I know what it feels like, to feel like you don't belong. To feel like there's this darkness inside of you, to be scared of who you are, what you can do.

rewatching “the beginning of the end”—seeing morgana so kind and compassionate and selfless, knowing what she’ll become in series 3—is just painful. “what if magic isn’t something you choose? what if it chooses you?” merlin giving her this look and morgana asking why he’s looking at her like that. ugh, what could’ve been, how things might have been different, if he hadn’t listened to gaius or the dragon, if he'd confided in her about his magic and then helped her with her own. even if in the end it didn't keep her from turning to evil and on everyone, because the show needed her to be the villain and probably would have found some other way to accomplish that if not the (horribly written, nonsensical) way it did—they couldn't have given us this first? couldn't have given us merlin and morgana sneaking around using magic together, being each other's confidant and supporter? couldn’t have given merlin a friend who knew his secret and was around for more than a handful of episodes? couldn’t have given morgana a friend when she was feeling lonely and lost who understood what she was going through and would try to help her instead of using and corrupting her?

david didn’t become a preacher after the world ended because he found god. no one needed teachers anymore, no one was sending their kids off to school to learn math. the only way he could keep power and authority—and specifically power and authority over children—was by turning himself into a holy man.

Someone liked one of my posts from back when everyone was debating the whole "Edward says he has no friends so Izzy can't be close to him" thing, and it reminded me of an argument I've probably made before, but usually as part of a larger, Izzy-focused tangent and not like. On its own merits. So, just for the record...
Generally, if someone is defending Edward's 1x06 bathtub claim of friendlessness as literally true for whatever reason, then Calico Jack is discounted as a "real" friend of Edward's by referencing Jack's quote from 1x08:
"What kinda pirate has a friend?!? We're all just in various stages of fucking each other over!"
The reasoning goes that Edward shares this belief / mindset, and doesn't truly trust Jack (or any other pirate) not to fuck him over. He has his guard up, always, and he's aware that he doesn't trust any of his lifetime of acquaintances with meaningful vulnerability. That's why he can sob to Stede in a bathtub that he has no friends and mean it literally. He's extending real trust for the first time ever, to Stede, and it's more proof they invented acceptance etc. etc.
Now, I have better and more robust reasons that I interpret the bathtub scene differently, but setting those aside... I think there's an argument in the text of 1x08 that Edward doesn't buy into Jack's line, even just looking at his relationship with Jack. The semantics, maybe - he noticeably doesn't use the word friend, preferring "mate" - but not the philosophy behind it.
Because Edward very much does seem to believe Jack (and Izzy) would not fuck him over.
Edward falls for Jack's bullshit hook, line, and sinker because he doesn't suspect Jack of any fuckery. His guard isn't up at all! Jack even calls him out on it! Edward is hurt, betrayed, and angry because he trusted Jack, as a friend, and then Jack used that trust to help Izzy. He's hurt and pissed that Izzy would sell Stede out, despite their last interaction literally being Izzy screaming that he hates Stede and swearing to return with a vengeance. Edward has absolutely no reason to expect "better" from either of these men - especially Jack given how cavalier he is about the whole thing - unless he thinks they have a bond of friendship that would preclude a plot against his new boyfriend. It's foundational to his emotional state!

What did Sauron meant by “Not All of It” in 2x08?
Did Sauron deceive Galadriel all along, when he was pretending to be “just Halbrand”? Was he even pretending, to begin with? Did he seduced her on purpose and to manipulate her? Which part was true? And what was the deception?
To find the answer, we need to look at the visual clues, more specifically the color code of Sauron in “Rings of Power”:
Red
Red is a color that, in “Rings of Power”, has appeared in association with Sauron’s deceptions and treachery, over and over again.
On the negative side, the color red is, symbolically associated with danger, aggression, dominance, power and betrayal. In some cultures, red is associated with evil and death.
2x01: Sauron demands the Orcs’ allegiance (and he’s accused of straight-out lying, in this scene).
Tumblr media
1x05: Galadriel’s vision on Palantír has a red stripe to foreshadow the “fall of Númenor” plot (triggered by Sauron).
Tumblr media
1x05 and 1x06: Bits of red on Halbrand’s Númenórean armor = King of the Southlands’ deception.
Tumblr media
1x07: Halbrand injury on the blast of Mount Doom, and creation of Mordor.
2x01: Adar and his tale of Sauron giving him red wine on *that* peak.
