don’t suppose there are any fe3h artists willing to do me a solid and draw some ot3 art of felix/ingrid/sylvain? specifically, the three of them cuddling (in any or multiple formations), and someone else walking into the room, causing felix to look up and glare, daring them to say anything
OR IF YOU OR SOMEONE YOU KNOW TAKES COMMISSIONS, i’m saving up so. yknow. yeet the commissions page at me.

Hi I’m p sure matchups are open but if not please ignore this! I’m a straight female so I’d like a boy pls :) I’m an istj and enneagram 8w9 if that helps—I’m very honest (& sometimes too much so & sometimes ngl only to be rude if I’m angry) and straightforward, I don’t like to beat around the bush (except any vulnerable emotions—those I will hide very well lol). I can be pretty aggressive at times and enjoy a good argument; sometimes I don’t mean anything by it when I argue with people and don’t realize that I’m inadvertently being mean/making them uncomfortable. I’m very organized and scheduled, and will freak if my schedule changes abruptly. I work very hard and usually never slack off, often to the detriment of my own mental well-being oops! But I can still be fun lol, I’m pretty witty and sarcastic and come across well to strangers (I usually use my directness as humor and pass things off as jokes lol) even though I’m introverted and def need my alone time—I rarely go out and party but I can go hard when I need to. I’m very loyal to my friends and care deeply about them. I am also, unfortunately, a horse girl. :/ we all have our foibles
Just first few sentences in and I knew 2 perfect matches. Reading the rest only further proved my point haha
I match you with...
Felix Hugo Faldarius
He loves the fact that you're honest unlike some people. He can take the ugly truth but I'm not saying that you never argue.
It's actually quite a lot. And if I understood it right you find arguments entertaining so it's a definite win for you.
Whenever you're busy, he's busy. You work together to create a schedule where you always find at least some quality time together.
When he really wants to spend some quality time with you it's obvious that he'd love it if it was just the two of you.
And since you agree on the fact that big gatherings aren't the most pleasant your dates are usually very private.
Your second match is...
Linhardt von Hevring
Being brutally honest is one of his main traits too... But other than that you don't really have that much in common. As they say opposites attract!
You put a lot of care and attention to your schedule, he just does what he feels like at a time. You're a hard worker, he puts effort only in things he's interested in and so on.
Of course he finds interacting with others exhausting so gatherings aren't his thing either. But he knows just the way to avoid them and he taught you his ways.
Interacting with you isn't like that though. You're never really pretending anything or trying to hide your intentions when you're speaking.
He never really tried to avoid you thanks to that- unless he messed up and he knew that you knew...

FE Warriors Three Hopes spoilers below
Compared to the snail-like-Personaesque calendar pace of og 3H, Warrior’s 3H travels through the plot at lightning speed! If you pick Blue lions, two chapters later dives right into the political scandal that is Dimitri’s Uncle accusing the Faldarius family of puppeting him and trying to use it as an excuse to wipe them off the map. If you then circle the war camp to talk to every character/npc, it’s made extremely obvious that Rufus is an outright villain that’s had Dimitri’s harm at heart FOR YEARS.
A NPC spells out that Dimitri's post-Tragedy treatment within the castle before academy was bad on purpose, with ‘escorts’ assigned to Dimitri by Rufus (and Dedue must’ve been there every step from how their support goes). It’s also state outright multiple times that Rufus is linked to the Tragedy of Duscur, from a mixture of wanting the crown and planning to off his own brother and nephew. In og 3H Lambert obviously had nobles out to get him, re: Kleiman, but it could've be chalked up to status quo corruption rather than toadying to Rufus-- in 3 Hopes Count Kleiman is now a direct toady to Rufus (planner of the Tragedy.).It also retcons that Western Faerghus supported/was pledged to Rufus all along (Lonato suddenly being one of Rufus direct vassals), instead of waiting to depict Cornelia/Adrestia pushing Western Faerghus into their fold through underhanded means during a time of active invasion.
