Possible high school AU for Yi Bao and Yi Jiu, made with Picrew.
...Oh, I haven't said anything about Yi Jiu?
So she's basically Yi Bao's counterpart in Ravages of Time because I'm already deep down in that puzzling hell of a fandom. Her story is different from Yi Bao, though; she is Huang Zhong's sidekick of some sorts, like Deng Ai to Zhang Liao in Chapter 404 (Ziyi feels betrayed somewhat). Her father works for Liu Biao, and Yi Jiu herself is acquainted with Huang Zhong and Gan Ning. Following her father and lord's eventual death, and Gan Ning's later defection to Sun clan, she clings onto Huang Zhong and follows him around. They will later meet Wei Yan, and eventually serve Liu Bei. And no, she's not going to be put under Zhao Yun.
As I just reached the prelude of Chibi, Huang Zhong is currently out of focus and therefore I don't know what happened to him after the battle against Team Sun.
Yi Jiu is basically a vent-out character for me; I like female characters who can rock in both weapon usage and fist fights, and historical patriarchy portrayed in Ravages isn't giving me that. And Ravages itself has very limited female character design as most of the women have very similar faces, just different hairstyles; so far only Zhen Fu, Sun Shu, Lady Fan, and (maybe) Shan Wuling/Zhang Chunhua actually have different looks, and only the latter three have actual personalities. So, I designed Yi Jiu with the standard female characteristics, plus scars, a pike, and a bit brashness. She also loves mocking enemies by flaunting her feminine looks as she beats the hell out of them.
Will her love interest be the same as Yi Bao's? I haven't even seen Wei Yan yet.
I want to draw her engaging in a childish fight with Ling Tong someday~ :3

Request game with ssakine.katsu and debudebu_intan on Instagram. The former requested Yi Bao wearing my clothes that day and the latter requested Li Zhen in fancy clothes... which was barely fancy at all. But I love my effort, even in its mediocre glory.

Here's a parody for your day because I seem to have lost too much memory about my stories.
Musou OC parody - Gunshi (Strategist) PreCure!
Featuring Yi Bao as Cure Charge and Tsukki's OC, Zhuge Xin'ai as Cure Tactic. (in Tsukki's story, Xin'ai is Zhuge Liang's adopted daughter)
Headcanon on this :
Let's say there's a threat like Orochi invading Ancient China. A few girls are given extraordinary powers to stop it. Two of them, Yi Bao and Zhuge Xin'ai, are bestowed this power in order to protect the kingdom of Shu. As time goes on, the three feuding kingdoms (Shu, Wu, Wei) have to put on a temporary truce as the PreCures of their own work together to annihilate the treat.
"PreCure Stratagem Execution!"
"First challenge in front lines! Cure Charge!"
"Calculating perfection in obscurity! Cure Tactic!"
...Okay, that was a crappy plot. But I have fun imagining it. XD

So yesterday I went to play at the old habitat* and tried out DW5 Empires again. (* personal code word to refer to Res' family house)
Now behold the DW5 version of my Chinese OCs! ...Not all of them, though, and since I haven't unlocked all the outfits, some (or all) of them don't look as originally intended. Good thing I didn't save them, though.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Li Zhen here looks really cute despite her hair not looking the same, but hey, at least she's still got her signature twin buns. The "Innocent" voice type actually sounds either very cutesy-shy or childish, but it fits her more than the more fiery "Spirited" type, so I just went along with that. Another mistake I made here is that the flowers on her head were supposed to be red.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Lin Shen, my Mo Dao Zu Shi OC. I got really confused about her weapon since in the story she's in, she mainly uses magic and wields a book (spell tome?) that she writes on and recites her magic from. So I just went with Zhang Liao's pole blade, and maybe she'll get this weapon too in her own story. Her voice type is "Relaxed", it sounds pretty deep although its icon has Zhenji's silhouette (who has a sultry voice instead of deep).
Speaking of Lin Shen, I also made her in DW5XL for Xtreme Mode (because who would be her mentor in Destiny Mode?). I made sure she never recruited anyone as ally due to her canon nature as a lone wolf. That had a bad effect of her being easily offed because there's nobody to protect her. Seems I need to show some mercy to her...