Tumblr media
2x02: Celebrimbor falling prey to Sauron’s deception (he’s wearing red + red wine).
Tumblr media
2x02: The background of Galadriel’s vision about Celebrimbor.
Tumblr media
2x03: Ar-Pharazôn wears red to Míriel’s coronation to foreshadow the “fall of Númenor” plot (triggered by Sauron).
2x07: The missing ruby on Fëanor’s hammer (Sauron’s illusion on Celebrimbor).
2x07: Sauron displays the red blood on his wound (to instigate the guards to confine Celebrimbor in the forge tower for him to finish the Nine).
2x08: The arrows that Sauron shots at Celebrimbor (the ultimate betrayal).
Tumblr media
Green
Then we have green, the complementary color to red (meaning they are in opposite sides of the color wheel). In Design, there is an unspoken rule that “red and green should not be seen together”. Hence its safe to admit that green, in Sauron’s color code in “Rings of Power”, also serves the opposite purpose of red.
Green is the color of health (healing), and is symbolically associated with hope, growth, rebirth, balance, fertility and prosperity.
1x02: Sauron first meets Galadriel (a new beginning, full of hope and potential).
Tumblr media
1x02: The stone on Halbrand’s pouch (King of the Southlands heraldry) is green (the “new life” and “some place better” that Diarmid promises him in 2x01);
Tumblr media
1x04: Halbrand garments on Númenor.
2x01: When Sauron “rebirths” as Halbrand form.
Tumblr media
2x06: Celebrimbor starts to wear green once he begins to suspect Annatar’s intentions (the deception begins to crack).
In Season 2, this color becomes highly associated with Galadriel herself, as we see her wearing green dresses. This color is also used by Mirdania, at Eregion, a character that reminds Sauron of Galadriel (and he says so, himself), and the possibility of redemption he was denied.
Tumblr media
To further solidify the idea of the colors green/red having opposite purposes/meaning in Sauron’s color code in “Rings of Power”; in 2x02, we see Celebrimbor wearing red, at Eregion; and Galadriel wearing green, in Lindon. This is meant to show to the audience that these two characters have different places in Sauron’s character arc.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
It’s also worth mentioning that, in Season 2, both Mirdania and Celebrimbor were wearing green when Sauron killed them, symbolically marking the end of his redemption arc.
Blue
Halbrand/Sauron wears blue in 1x08, the episode where Halbrand is revealed to be Sauron. Blue is considered the ultimate “color of truth” and intuition.
Blue is symbolically associated with wisdom, imagination, loyalty, order and creation. In some cultures, blue is also associated with freedom, inspiration, sincerity and faith.
In 1x07, Halbrand/Sauron wears a blue cloak when he travels to Eregion with Galadriel, to be healed by the Elves. Throughout History, blue has been associated with royalty, yes, but this is a odd color for Sauron to wear, nonetheless.
Tumblr media
In 1x08, while at Eregion, Halbrand/Sauron is also wearing blue, after his healing and while working at the forge (and “nerding out” with Celebrimbor).
Tumblr media
Based on Tolkien lore, I would say that blue, in “Rings of Power”, is associated with Mairon (not Sauron), since it symbolizes the qualities he was designed to embody by Eru himself, before Morgoth’s corruption: goodness, trustworthy, creation, and order.
This could provide an explanation as to why Sauron didn’t “soiled” the Three Elven rings of power with evil, when he spent so much time at Eregion with Celebrimbor in 1x08, handling the mithril and testing different alloys, and the “eye of Sauron” even appears as the metals combine to make the Three.
Tumblr media
What we, the audience, saw in 1x08 was a glimpse of the original Mairon (blue), after his healing process (redemption) was triggered by Galadriel’s light (green). At the beginning, Mairon was one of the most powerful Maiar, and the purest one, too. And these were the qualities that transferred onto the Three, in contrast with the cruelty, malice and deception of the Seven and Nine. More; this can also explain the healing properties of the Three (because Mairon, himself, was healing).
Tumblr media
When Mairon is tortured by Waldreg and the Orcs, at Adar’s orders, in 2x01, he’s also wearing blue. This is a callback to the unspeakable tortures he endured under Morgoth, to bind him to darkness, and to power. Hence, the repentant Mairon begins to disappear, making way to Sauron.
Tumblr media
What all of this means?
