How was you mobility at your worst compared to now? Your amazing btw 💖

At my HW, I struggled to stand let alone take care of myself. Now I can do everything I need to to properly care for myself AND I’m able to leave my home and do things with people I love.

I was trapped in my body and lost the majority of my 20s to depression & unhealthy behaviors.

I’m not saying I’m a health nut or whatever, but being able to travel, date, and explore the world is something I never want to lose access to again.

I am so beyond happy with my body the way it is since my weight loss began.

Still fat, but WAY healthier and more mobile than I was 💞😊
