I have a questions regarding eclipsetale. If Sun were to theoretically die, would the binding on Zeros soul disappear? Would the same be for Moon as well?

I don’t rlly do character death except in rare circumstances 😂 There is one Canon thing for eclipsetale: If either Sun or Moon dies, the other will too. They cannot live without the other, and I’m certain anyone touched by their magic would either quickly follow suit or be left with deep scars 😌

hMmM i wanna hear about moonstone :D

Ooo, this’ll be fun! Moonstone is still pretty new, so I haven’t thought up much in the way of backstory, but I definitely know some characters he interacts with a lot, so treat yourself to a little slice of life!

“Macchi!” Moonstone threw his arms around the other skeleton, excited to see him.

“Ack, Moonstone, let me go!”

Macchi wasn’t really Moonstone’s half brother, but he was the closest thing he had. They technically shared parents. If not completely different versions of them and with an extra in the form of Ccino. 

The only people working at Ccino’s café were Macchi and his half brother, Glace (Outer x Ccino kid), who was doing foam art of little constellations in peoples drinks. It was just about closing time, and the last of the customers were starting to wrap up and leave.

The two of them were so clearly different from Moonstone, sporting aprons and warm browns and soft cream colors. Nothing in this au really matched Moonstones vibrant purples, pinkish reds and bright teals. The closest these two came to his colors was the midnight blue of Glace’s apron and the calm cyan of Macchi’s hoodie.

“Sorry!” Moonstone said, releasing Macchi, who grumbled and went back to making coffee for customers.

“What’re you doing here, anyway” The question wasn’t hostile, even if the words would make most people think Macchi was nothing but annoyed to see him. Then he yawned.

“I’m looonellyyyyyy,” Moonstone whined, leaning on the counter. “I don’t have anyone to talk to.”

“You seriously need friends,” 

“Friends would, um, probably be good for you,” Glace agreed.

“If I ever find out how to make them, I’ll let you two know,” Moonstone joked. Macchi lightly smacked him with one of his tentacles. “aw, you know you’d be sad if I stopped visiting.”

“I’m paid to make bitter bean water, not to deal with family,” Macchi responded dryly.

Glace snickered softly, putting whipped cream on top of a drink and drizzling caramel over it. He handed the drink, along with two others, to a kind looking bunny monster, who paid, thanked him, and left. Macchi flipped the “Open” sign to “Closed” as the door shut behind her.

Moonstone snorted loudly, summoning two shadowy tentacles to pull Macchi into a hug, rubbing his head affectionately. “Is my baby bro goin tsundere on me? And in his own father’s café!”

“Aaa! Glace, save me!”

“Hey, calling for outside help is cheating!” Moonstone snatched up the third skeleton, pulling him over into the hug. Glace collapsed in a fit of giggles.

“Dammit Glace!”

Moonstone grinned, hugging his technically-not-brothers. This was it. His happy place. Not a location, but his family.

Eclipsetale

This AU is another take on Dreamtale :D

The catch here is that the AU is a mix with Underswap, so the dynamics got really interesting :))

After Sun and Moon were created Sun started chasing after Moon to get rid of the negativity, so they are always on the run.

While escaping, the serious but kind Moon ends up saving a bunch of sans from angsty AUs like Killer, Murder, Cross, Horror and Error :)

At the same time, Sun has Blue and Ink helping on the search and purge :D

(also, the name of all the characters are different, i just said the original ones for you, dear reader, understand wtf is happening :3)

Zero was awoken by a soft scuffle and his body reacted faster than his mind, his hooked, crescent blades appearing in his hands. He sat up, panting. He stared around his darkened tent with half-open eyes. “Who?” He couldn’t even manage the rest of the sentence. He blinked as his breath came out in a cold puff of air. It was freezing. He furrowed his brow, reaching out for the jacket he kept next to the cot.