Red (the color associated with Sauron’s deception) only appeared on Halbrand/Sauron and Galadriel interactions, back on Season 1, on two occasions:
When he accepts to be “King of the Southlands”;
His injury due to eruption of Mount Doom (to bring him into Elven territory).
The use of the colors green and blue on Sauron’s arc in Season 1, can confirm that Sauron was, indeed, on his “repentant era”.
“Halbrand” was the original Mairon, and we see a lot of his primordial personality traits (before Morgoth’s corruption) on Halbrand’s character: good, loyal, generous, creative and highly intelligent. Charismatic but a bit withdrawn (he only opens up with Galadriel). Not outright antisocial but usually on the background, a follower and not a leader (the Maia in service of a Vala). And of course, his love and talent for smithing and craftsmanship (Maia of Aulë).
The “Halbrand” that Galadriel fell in love with, was, in fact, “Mairon the Admirable” seeking redemption.
Halbrand/Mairon wears green because he’s seeking redemption and a new beginning (rebirth);
Galadriel starts to be visually associated with this color because she’s the embodiment of the redemption Marion seeks;
Halbrand wears blue in 1x07 and 1x08 because “redeemed Mairon” is starting to come through.
Why was Halbrand/Mairon shamelessly flirting with Galadriel, then?
Tumblr media
Because repentant Mairon was attracted to her, on a physical and spiritual level (they are both immortal spirits).
I’ll quote myself, here:
Mairon was created by Eru as a Maia of Aulë, the Vala (God) of smithing and handiwork, yes. He was among the most powerful Maiar. Eru created him to be good and trustworthy, but also to love several things: crafting, creation, beauty, order and perfection, and to dislike wastefulness.
And who better embodies the qualities of “beauty” and “perfection” than Galadriel herself? Her beauty is the stuff of legends, and everyone is at awe when they first meet her. Her very gold/silver hair inspired the most legendary jewels in existence: the Silmarils. The light of the Two Trees of Valinor shine on her hair and eyes. How could Sauron/Mairon not love her? That’s the question. She’s the materialization, the physical form, of everything he was designed to love.
The color code on Sauron’s arc in “Rings of Power” tells us, the audience, that the mutual attraction and connection Halbrand/Mairon and Galadriel shared was real. It wasn’t a deception on his part, nor did it had any hidden motive.
Mairon flirted with Galadriel because, like they say, he really wanted to “tap that”, “shake the sheets (or the forge table)”, “Netflix and chill” all night long, whatever you prefer. And she wanted the same, as confirmed by Charlotte Brändström.
In both 1x05 and 1x06, when Halbrand/Mairon shares intimate moments with Galadriel, the bits of red (deception) of his armor are hidden, either by a cloak, or by camera work (focus on his face). This artistic choice means there was no deception there. It was real.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
And both Sauron’s deceptions with Galadriel, back in Season 1, had the purpose of keeping her close to him:
Accepting the “King of the Southland” role: Galadriel was leaving for Middle-earth, leaving him behind in Númenor;
Bringing him into Elven territory: Mairon didn’t know Galadriel would take him to Eregion to meet Celebrimbor (in show canon, she lives in Lindon, not Eregion).
Why? Because Mairon craved her light, and, like it has been established by the color code, Galadriel embodies the redemption he desperately seeks. Hence, he wants to be around her, and keeping her close. Galadriel represents his chance of redeeming himself after everything he has done under Morgoth.
And, in 1x08, when Galadriel denies his offer, it symbolizes the denial of his redemption:
Galadriel: You are a friend of Morgoth’s.
Sauron: When Morgoth was defeated, it was as if a great, clenched fist had released its grasp from my neck. And in the stillness of that first sunrise, at last, I felt the light of The One again. And I knew if ever I was to be forgiven… That I had to heal everything that I had helped ruin.
Galadriel: No penance could ever erase the evil you have done.
Mairon, then realizes, there will be no redemption for him. Redemption and Galadriel’s light have been denied to him. And, so, he falls back into his old ways under Morgoth, back into evil.
They say that Morgoth found the Silmarils so beautiful that after he’d stolen them, for weeks he could do nothing but stare into their depths. It was only after one of his tears fell upon the jewels and he was faced with the evil of his own reflection that the reverie was finally broken. From that moment, he looked upon their light no more. Fëanor's work nearly turned the heart of the Great Foe himself…”
Celebrimbor to Elrond, 1x01
It's not strength that overcomes darkness but light. For in its presence, all darkness must flee.
