i'd say they should be able to do this with hrt but idk what sticker they'd even put on the boxes. 'this will give you boobies'. that's about it for the health 'risks'
it's kinda funny that cigarettes are the only thing where its like 'oh shit this causes cancer' and then you can just keep selling them with a little sticker that says 'this will give you cancer'. like you can't really do that for juice