He didn’t feel it. He knew he put it there. He never put his jacket anywhere else. His tent flap was slightly open and he furrowed his brow. He always kept the flap closed at night. He could see the faintest hint of moonlight coming in. It danced across the worn down grass that covered the floor of his tent. Zero sat up. His eyes were slowly becoming adjusted to the dim light.

Sure enough, he jacket was gone from next to the cot. His first, immediate thought was that it could be Silver. He definitely wouldn’t put it past the smaller skeleton to come in and steal his shit while he was sleeping. But a feeling in his false gut told him it wasn’t. Silver wouldn’t have woken him up and he definitely wouldn’t have been careless enough to leave the flap open.

He sighed and his breath billowed out in that quiet cloud again. He wrapped a blanket from his cot around himself. If it wasn’t Silver, it meant it was a thief. He’d have to warn Moon so the other could scope out the area before alerting anyone else. He pushed his way out of his tent, the cold settling uncomfortably on his exposed bones. He held the blanket tighter around him.

The frost prickled underfoot as he quickly moved through the camp. He reached Moon’s tent and knelt in front of it. Unlike him, Moon kept the flap open. “Moon!” Zero whispered quietly, his voice a soft hiss. There was a shuffle from inside the tent. “Moon, someone was in my tent!” He was keeping his voice as quiet as possible. His teeth were heard chattering.

He jumped as a shadowy tentacle moved out from the opening. It was so faint that he didn’t even see it at first. He allowed it to wrap around him and he was pulled into the tent. Inside, it was dark, but small trickles of moonlight came in from the transparent top of the tent. He paused. “O-Oh...” He didn’t know what else to say for a moment.

There was his jacket. Moon had it wrapped around him, the fluffy hood huge on him. The other wouldn’t meet Zero’s gaze. “I... was going to return it by the morning... I promise...” Moon’s voice was quiet, but there was an odd tremor that Zero immediately didn’t like. He stared at the other. Moon always looked so tired. The dark prince looked over at him with those glowing eyes. “Are you upset?”

“No... no, of course not...” Zero assured him quickly. He didn’t know how it was possible for a skeleton to even have bags under their eyes, but Moon had achieved it. “But... uh, can I ask why you took it?” Moon stared at him before he turned his head away and the faintest glow of teal painted his cheeks. Zero stared at him. Moon seemed to scrunch up his shoulders, trying to hide in the hood.

“It’s warm... and it smells like you...” He blinked, his face lighting up more as he sputtered. “I-I don’t mean that in a weird way... It... It’s just comforting... I’m... not having a good night...” Zero realized quickly that Moon was trembling. He moved over to him and opened the blanket around him, offering to hold Moon against him quietly. Worst case, the prince would just send him back to his tent.

Zero had to hold back a shuddering breath as he felt Moon suddenly press upon against him, having accepted the offer. Zero wrapped the blanket around the both of them. He stood quietly, Moon tucked against his chest. He let go of the blanket and began to seek out the other’s hands. Moon paused for a moment as he felt Zero’s fingers gently tapping his.

He didn’t know what to do. He’d stolen Zero’s jacket multiple times before, but it was the first time he’d been caught. He’d found that it helped him sleep. There was something comforting about the combination of Zero’s scent and the jacket’s warmth that put his mind and body at ease. Right now, he was practically drenched in fear. His bones were quietly rattling.

He blinked as he felt Zero’s fingers between his and the soldier gave his hands a squeeze. Moon felt his apple soul pound a little. There were no words for how much he appreciated Zero. How much he loved him being there. He pressed himself closer to the other, resting his head against Zero’s chest. He could hear the soldier’s heart pounding. When he glanced up, he could see faint purple blush.

Finally, he felt one of Zero’s hands leave his and was startled by the sudden warmth of it against his cheek. For a moment, Moon almost panicked, as it was a gesture Sun often had used when speaking to him. But there was no burning in Zero’s touch. It was warm and comforting. He trembled and closed his eyes, leaning his head into the other’s hand.