Celebrimbor to Galadriel, 2x07
Tumblr media
In the vision Mairon shows Galadriel in 1x08, there is no red (deception), only blue and light. The spikes of his crown are, also, fading away, meant to symbolize his redemption, with Galadriel at his side. A lot of fans assume this is a vision of Dark!Galadriel, but they are wrong.
This means that Galadriel, indeed, could have helped Mairon achieve the redemption he was seeking.
We foresaw that if Galadriel’s search should have continued, she might have inadvertently kept alive the very evil she sought to defeat. For the same wind that seeks to blow out a fire may also cause its spread.
Gil-galad to Elrond, 1x01
The true meaning of this quote is: Galadriel didn’t f*cked up because she found Halbrand/Sauron and brought him back to Middle-earth. She screwed up because she denied Mairon his chance at redemption: not only by rejecting him, but, mostly, because she exposed him at Eregion and cause him to flee.
It was Galadriel’s pride that caused her to confront and expose Halbrand as Sauron. The pride that every single character has been warning her about, and the reason why she’s banished from Valinor, in the first place. Yet, she couldn’t bring herself to tell Celebrimbor and Elrond about Halbrand’s true identity because, yes, of her wounded pride. And she allows the Three rings of power to be made.
In “Rings of Power”, it was Galadriel’s pride that condemned Middle-earth to Sauron’s tyranny, and I hope the show explores this further.
In Season 2, Sauron still believes that he, truly, wants to heal Middle-earth. But this isn’t the case anymore, because his redemption was cut short. This is confirmed by Celebrimbor in 2x07, when he says to Sauron/Annatar: “you truly are the Great Deceiver. You can even deceive yourself.”
But that boat has sailed. There is no more redemption’s arc for Mairon. That was Season 1. In Season 2, he’s now embracing his arc as “shadow of Morgoth”. And so, green and blue won’t be present on his color code anymore, as red takes the spotlight, alongside black to embody his role as the new Dark Lord.
What now?
Sauron and Galadriel are now bound together, since he forced their bloods to unite using Morgoth’s crown, in 2x08. They now have a open line to each other’s soul, mind and everything else. And this will come into play in Season 3.
One of Galadriel’s inner conflicts in Season 2 was the idea that “Halbrand” was nothing more than one of Sauron’s illusions and that he deceived her, all along. In Season 3 and through being bound together with Sauron, she’ll probably realize this isn’t the case, and that Halbrand was very much real, and, in fact, Mairon in seek of redemption. How will this play out, I have no idea. But there’s a lot of potential here.
And in Season 2 we were told that Elven memories don’t dim. Meaning; the memory of Halbrand/Mairon and their love for each other and “what could have been”, will haunt Galadriel forever (yes, even after Celeborn returns).

i didn't want to make this post, but oh well.....
i see ppl saying how "haladriel got ruined to satisfy lorebros" and it's like??? ruined how??? bc he used his halbrand form???
cause by that logic it got ruined back in 1x08, when he revealed that he's sauron lmao
because he used that form to decieve her for the entirity of s1, which is exactly what he used it in the finale for — to try to decieve her yet again so she accepts his offer. it changed nothing
yall forget that he's THE ULTIMATE EVIL. And he always was. that dude creeped out, gaslighted and manipulated EVERYONE for the whole s2 — you can't expect him go all "goody-two-shoes" the second he sees galadriel?? that's not who he is?????
but it also doesn't change that what he feels for her — as sick and twisted as it is – is genuine??? as i said before, there was no need for the whole "i would make u a queen 2.0" speech, as they're both already knew who they really were (to eachh other, and to themselves) and yet, he did it anyway
my point is, i don't see how haladriel is ruined bc to me it looks like he proved everything he said in s1. and yall also forget one teensy-weensy bit of detail — it is A DOOMSHIP from the start. And that's the beauty of it

Thoughts
We need to discuss how Redd used the word “ritual” twice in her scene with Marshall, and then later used it again when talking to Lois. Like????
I needed Megan to murder that nasty man so bad. I was so ready to ride at dawn for her, but thankfully Lois took care of it, and it was so satisfying.
Marshall is so diabolical, pls😭. Whisphering in Lois' ear that he wanted her to “fucking die” was insane. And then calling her a c***???? Like ik we're using that word a little more lightly these days (I still can't bring myself to say it or even write it), but the way he said it was crazy. Like he really meant every bit of what he said. I'm giving all the flowers of the world to Courtney B. Vance.