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Next, Yi Bao. I don't remember if there's any armour-ish outfit for female edits; she looks a bit weird in this one, as opposed to her full-armoured appearance in SoulCalibur. Here she looks more like a wanderer than soldier. I also had problems with whose sword moveset she should use, and decided on Sun Quan's although it looks very unfitting to her; she should've had Zhou Yu's moveset instead, it has a better stance. Like Lin Shen, her voice type is "Relaxed".
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Zhang Xia (aka Yi Bao's maid). It's not the correct outfit and hairstyle for her, but at least she has the correct weapon : Diaochan's dual mace. I'll remake her when I unlock the other outfit because honestly, she doesn't look good in this one. I went with "Spirited" for her voice type since despite her scaredy-cat nature, her original voice indicates a lot of enthusiasm.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Last one is Yi Jiu, my Ravages of Time OC. Like I said before, I haven't unlocked the other outfits yet, so here she looks extremely different from what I intend her to be. I have no qualms about her hairstyle, but her face looks not as feminine; it looks pretty sinister while she actually sports a rather innocent, but whimsical look on her face. I went with Jiang Wei's trident spear for her weapon because so far, I don't have any spear-wielding girl, right? (Aoyama Shun doesn't count) And like Zhang Xia, her voice type is "Spirited"; it's just pitch perfect as she is a cheerful person.
I want to make the other OCs, but their weapons aren't listed here. Even Li Ren has to use a sword instead because Zhou Yu isn't using a staff before DW6. So here's a list of my other DW characters and their possible weapon movesets (or weapon changes for most) :
Zhen Pan - spear (Zhao Yun/Jiang Wei); alternatively, pike (Lü Meng) or pole blade (Guan Yu/Zhang Liao). Ma Chao and Lü Bu's movesets are too fiery for his quiet nature.
Zhen Yin/Manyue - feather fan (Zhuge Liang/Sima Yi), originally fan sword. Both are very fitting for her, considering she is the tactician of her own family. Her pranks could also count as strategy practice from another perspective... what a jerk-ass truth.
Mai Xi - scythe (Yueying), originally sickle. Simply because there's no sickle moveset and she is Li Zhen's actual successor as the plant hunter.
Mai Yong - fork and shield (Xingcai), originally dual shields. There is nobody in DW history who wields a pair of large shields, so Xingcai's weapon here is the closest Mai Yong can have.
Mai Xun - sword (Gan Ning), originally a single hooksword. The only hooksword moveset is Yue Jin's in DW8, and it's dual wield. Gan Ning's sword is the closest for Mai Xun's speedy moveset.
That's all for now. My other Chinese OCs have impossible weapons (Zhao Xiang tops this as her weapon is her smile of all possible things), so I can't include them here (yet).

Happy Birthday, Yi Bao!
Even though birthdates aren't really important as people usually use the East Asian age reckoning, I think it's okay to have more things to celebrate. :3

So last night I read some of Taishi Ci and Xu Huang's Destiny Mode lines and they are really awesome, I can't help imagining this exchange :
(Wu)
Mai Yong : Bro!
Taishi Ci : Yeah?
Mai Yong : I wanna join your unit!
Taishi Ci : But you're with Lord Sun Quan...
Mai Yong : Aw, please?
Taishi Ci : But—
Mai Yong : Pretty pleeeeeaaaaaase? (puppy eyes)
Taishi Ci : ..... (sighs) ...Okay then.
Mai Yong : Yaaay!
(Wei)
Yi Bao : Bro, I wanna join your unit, but I can't betray General Zhao.
Xu Huang : Then don't.
Yi Bao : But I adore you.
Xu Huang : It doesn't mean you can just switch loyalties like that. Zhao Yun is the best commander you have, so stay loyal to him. Besides, everyone in Wei are too strict for you. And maybe your cover will be blown more easily.
Yi Bao : Can't I just pretend to defect and then be placed under your command?
Xu Huang : You'll have to impress me enough.
Yi Bao : Don't I always?
Xu Huang : (sighs) Okay, you do. But I'd rather meet you as an actual opponent.
Yi Bao : Bro... okay, I understand. You despise deception, after all. I'll stay by General Zhao's side, and become your best enemy.