He heard Zero let out a quiet breath and the other’s thumb gently rubbed over his chilled cheekbone. The other hand untangled itself from his and both had pulled away. Moon was momentarily startled before he felt them on either side of his head. He felt a warmth rush to his cheeks, completely unrelated to Zero pulling the hood up. Moon loved it.

He felt so hidden and warm inside of Zero’s jacket. The fluff of the hoodie was soft. Zero stared at him, his hand returning to Moon’s cheek. The prince tipped his head back into it. Zero and him hadn’t really spoken a word, but it didn’t seem they needed to. The soldier kept Moon tucked against him protectively. He probably didn’t even realize he was doing it. He finally spoke, his breath a billowing cloud.

“Do...” Zero looked away, his cheeks heating up a little more relieving him a bit from the cold. Moon stared up at him, his eyes glowing from inside of Zero’s hood. Zero had to do this. He had to do this now. No more running away. Right now. Now. He closed his eyes and took a deep breath. His soul was POUNDING. “Do you want me to stay...?” He paused for a moment. “Here. Stay here. In this tent. I-I’m not saying I would leave the group or anythin-”

“Yeah.” Moon’s voice was soft and shaking. He pressed against Zero. “Please stay here. In the tent.” Zero felt something inside of him simultaneously freak out and relax. He gave a quiet nod. He guided Moon over to his cot. He knelt down, laying the other in it. He settled on the ground next to the cot. Moon didn’t seem to like that. Zero jumped as he felt another shadowy tentacle around his waist.

He was pulled into the cot, next to Moon. He stared at the other, his eyes wide and his face bright purple. It only got worse as Moon closed his eyes and moved up against him, tucking himself against the soldier’s chest. For a long moment, Zero was too startled to do anything. Finally, he decided to take a risk and wrapped his arms around the other. He saw Moon’s teal blush grow stronger. Was he doing this right??

He hugged the other against his chest and to his relief, Moon seemed more than receptive. Zero stared down at him before resting his chin on top of Moon’s head. “Do... you feel better?” He asked hesitantly. There wasn’t even a moment’s pause before he felt Moon nod against him. Zero nodded in response. He blinked as he saw another shadowy tendril pulling the blankets over the both of them.

It was the warmest Zero had felt, thanks to three layers of blankets and the heat of another monster who didn’t feel like the equivalent of cuddling a scalding hot blade. He didn’t feel pressured to lay here with Moon. With Sun, he’d always felt threatened and tense, like the moment he fell asleep, Sun would slit his throat. Zero jumped a little.

Moon had raised his hands, curling them into the fabric of Zero’s shirt. The soldier stared down at him with wide eyes. Both of them had cheeks glowing in their respective colors. “Zero.” Moon’s voice was a hushed whisper and Zero was about to answer when he suddenly felt teeth against his own. He trembled quietly in excitement. Moon pulled away after a moment, giving a soft apology.

Another difference from Sun. Sun had always taken control of every kiss in a forceful, dominating manner that held no hint of intimacy. Moon’s kiss had only lasted a second and he was overwhelmed with emotion. It was all good, as well. He stared down at the prince. He decided it would be best for him to keep his mouth shut right then. He continued to stare down at the other.

Moon seemed to be struggling to stay awake and Zero assured him quietly that it was okay. “You can let go and sleep, okay?” He said softly. “I’ll be here when you wake up.” Moon stared up at him before asking if Zero promised in a quiet voice. Zero stared at him before leaning forward, pressing his teeth to the other’s forehead. “I promise.”

