ALSO I remembered miss Faith Northstar this morning and now headcanon she gives flowers and other gifts to her girlfriends every day uwu

so i've been currently obsessed with the Revenant Coffee Shop by Lisbetadair and have been rereading it almost daily, and I can tell you this with absolute honesty: i still don't know what the fuck a hedge fund trader does and i don't know HOW riley managed to get rich and make enough to have enough disposable income to start a fucking coffee shop from scratch with god knows what equipment just because he had a midlife crisis and moved to Hereford. and because i was offered three options for jobs when i was younger (doctor, engineer, lawyer) i literally don't know any other jobs other than that. (besides cashiers and.. people who work at shops, i guess.) so i'm still reeling on what kind of job Faith Northstar would have. i'm guessing she comes from a decently wealthy, strict conservative christian family with a good background, and then ended up falling out due to their systematic beliefs towards the lgbt community. i have a feeling her parents are avid supporters of republicans and have an ingrained belief that white people are the superior race, and that immigrants and other people of color with their own beliefs (specifically muslims) are "destroying" America. which is kinda sad. but Faith realizes, after spending time with Eirin and Eileithya, that you know, what her parents taught her was wrong and immigrants are just doing their best trying to look out for their children and have a better life in the United States. with all that said about her family, perhaps she would have a job that would be part of the Christian community, such as a manager of a ministry - but her job would have to pay well for her to continuously volunteer at non profit organizations as a well known missionary/evangelist. speaking of jobs, i think she would actually quit working at a Christian centered community and stops being a missionary/evangelist and trying to convert other people to become christians -- because she fell out of faith and became agnostic. (and she realizes that, why is she trying to force other people to convert to her religion when they didn't ask for it?) she then escapes her family's clutches in America and settles down with Eileithya and Eirin in a quaint suburban neighborhood in Copenhagen, where she finds a decent paying job as a florist. While adjusting to her new life that was a stark contrast from where she originally came from, (eg: lived in a large house with a swimming pool and then moved to an average sized flat) she soon finds it to be charming rather than annoying, and decides to make do with what she has. While she doesn't really make enough money to buy luxurious gifts for her two girlfriends (about to become her fiancées if Eirin doesn't fuck up) every day of the month, she does make enough for small gifts, like chocolates, small trinkets, flower crowns and all. But usually she gives them bouquets of flowers, maybe not everyday but weekly, from the discarded bin. These flowers are usually almost close to wilting and dying out, their colors faded, but it's free, so that's what she gives them. (She makes up for it by tying a pretty ribbon around the flowers. And the vases she got at the thrift shop were really pretty, so..) and also since i'm on mobile right now i can't fuckibg click the return button without