Extra note : I also read some other officers' Destiny Mode lines. Zhao Yun's are awesome as well. Zhang Liao's too, though they seem kinda Yu Jin-ish. Xiahou Yuan really lacks formality. Cao Pi's are... uhhh... facepalm-worthy.
I've been in Zhang He's unit once. His lines sound calm and patient, though when he reprimands, it hits you like a hard slap to the face. But worry not, when he praises, it sends you to the seventh heaven and back. Especially if there's a gift included (skill, weapon, or clothes).

DWOC recap
I haven't posted about my DWOC here, right? Okay, here you go. For now, I'll only post about the main two.
Two things to note :
I have two kinds of stories for them : the DW5 version (as I play DW5 the most because PS3 is still too expensive for me *sobs*) and the DW8/DW9 version (to keep up with the time).
The clan names used here are the same as my other OCs that appear in my original stories. I need to make a list about them.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
1. Li Zhen (莉真)
Age (by first appearance) : 28 (29 in East Asian age reckoning)
Weapon : Scythe (Yueying's moveset)
The main OC for DW. She is the third of four siblings, all of whom run business as florists. She remains in Xuchang to also take care of her family's ancestral house and shrine while her siblings—Li Bao (莉宝), Li Yin (莉隠), and Li Kui (莉煃)—settle in various locations (Bao travels further north, Yin is married off to a man from Yi clan in Chengdu, Kui lives in Chaisang). Aside from running the flower shop, she also looks for various wild flowers and herbs to experiment with. During the course of the story, she has seen many things happen and is often indirectly forced to use her wit and innocence against people who pose threats to her job, and other times she has to use her plant-hunting scythe to defend herself while out of town. She befriends some officers and holds an affinity to a Wei general, Cao Xiu, though their relationship is hardly touched upon. She dies from illness during Cao Xiu's absence in the battle at Shiting, having entrusted the future of her shop to her nephew, Li Ren (莉仁). The only regret that she carries to the grave is the inability to properly confess her feelings to Cao Xiu.
Li Zhen is good-mannered, calm, and compassionate, although at times she can be quite mischievous or downright cunning. She only dedicates herself to her interests and almost always risks herself in doing so, much to her Wei friends' (especially Cao Xiu's) chagrin. As part of her job/hobby, she tends to walk around ravaged lands or battlefields, the latter often dragging her in trouble until either her wits or someone else saves her. Because of it, too, she gains several scars on her hands, mostly from dealing with thorny plants. She is implied to be infertile, hence her worries about having a love life.
In her DW5 story, she seems to be close acquaintances with Cao and Xiahou clans, considering she operates in their capital territory. Cao Pi especially often comes by to buy flowers for Zhenji, in which Li Zhen jokingly calls him out for it. Her friendship with Cao Pi is still evident in her DW9 story, with the latter starting to ship-tease her with his cousin.
2. Yi Bao (憶抱)
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Age (by first appearance) : 20 (21 in East Asian age reckoning)
Weapon : Sword (Sun Quan's moveset)
Daughter of Li Zhen's elder sister, Li Yin. She only stays deep inside the house at first, never going out while her mother secretly cares for her. She knows that her father's recent death in the hands of Liu Bei's men and the verbal abuse from Yi clan have taken toll on Li Yin's health, and if Li Yin dies, she will have to face her paternal family alone and risk being either their abuse target or married off to someone of their liking, with the latter option could end worse. So she secretly decides to disguise herself as a man and enlist in Liu Bei's army once they have taken Chengdu. Li Yin knows of her plans and, fortunately, supports her by giving her an amulet, her father's sword, and a bit pep talk. Li Yin passes away shortly after Yi Bao enlists, and remembering her oath as a filial daughter, Yi Bao only returns home to give her mother a proper funeral.