Some good news

Well,i haven’t been so active here and in another social medias. Who follows me on Instagram (sonicwithbina) and on Twitter (BinaConfusa) knows that i got a job with animation for a youtube brazillian channel. Because of this,i didn’t had time to finish some drawings to post and tell about my AUs, just recently i got brave to do something. Yes,i have work to do,don’t worry, i’m doing it. And recently my phone died and becuase of this i’m not going to post on Instagram for a time (Would be helpful if someone from my sonic account could share this to others). On my free times i caught some ideas that i have since 2018 to redesign. Right now i’m doing with Eclipsetale that is one of my favorite projects and some others projects. Sonic File AU,how is a most done i have pause the project for a time. This AU will need some AU parterns from Sonic ( How File AU will have dimension travel, wouldn’t have sense without other AUs). When my first work finish,i will open a type of raffle to see what AUs will be in the story ( well,that’s just a thought ). I forgot to tell here,but i have a Twich Channel!! Of course that isn’t a good one but i’m trying my best to do it big. There i’m doing some of my projects on live, normally i speak on portuguese there but this don’t stop you all to watch and ask me something there.( Twich channel LlamaConfusa)

If you were to make Sun and Moon (eclipsetale) into mers, what kind of creature would base them off of? Just curious if they'd be different from their counterparts.

Sun is a lionfish, and Moon is a black goldfish! Moon’s big form is a monstrous mixture between a goldfish and an octo shadow creature. They aren’t in the same au as leviathantale, and they’d be the only two leviathans in the entire world to keep it easy on me.

(I’m tempted to change Sun to a flying fish so I might actually draw him one day w/o dying lol but idk I like him being an invasive venomous species)

What if Bunny used his powers on Moon? I know the chances of that are actually low but what Bunnys powers worked on Moon?

Then it would be fun mind control times >:3c 👀 Linum would be able to freely run whatever tests Sun asks him to and Sun may take advantage of Moon’s state and Bunny’s powers and force him to act certain ways. However, Moon would be able to break free under enough stress.

also, we've all kind of established at this point "sun is an asshole" "sun is the villain of eclipsetale" but is there actually something more to sun's constant jackassery and is he supposed to be more of those relatable villains / not actually a villain at all, or is he just an average antagonist? sorry if this was phrased badly ^^;

This is a good question! But also very tricky to answer XD

People have established a lot of things about Sun. A lot of people have made very dark content with him and that is good! My aus are meant to be able to be used by fandom however needed no matter how dark the content is. I believe that dark fic and fluff fic both have their merits and can both give creators catharsis.

I encourage people to interpret him however they wish, but for some that may lead to a one dimensional character who is pure evil. Which is okay and completely valid by the way, characters don't always have to be redeemed or turn good in the end. Pure chaotic villains are fun!

However, this is not my personal canon for Sun.

Canonly, Sun is meant to be a heavily flawed character with issues that reflect how trying to fix everything and make things better by force isn't the way to go. He's morally grey, a dark dirty grey, but grey.

He's awful, sadistic, and mean but that's not all there is to him. He has heavy codependence and control issues. He's manipulated and hurt many people just to protect Moon. He covers up his own insecurities and pain by hyperfixating on his brother. Sun is not a good character, he never will be, but I hope to share more about his past and eclipsetale's future one day.

At the end of the day Sun was/is Dream, he's Dream if Dream were to see Nightmare hurting and decided that he needed to save him from his pain. Sun is hurting, very badly, and his intentions are good but his methods are awful and only make everything worse. Sun's a Mess and he's desperately hiding it.

At the end of the day it's up to the viewer to interpret Sun however they wish <3

Does Moon live with Sun or does he have his own house? Or maybe he's just staying a little everywhere, like in Syntax void ?

Before they make up? Moon is on the run, he stays nowhere and travels aus <3 Afterwards? He might stay with Sun sometimes, but he'll have his own little place to hideaway in.

There are roughly 8ish people who would have to live together in Sun's castle, so Moon would def need his own place for himself and his crew so they aren't always there XD

Hi! I hope I am not annoying you but I have this question on my head after I saw an ask involving Sun.

It said about Sun meeting an angel but now I am thinking, what would happen if Sun meets a god, how would that turn out?

Technically he himself is a deity (so on par with a god!) so I think it’d go how Greek god drama usually goes 😂 usually Sun tends to go the route of containing and keeping tabs on rather than outright attacking. It really depends on who he meets and how they act :0
