthday celebration, especially for children, opt for vibrant and colorful bags with fun prints or characters that match the party theme.
2. Consider the Size and Shape
The size and shape of the gift bag should be appropriate for the items you plan to include. Think about what you’re gifting and choose a bag that accommodates those items comfortably.
Small Gifts: Jewelry, candles, or small keepsakes may only require small, dainty bags. Mini tote bags or pouches work well for these.
Medium-Sized Gifts: Books, stationery, or boxed treats fit nicely in medium-sized bags. Look for versatile options like paper or non-woven bags that are sturdy enough to hold their shape.
Large Gifts: If your gifts are bulkier, such as bottles of wine or large books, you’ll need larger, more robust bags. Consider bags with reinforced handles or structured designs to ensure they can hold the weight.
3. Material Matters
The material of your gift bags is another important factor, especially when considering durability, appearance, and environmental impact.
Paper Bags: Ideal for a wide range of events, paper bags are eco-friendly and can be easily customized with prints or logos. They come in various weights, so you can choose based on the sturdiness you need.
Non-Woven Bags: These reusable bags are perfect for eco-conscious events. They’re durable, versatile, and can be customized with different printing techniques. Non-woven bags are great for larger gifts or when you want to provide a bag that guests can reuse.
Fabric Bags: For a more luxurious feel, consider fabric bags made from cotton, jute, or satin. These are perfect for high-end events or when you want to add a touch of elegance.
4. Customization Options
Adding a personal touch to your gift bags can make your event even more memorable. Customization options include printing, embroidery, or adding embellishments like ribbons or tags.
Printed Logos: For corporate events, printing your logo on the gift bag reinforces your brand and creates a cohesive look.
Personalized Messages: Adding a thank-you note, the event date, or a personalized message can make your guests feel appreciated. This is especially popular for weddings and milestone celebrations.
Decorative Elements: Consider adding decorative touches like bows, ribbons, or charms that align with your event’s theme. These small details can make a big impact.
5. Budget Considerations
When ordering wholesale gift bags, your budget is a crucial factor. It’s important to find a balance between cost and quality.
Bulk Discounts: Buying in bulk usually offers significant savings, but be sure to order a few extra bags to account for any last-minute additions or mistakes.
Material Costs: Some materials, like fabric or custom-printed bags, may be more expensive than standard paper bags. Consider your budget and prioritize where necessary.
Shipping and Handling: Don’t forget to factor in shipping costs, especially if you’re ordering from a supplier located far from your event venue.
6. Choosing a Reliable Supplier
Your choice of supplier can make or break your gift bag experience. Here are some tips for choosing the right wholesale supplier:
Reputation: Look for suppliers with good reviews and a solid reputation for delivering quality products on time.
Sample Orders: Before committing to a large order, request samples to ensure the bags meet your expectations in terms of material, size, and design.
Customer Service: Choose a supplier who offers excellent customer service, as they’ll be able to assist with any customization queries or order issues.
7. Think About Sustainability
In today’s world, sustainability is a key consideration for many event planners. Choosing eco-friendly gift bags can reduce your event’s environmental impact and align with the values of your guests.
Recyclable Materials: Opt for bags made from recyclable materials like paper or rPET (recycled PET plastic).
Reusable Bags: Encourage your guests to reuse their gift bags by choosing durable, attractive designs that they’ll want to use again.
Minimal Packaging: Reduce waste by avoiding unnecessary packaging or opting for minimalistic designs that still look chic.
Conclusion
Choosing the right wholesale gift bags for your event involves careful consideration of your event’s theme, the types of gifts you’ll be giving, your budget, and your sustainability goals. By taking the time to select the perfect bags, you’ll enhance the overall experience for your guests and leave a lasting impression. Whether you opt for simple elegance or bold customization, the right gift bag can turn a thoughtful gesture into a cherished memory.

The Heritage of Wooden Handicrafts in Pakistan
A Tradition Rooted in History
Woodworking has been an integral part of Pakistani culture for centuries. The art of crafting wooden items is deeply rooted in the history of the region, influenced by a blend of Persian, Mughal, and local traditions. Each piece of wooden handicraft carries the legacy of generations of artisans who have passed down their skills through the ages.
The tradition of Wooden Handicrafts In Pakistan is not just about creating functional items but also about preserving cultural heritage. Handcrafted wooden pieces often feature intricate designs and motifs that reflect the artistic influences of various historical periods. This makes each item a unique artifact, rich in history and cultural significance.
Craftsmanship and Techniques
Pakistani handicrafts are celebrated for their meticulous craftsmanship. Artisans use a variety of traditional techniques to create these masterpieces, including:
Carving: Detailed carving is a hallmark of Pakistani wooden handicrafts. Artisans carve intricate patterns and designs into wood, often inspired by floral motifs, geometric patterns, or historical themes. This technique requires great skill and precision, as each cut and detail is carefully executed to create a visually stunning piece.
Inlay Work: Inlay work involves embedding materials such as brass, bone, or mother-of-pearl into wooden surfaces to create elaborate designs. This technique adds a layer of sophistication and elegance to wooden items, making them stand out as both functional and decorative pieces.
Turning and Shaping: The art of turning involves shaping wood on a lathe to create smooth, rounded forms. This technique is used to craft items such as bowls, vases, and other ornamental objects. The smooth finish and precise shapes achieved through turning are highly valued in Pakistani woodworking.
Polishing and Finishing: The final touch in crafting wooden items involves polishing and finishing. Artisans use natural oils and waxes to enhance the wood’s appearance, bringing out its natural grain and ensuring a long-lasting, durable finish.
