French films in general annoy the shit out of me, but I keep giving them new chances in hope that something will manage to impress me. Agnes Varda is one of the rare directors who actually astound me, an occasional Bresson is alright, but I really, really, REALLY hate Godard, he is so pretentious and boring, I watched Vivre Sa Vie and that alone was enough for me to conclude that he has nothing to say. It isn't even the 'style over substance' type of situation, it's just nothing.

Tonight ended our run of Evil Dead and my last night as this sweet little pun-screaming, blood spitting cellar gremlin. I am so lucky that I got to spend the past few months working on this show with so many amazing and talented people and I got to revisit my favorite role of all time.