I wanted to be suspicious of the psychiatrist, but he looked so nice, like I could not see an ounce of evil in his eyes. And that's precisely why a part of me still believes there's something wrong with him.
I loved the confirmation that Megan was possessed in Lois' dream because I love being right.
Lois and Megan's chemistry still intact. You love to see it.
Doctor Charlie looking a little worried when Lois said that she heard everything, like... sir what are you hiding? A part of me thinks that he's obviously very evil, and another part of me thinks he said freaky things to Lois while she was asleep and maybe that's why she pictured him as freaky in her dream. Which would explain why he seemed to look at her with desire when he approached her the second time.
Maisie started off creepy, but when just got really endearing and funny, but with some creepiness still lingering.
I could feel Merritt's disdain towards Lois through the screen. Oh, Raven Godwin, the queen that you are.
Guys... wdym Merritt was in a cult?🧍🏽‍♀️
I'm sorry but Lois being in a coma 'cause of COVID out of all things was so stupid to me. Like I genuinely thought it would've been something bigger that could've been possibly related to the story, so it was a little disappointing to know that it was because of that.
Redd wanting to go to the same place that Lois suggested she'd move away too pissed me off so bad. Like okay, so now you want everything Lois wants or has??? That aside, I love Redd idc. She's so wholesome.
That last scene of Ep 9 was so weird and satisfying at the same time. Like a part of me is questioning that reality as well, especially 'cause Ryan mentioned there'd be more than one “reset” in the last episodes. But another part of me thought that Megan and that asshole were saying it wasn't real to use her former state against her and confuse her, so she wouldn't do anything. And ALSO???? That Justin guy was repeating the same thing that the old man said in the conference the psychiatrist had attended to. What the hell was that about???
The cross in the knife that Megan cut Lois has me wondering a lot 'cause wth was that about as well.
In conclusion, I'd lie to you if I said I wasn't expecting something else. I was expecting them to wrap it up a little bit quicker and for us to see more than one of the crimes. But looking back at it, I'm glad they didn't because now it makes even more sense for them to have a second season like Ryan mentioned because there'd still so many things to wonder about. I know some folks have been saying that it was boring after the twist and I understand where they're coming from, but I'm glad that they took some time to show us Lois coming to terms with her new reality, trying to make sense of it and dealing with the people in her life that were affected by her bad decisions. That led to some great acting performances from all of the main cast members, especially Niecy, Courtney, Raven and Micaela, who we got to see the most on the screen. I also think there's a lot more going on than we think, so I'm very intrigued to see what that's about.
Teaser
At first I just thought the three men are guilty. But there's no way they're telling us that in the teaser, so my guess is Ed and Marshall will be framed or are doing some sus activity that's being misunderstood or is not as bad as what the actual brains of the operation is doing. I have no idea.
Creepy dude in the shadow looks a lot like Charlie and the shot that is shown after hints at it. It's making him look hella sus, but a part of me thinks there's no way they're making it that obvious. So we'll see...

I am sooo disappointed in S2 HOTD, and now I understand why you were warning us about S2 writing. I encourage you to watch Ben Shapiro's S2 review of HOTD. Everything he states hits the point as I feel of S2 writing. But I really feel that if Miguel was still on S2 he would basically steer the ship right, as in writing and direction of the story. Sara Hess needs to be fired definitely. But I don't understand why you don't like Miguel, once he gave us a solid S1. If you want audience to understand why Aemond turned evil from S1, then show us when he immediately returned from Storm's End and Alicent and Otto argue the stupidity in Aemond's decision to kill Luke, once Aegon was offering peace terms to Rhae Rhae. Please explain why you hate Miguel.
I hate Spotchnik because he is the sire of all the bullshit of Season 2.
People, fundamentally, don't understand this point. Sara Hess was not on the original writing staff of HOTD. There was no original writing staff for HOTD. There was Ryan Condal and GRRM that wrote all of the scripts for Season 1.
Sarah Hess was brought on by Spotchnik and his wife as a producer to hack up and rewrite Condal and GRRM's original scripts in order to fit with the overall narrative that Spotchnik (and mostly his wife) wanted to tell in the story.
Sara Hess rewrote and reworked elements of Condal and GRRM's scripts during shooting.
Things such as Criston Cole being a thug rather than the most dangerous man in Westros. Turning Alicent and Rhaenyra's rivalry in the original scripts into a closeted lesbian romance.