Bare in mind NOWHERE in og Three Houses is Rufus mentioned when characters talk about the Tragedy of Duscur, not even when in Azure Moon guilty parties for said event are brought up (Kleiman, and Patricia). In main game Three Houses, Rufus’ biggest role is to die offscreen so Dimitri can be framed for it. So to me, this is an outright retcon, changing the canon we know about ToD and who was directly involved (never mind Cornelia, and the entire Argathan element).
OK, fine, say I stop pointing out the continuity plot-holes. I can see the logic behind all this in terms of trying to 1) explain Dimitri and Dedue crappy-time-in-the-castle backstory mention + 2) connect the dots behind the Tragedy of Duscur and how it could happen + 3) implement the Faerghus Civil War arc early.
And then Three Hopes intros the new canon for Rufus’ shining personality, which is this:
This is honestly the part that bothers me most about the Rufus retcons... mostly cause of the questions it raises and fails to answer. Like, did he ALWAYS talk like this about his Crested relatives? Or just Dimitri, is this mental health bigtory related? I hate how close it comes to the way Felix talks, did he pick it up HERE?! (but Felix HATES this guy!)
The NPC who mentions Rufus was passed up for inheritance since his younger brother had a Crest, is an obvious call back to the Sylvain-Miklan situation. So I was actually waiting to see Rufus mention Crests, but he really never does. Instead he drops “creature” and “monster” (Felix uses the same dehumanizing animal-comparisons Faerghus soldiers do against the Duscur rebels, which isn’t not tied to Crests) It's more like Rufus’ paranoia about Dimitri has pushed him to insomnia and possibly current behaviors... but Rufus KNOWS he's the one who killed Lambert. So like, is scared cause Dimitri didn't die?? He constantly acknowledges his own guilt, but equally pushes the blame of “problems” onto Dimitri--
Which doesn't quite explain if Rufus has always spoken about his nephew that way, or if it only happened Post Tragedy. The latter of which would be super obvious in terms of flagging his own guilt to the eyes of the public at large. And that's honestly the problem I have with this overall depiction. Because if, pre-Tragedy, Rufus spoke about his family like this and openly treated them badly. the MOMENT something dramatically negative happened, he would be the obvious culprit...and then ANY powerhungry noble could try to use it as an excuse to oust him and install their own Blaiddyd heir (like that one Crest lady Ingrid mentions to Shez). An NPC tried to tell us Rufus was smart with tactical acumen, but frankly the game depicts him acting very stupidly and losing within one map/chapter (or alternatively, getting ganked by Cornelia in og 3H) I have a very hard time buying a dude this blatant wouldn’t get taken out at some earlier stage.
Writing wise, we’ve seen FE use the “evil uncle” trope before: 1) Lyn’s great uncle Lundgren, who gets an entire mini-arc to establish how he’s both power-hungry and willing to sick bandits on his niece but also subtle enough to resort to poisoning to get his brother “out of the way”. 2) Lewyn’s uncles Myos and Daccar, power-grabbing after the former-king’s death to the point Lewyn decided to leave the country instead of assuming the throne at the risk of war. (and then there’s the rare “good” uncle of Caineghis to Skirmir, wherein the nephew is heir by choice)
Personally I think Hopes wrote Rufus like this to speed up the Civil War plot, but in og 3H it didn't read like there was as clear of loyalty divisions until the War pulled the western half to ally with Cornelia/Adrestia. Even though its canon (though from a secondary source), I dunno how I feel about all these Tragedy of Duscur rectons... LET ALONE DIMITRI KILLING HIS UNCLE FOR REAL (despite the writers taking great pains to justify it and erase any reason for regret) Though I will give Kudos to 3 Hopes being extremely upfront about Faerghus nobility addressing Duscur and its needed restoration, along with Dimitri refusing to hide his uncle’s affiliation. Also that Dedue’s directly involve in said restoration, very sad that the spin off gives way more time to all this than the main game does in Azure Moon (let alone other routes)

Hi hi~ Can I get a matchup (two people) with the blue lions please💜? Im a female, straight, im pretty short and i like to sing! I'd like to think that im a good person, I think im gentle and patient but if someone is being a little bitch I know how to shut them up >:). I am pretty much a lively person, I like to help a lot and if someone is feeling down i would do my best to help them to make them feel better! I really like swords! They seem cool to me! Thank you🥺 i love your writing btw!💜💜
Blue lions are very epic. And I'm glad you like my writing ^^
I match you with...