In the army, Yi Bao is mentored by Zhao Yun, who futilely encourages her to open up to her comrades. She is extremely afraid of being found out, but he reassures her that she needs not worry as they have female generals around, and should her cover gets blown, he will stand up to her. Throughout her story, she moves on to befriend Huang Zhong and Wei Yan, with her latter relationship being taken advantage of by Zhuge Liang to keep the berserker general at bay. It works, and even evolves romantically, though it gets cut short by the time the battle at Wuzhang Plains take place. As she stays to defend Baidi Castle from Wu's invasion, she remembers her grudge to her father's family and takes advantage of the situation to let Wu soldiers/officers annihilate any remnants of Yi clan, thus completing her revenge. She is devastated, however, when the Northern Campaign team return and inform her two things : Wei Yan is killed in battle, and one of the Wei officers against them is her cousin. Following the revelation, she loses her will to fight and starts seeing that Shu is nearing its end. Eventually, she asks Jiang Wei to let her retire and go to Xuchang after being persuaded (through letters) into leaving Shu by said cousin, none other than Li Ren. Being the only friend who understands her, Jiang Wei allows her and cooperates with Li Ren to smuggle her to Xuchang while Sima clan is busy. Once arriving there, she remains in hiding until the situation calms down. Regarded as a veteran by Li Ren's fellow late-Wei comrades, she willfully shares her war experience with them.
Yi Bao is highly dedicated to serving Shu, although at first only fueled by rage and the need to prove herself worthy. The filial piety towards her mother and newfound trust in her comrades are what keeps her going, but her will to fight gradually dies down as she loses them one by one. She is known to hold grudges, and since she dislikes bringing up her personal problems to others, one can only wait until she accomplishes her revenge. She is highly insecure about her status as a female warrior as she spends most of her life being restrained in the world's patriarchy, but eventually gets better.
While in her DW5 story she is only known to linger around Zhao Yun as his apprentice and harbour romantic interest to Wei Yan, we are presented with more of her relationships in her DW9 story. Examples include her respect towards Huang Zhong, friendly rivalry with Xu Huang and Zhang He, and instant friendship with Xiahou Ba after his defection. With Jiang Wei, she grows to trust him more than anyone else, forming a bond akin to brotherhood and ultimately feels comfortable with telling all her worries to him, knowing that he understands her the most. She resents Ma Chao for all the anger he has for Cao Cao, although they reconcile just shortly before his death; Ma Dai is left unnoticed at first, but she later grows some respect to him, only to later become another grudge since he "lets" Wei Yan die at Wuzhang Plains.
As Yi Bao is constantly in disguise, only a few people besides Liu Bei and Liu Shan who knows her true identity. Surprisingly, somehow Bao Sanniang knows too and uses that knowledge to ship-tease her with Wei Yan.

Wei-rdest DW dream
I love the pun on the title.
Okay, so I have a dream in which the Three Kingdoms had a truce, so no more wars and stuff, and all the officers were alive. And there were our OCs too.
However, a threat befell them when they least expected it : there was this villain who wanted to claim the Three Kingdoms, and then the Emperor's throne. To do so, he must first dispose of a number of officers, especially the loyalists to either the Han or the three warlords. (Yeah, Xun Yu, you were doomed worse than in Ravages.)
Long story short, he succeeded, and those that were not killed either went into hiding or surrendered to him. Li Zhen was among the few who surrendered—while she had close ties with the Cao and Xiahou, she betrayed them to stay alive. Very petty indeed.
However, when that villain was enjoying his victory, a skirmish broke out, thus revealing that his surrendered officers had revolted with the help of those in hiding.
They were eventually defeated and captured, then brought before the villain in his throne room, and Li Zhen would be the one to deliver their executions. The remnants of Cao and Xiahou were surprised, of course; that she had become a high-ranking official and execute them. Xiahou Dun (who, for some reason, had his DW5 appearance) remarked, "How could you abandon us for such a bastard?! You're being a disgrace to your clan!" and Li Zhen backtalked him with an extremely cold glare, "I only seek to stay alive in this chaos. Is that so wrong?"
After much arguing between her and the captives (some of which knew her well), she came down, seemingly to behead them herself, but she instead went past them and out of the room. The villain called out to her, but realised that the captives had suddenly broken free of their restraints and were glowing rage aura. He was confused, and of course, frightened out of his mind as they lunged at him.
Outside, Li Zhen was enjoying the sounds of nature (and torture) and revealed that she was the one who helped them break free. She decided that waiting time's over and headed back to the room.