Example:
A.) In 1x08 there was no rape of a maid by Aegon. Aegon is introduced in the Condal and GRRM script as having to be collected from a brothel and dragged back to the Red Keep where Alicent scolds him for neglecting Helaena and embarrassing her by his frat boy antics in public.
Sara Hess is on record saying that she and Spotchnik did not jive with Aegon just being a whoring, lazy, drunk. And they wanted to make him more villainous in order to show how Alicent is perpetuating "The Patriarchy" by covering up a rape.
B.) There was no fighting pits in 1x09. In the original script by GRRM and Condal. Aegon is abducted from a tavern while drunk by Misaria and is used as leverage by Misaria for more privileges in Otto's service - not to stop the fighting pits.
Sara Hess wrote Aegon to be involved in fighting pits cause it was "Game of Thrones" - which is her excuse for every bad writing decision she made.
All of 1x09 was rewritten and restructured by Sara Hess at the behest of Spotchnik in order to make the Greens bad. From the awful scene between Alicent and Rhaenys, to Aegon's fighting pits, and the Dragon Pit Massacre.
Tom Glynn-Carney told the story about how he had it out with Sara Hess and Spotchnik when they added the rape scene in 1x08 that wasn't there during the table read. He told them them they were kneecapping Aegon and giving him nowhere to go. To this Spotchnik told him to shut up and do his job as he his told to do it.
My point is that Sara Hess was the hatchet woman of Miguel Spotchnik and his wife. She was brought in by them to purposefully fill HOTD with their sanctimonious bullshit political agenda.
Spotchnik was fired, not because of his wife, but because the new heads of HBO after the merger with Discovery and Warner sent back his Season 2 treatment and told him to start again. Spotchnik threw a massive tantrum because the previous heads of HBO gave him free reign to do whatever he wanted with Artistic Freedom. But the new heads of the studio did not agree to those terms. So he quit and cried like bitch on the way out. And HBO did him a solid by not telling anyone how bad his Season 2 treatments really were.
And since I've read them, I can tell you they're some of the most righteous trash you'll ever read.
Everything you hate about Season 2 is a symptom of a disease that Miguel Spotchnik bio-engineered and spread from bringing on Sara Hess to hiring Olivia Cooke and Emma D'Arcy for their identity and political activism rather than talent.
The taint of Spotchnik's and his wife's vision of HOTD remains long after they've been booted. Mostly because they never got rid of Sara Hess who was the main scribe to most of the bullshit in Season 1 that doomed Season 2.
Two heads of the Hydra were chopped off but one still remains to blight the countryside.

Midnight Studio - Whumplist
Tumblr media
Summary: Struggling lawyer Han Bom (Kwon Nara) has fallen on hard times: She’s behind with her rent and can’t find any clients who will pay her. But might she enjoy better luck representing clients in the afterlife? After she meets a short-tempered photographer named Seo Ki Joo (Joo Won) and his clientele of disgruntled ghosts and restless spirits, her luck begins to change. Will this unusual duo’s new partnership prove a hit for the living...and the living dead?
**Description from VIKI, Show is a VIKI original**
Thoughts: I actually really enjoyed this drama. I feel like some pieces of it were never explained like his mother, and he only talked about his father once. Outside of that, the story was really entertaining and, as you can see, filled with whump. Joo Won is a great whumpee, and I would suggest watching Stealer: the treasure keeper or Alice if you want more whump from him. For this list I started paying attention to Baek Nam-gu around episode 7 but there is an ep early on that shows his death. I don't really count death as whump so I didn't add it.
Whumpees:
Tumblr media
Seo Ki joo Played by Joo won
Tumblr media
Baek Nam-gu Played by Eum Moon Suk
1x01 - Seo Ki joo: carried (comical) ●● choked in air ●● Sick, Feverish, smoke Inhalation coughs ●● scared, attacked, choked

Sauron to Galadriel in 1x05: Identify what it is that your opponent most fears….and give them a means of mastering it. So you can master them.
What does Galadriel most fear? Evil, in the form of Sauron.
What did Sauron offer to Galadriel in 1x08 in the vision on the raft? A position of power alongside him that would apparently let her keep him from being the dark lord.
So that in turn, he could master her.
Why did it take two years for this to properly hit me?!
Anyway, happy blonde-on-blonde violence day to all who celebrate.