Felix Hugo Faldarius
You could just write "Hey can you write headcanons for me and Felix dating" at this point friend.
Patient and kind yet you're not taking anyone's shit. You know when you need to speak up and not many people seem to understand that- which is what Felix admires about you.
And not gonna lie when you call people out on their bullshit you look hella cool.
It's nice that you're considerate but most of the time when he's upset he'll need some little time alone to cool off.
He just wants to avoid possibility snapping at you so you'd probably get to talk later on.
Sword nerds. That's all I'm gonna say except I'm lying and I will elaborate. Felix can talk quite a lot about swords and will do so when you show interest in something specific.
Lastly he likes to listen to you sing, his praise is quite odd but you usually know what he means.
Your second match is...
Ashe Ubert
As strong as I am feeling about the first match this one is a great option for you too.
You're both really kind... But you know when to stop as you realize that the other person is just being a bitch while he would still try to settle things up.
So let's say that you are the more reasonable person in this relationship and sometimes save Ashe when he's clearly wasting his time. He's not by any means dumb- it just takes him a bit more time to see evil.
He knows he can always count on you when he's feeling down and he wants to show you that you can feel the same towards him too.
He knows quite a lot about swords... But the ones he knows about the most are from legends. The stories with said swords are just so cool!

Ingrid mentions her brother(s?) elsewhere too (monastery dialogue, maybe a support) she's definitely not an only child. However she is the only Galatea kid to have a Crest in presumably generations, which is why I figured her dad not only made sure that she grew up around the other movers and shakers (Dimitri, Felix, Sylvain) in Faerghus’ power sphere, but also why he not only made sure she ate well (even if the rest of the fam couldn’t) and likely ponied up largely non-existent cash to ensure she could attend Garreg Mach at the same time as her friends to stay relevant in her political connections (rather than say, knowing about her royal-kinght-dreams). If this was comparable to IRL’s Medieval Europeans making pilgrimages to the Holy Land, her dad might’ve mortgaged their lands so as to fund it.
The reason I don’t think the extended fam at Galatea could attend the academy is because it’s notably expensive (both stated by Leonie and Dorothea) and we know Ingrid’s father in particular is trying to arrange advantageous marriages as far as money is concerned because they have none. The previous Glenn/Ingrid betrothal and Galatea/Faldarius alliance would’ve likely set them up well, but that fell through to the point her dad’s considering “new money” husbands as an option for her. So while I can buy daddy-Galatea being friendly with his territory neighbors, I have a much harder time buying the idea they’re all old school friends-- that school’s a cost likely out of reach for a non-Crested poor noble of a back-water province.
I similarly think Ing’s bros did not attend, simply cause the family likely wouldn’t be able to afford it. It also is a bit relevant in that Ingrid doesn’t just want to be a knight (considering she could easily learnt he skills at home), but that she wants to serve the King as a royal knight which would arguably be much more out of reach and have more extra living expenses involved, let alone for the sole Crest child who one would think would be Galatea’s heir (the game’s tone towards the latter conflicts because of the patriarchal abuse stated towards married women, even those with Crests/powerful families). I suppose it’s arguable that Ingird doesn’t feel like a first generation student at the Academy as she doesn’t point it out, but an ancestor might’ve attended OR she doesn’t bring it up cause it’s embarrassing considering all the privilege involved in attending.
damoselcastel
Man, who else can ATTEND the Academy from Galatea? That’s expensive and they don’t got money :| But yeah, pretty sure Ingrid’s fam is supoosed to stand in for land-poor aristocrats, rather than a consiracy theory via the Church keeping her fam down.
I can’t reply to comments i hate it??
In her tea-time lines with Billy, Ingrid reveals she has a brother! He apparently used to yell at her for spending too much time with her horse.
But I was actually thinking about her dad, maybe he attended with Rodrigue and Lambert? I never got the impression Ingrid is the first Galatea to be enrolled in the academy, but actually idk.