Unfortunately for her, everyone really believed that she had defected for good, so she must force her way through to eliminate the now-weakened villain. As she managed to break through the crowd of overpowered generals, Yukimura suddenly appeared before her for some reason. She was like "What are you doing here?", but bypassed him anyway. However, just before her scythe touched the downed villain, she felt a poke on her back and someone shouting behind her, "Shā—!" (殺 - kill), then a huge beam of light enveloped the villain, incinerating him.
The dream was cut right there.
Honestly, this entire dream was really awesome, especially the part where Li Zhen broke through the defenses like an experienced one-man army she never was. Shame that I didn't get to see how it ended, and who shot that light beam. But at least I knew it was Yi Bao who shouted the "kill" word because it's her vent-out hobby.

(let's say everyone is bored out of their minds)
Katsuki : (just realises something) Wait, 219 to 234 AD is quite a long time, right?
Shiro : Now that you said it... (turns to Yi Bao) I wonder if you and your hulk boyfriend ever done something... more...
Yi Bao : (visibly flustered) W- W- What do you mean by that?!
Shiro : Bro, when did you start dating?
Yi Bao : A- After the battle at Mt. Dingjun, of course!
Katsuki : And when did you two separate?
Yi Bao : W- Wuzhang Plains... b- but we don't break up; he died!
Katsuki : Then my calculation was right! Both of you dated for exactly 15 years!
Shiro : And that was just "dating"?
Yi Bao : Whatever do you mean?! We didn't do anything more! Besides, I must keep up my appearance as a man, right?
Katsuki : But Bao Sanniang blew your cover.
Yi Bao : Only a few in Shu are supposed to know that! She just happens to find out...
Katsuki : And some Wei people.
Yi Bao : They don't care. They don't need to care because they enjoyed good fights with me.
Shiro : Hm... okay... by the way, I just realised one more thing. You're twenty, right?
Yi Bao : Uh... yeah.
Shiro : Aren't you too young for him? He seems to be in his thirties...
Yi Bao : He's 37. That's not too far, I think.
Shiro : 17 years gap is "not too far"?!
Katsuki : Well, age matters not if you intend to secure your relationship with political marriage of some sort.
Yi Bao : (blushes) Oh, shut up. We all know my family in Shu wouldn't let me if they know. Their standards for a spouse is so high, it goes out of Earth.
Katsuki : Maybe so, but how about your maternal ones? They are supportive of you, and I think I can help them arrange the marriage right away~
Yi Bao : NO!! (leaves the room, still heavily flustered)
Katsuki : Aw, she left...
Shiro : (sighs) You went overboard with the marriage plan.
Katsuki : Never mind. Now... (turns to Li Zhen, who is sitting nearby, and approaches her with the weirdest grin she can make) Lady Li~
Li Zhen : Y- Yes?
Katsuki : Just curious, when did you and Master Cao Xiu first meet?
Li Zhen : After the elimination of Yuan clan.
Katsuki : Hm, 207... And you died in 228... (counts, then exclaims) So you've been with him for 21 years! That's even longer than Lady Yi's romance span!
Li Zhen : W- What? No! We're just friends and-
Katsuki : (grabs Li Zhen's hands) That's plenty of time to confess, my lady. Do it before it's too late.
Li Zhen : (in a hushed voice) Uh... um... I'll t-try, I guess... (blushes)
Shiro : (chimes in) You say that, but what of your ambiguous relationship with Hanzo, you dork?
Katsuki : (flustered, turns to Shiro) Don't bring that up! I don't have any sort of feelings towards Master Hattori!
Shiro : Suuuuuuuure, keep saying that... (smirks)
Li Zhen : (sweatdrops)
(outside)
Yi Bao : (still blushing out of indescribable feelings) Uhh... I can't tell them if I actually did the thing with him, right...? A- And marriage...? That's one hell of a joke, you know...

Whoops, I just realised that Yi Bao's DW5 role is really similar to DW5!Xingcai—they even have the same stages. Both are under Zhao Yun's watch at Chengdu and go independent by the time the battle at Mt. Dingjun takes place. They also appear in Yiling and Jieting, and their stories end after defending Baidi Castle from Wu. In that case, I guess I should tweak Yi Bao's stages a bit...
Okay. When I first said it, her stages are as follows :
Chengdu
Mt. Dingjun
Yiling
Jieting
Baidi Castle
Considering she only joins in AFTER Liu Bei takes Chengdu, she shouldn't be there during the battle itself, right? Oh, and I'm still doubting whether she should be at Tianshui or Nanzhong stage as well, but one thing for sure, she's not going to be at Chencang Castle and/or Wuzhang Plains or else her ending would be VERY different.
So, a few changes in her stages :
Mt. Dingjun
Yiling
Final Engagement at Nanzhong
Jieting
Baidi Castle
And finally I decided she should be in Nanzhong campaign because it's fun despite all the dangers. (if this is DW7 and up, I'll have her around Bao Sanniang out of suspicion)
Though if I play in Destiny Mode, she'll start off much earlier because everyone's first stage there is the Yellow Turban Rebellion.
Oh, and one more—in Jieting stage, Cao Pi has a comment on anyone who faces him (I only see his comment on Xingcai and Ma Chao though), so I wonder what he would remark about Yi Bao. Hopefully (or not) he notices the resemblance between her and a certain someone

Chinese OC clans recap
Having remembered something important, Mystrei rushes to the office to ask.
"By the way, Kurami. How many characters in Resverse who share the same surnames as the OCs in Dynasty Warriors?"
Kurami drops her paperwork and walks to the archives.
"Now that you remind me, I think it's time to make a list of the clans."
Kurami ransacks the document sanctuary and returns to her desk with several papers in hand. Mystrei, on the other hand, just watches and munches a large-size meatbun.
"Don't forget to add descriptions on the original series characters!"
"I know. Okay, now let's begin sorting!"
1. Li clan (莉)
Mainly known for their expertise in botany; some of them even regularly deals with toxic plants. Most of them have flora-related business. They like afternoon tea breaks and experimental concoctions.
DWOC :
Li Bao (莉宝)
Li Yin (莉隱)
Li Zhen (莉真)
Li Kui (莉煃)
Li Ren (莉仁)
Original series :
Lillian/Li Liya (莉理亞)/Li Yao (莉妖) - originally an orphan living in Italy (thus, she knows Jazrica) before being adopted by into Li clan. She later changes her name to make it simpler and more fitting to her personality. She is now a high school student and joins the Five Developers as stage designer. In the warped world created by the hijacked Closed Life Race, her weapon is a spiked chain—or as she calls it, the "Steel Braid".
Li Jian (莉薦) - Li Yao's adoptive father. He runs a flower shop in the town where they live and often gives life advices that he knows will lead Yao to a peaceful life she always wants.
2. Yi clan (憶)
Perfectionist jerks, sometimes bordering TV drama villain stereotype. They bring pressure to be the best, and more often than not have driven their mentally-weaker members (or other people) to untimely death. A few members, however, are more kind-hearted and willing to use their talents in danger zones.
DWOC :
Yi Can (憶燦)
Yi Bao (憶抱)
Yi Luo (憶落)
Original series :
Yi Jing (憶晶) - Yi Huo's older sister. An ace student throughout her life, she only follows the principles of her clan out of fear that they will hate her if she fails. When she failed herself for the first time, she branded herself a "traitor" and later was found dead from mysterious circumstances. Her parents simply threw her corpse somewhere, not wanting to bother with her as a “failure”.
Yi Huo (憶火) - Yi Jing’s younger brother who is somewhat of a manchild. He knows full well about his sister’s insecurities and, after discovering the truth that led to Jing’s death, snuck out of the household to retrieve her body and give her a proper burial. Afterwards, he fled and ended up aiding a pair of sisters in their odd jobs.
Yi Chuju (憶雏菊) - the current heiress of the clan. She is sent by her parents to help the Five Developers by becoming their experimental racer/stage tester. In the warped world, she wields a pair of crescent-shaped blades that look like chakrams or deer horn knives.
3. Mai clan (霾)
A clan full of empaths with high excitability. They are loyal and helpful, and well-trained in sports and martial arts. Nostalgia talk is always their trending topic. In the original series, most of them perished after an apocalyptic incident, leaving so far only two survivors.
DWOC :
Mai Xi (霾熙)
Original series (though they have their DW story too, albeit with similarities to their own series) :
Mai Yong (霾勇) - one of the Hostility Outbreak survivors with a mind reading/mind control ability. She wields a shield on each hand and is currently looking for her cousin, whose whereabouts is unknown. In her DW story, she is a neighbour of Sun clan and childhood friends with Ling Tong. She has the same objective after Xiahou Dun's berserker alliance attack the household : to find her cousin.
Mai Xun (霾熏) - Mai Yong's closest cousin. She also survives the Hostility Outbreak and is currently honing her martial art skill so that she can protect Yong if they are to meet again (especially because Yong's mind control ability renders her vulnerable). She wields a bladed flute and a crowbar. In her DW story, she has been missing for years and currently tags along with Xiahou Dun's alliance, knowing full well that they are victims of Hostility Outbreak and may kill her off should she be found out. Luckily, some of them (such as Xun You) possess weaker berserk level, thus enabling her to approach them.
4. Na clan (娜)
Most famous for their long-standing feud against Japan's Uzushi clan, in which they lost most of their members. But some remnants of this family have started rebuilding their lost glory. They are harsh, though not as much as Yi clan, and determined to do what they think is right, even if they have to resort to threats and underhanded tactics.
Original series :
Na Jun (娜君) - a Chinese girl who lost her family during a civil war caused by the cannibalistic Uzushi clan in an isolated island. She befriends the Bloody Nights, aspiring to become one herself. She later dons the Bloody Empress mantle and swears to kill every last one of Uzushi clan’s members in order to return home.
Na Fumai (娜福霾) - Na Jun's descendant, a young hairdresser who desperately tries to escape marriage. She fills her face with scars so that no man would want her.
5. Liu clan (流)
Closely related to Na clan and famed for their power to manipulate flowers. Its members often end up marrying people of Li clan to strengthen their own power and widen their floral control. They are also fans of fairytales.
DWOC :
Liu Lianyang (流蓮洋)
Original series :
Liu Xin (流信) - Na Jun's cousin, a rather rotund princess who never leaves her mansion. She is noted to have romanced two Bloody Nights members.
Liu Tai (流态) - Liu Xin's descendant and a minion of the Game Master. His only proof of lineage to Liu Xin is his flower-controlling technique and exquisite taste for drinks. Even so, his flower power is significantly weaker and he resorts into using another weapon. In the warped world, he wields a detachable gauntlet shield.
6. Qiang clan (蔷)
At first known only as “the fairytale clan” due to the legend of Qiangji and her Peace-Calling Sword. As her descendants from various countries start to reveal themselves, this clan is slowly rising to its former glory.
Original series :
Qiangji (蔷姬)/Qiang Xuan (蔷炫) - the aformentioned legendary princess. She sacrificed herself through a ritual performed for her goddess of peace to stop the infighting in her clan.
Qiang Ping/Pink Lonerose (蔷平) - reincarnation of Qiangji, who happens to also be her descendant. She is a member of Unwanted Life Squad with her brother, and her Crystal Accessories are green.
Qiang Zhi/Will Lonerose (蔷志) - Pink's mentally unstable elder brother. He is shown to be perturbed and jumpy, and only opens up to Pink. As a member of Unwanted Life Squad, his Crystal Accessories are white.
Qiang Meilin (蔷梅林) - one of Qiangji's descendants. She attends Serenicium Academy as the representative from Taiwan. She is nicknamed "Xiao Zhu Hua" (小朱花 / "Little Crimson Flower") due to the flower-shaped almandine garnet decorating her ring, and uses this nickname as her alias when in the Realm of Moonpowder. As Xiao Zhu Hua, her class is Mage, with her ring manifesting as her companion and weapon.
"I guess that's all..."
"How about some other clans like Wu (雾), Zhen (珍), Zhu (朱), or Qiu (秋)?"
"Eh, they don't have DW-based characters..."
"Yet you added Na and Qiang."
"Maybe I could consider adding those less-important clans later. Now back to work, back to work~"
With that, Kurami goes back to focus on her current work, whatever it is.
