Genre: Indie Rock

Modest Mouse before "Float On." This is the second album they put out and in the late 90's. Indie rock was in its somewhat infancy in America. It wouldn't be until mid-2000's until they meet mainstream success and a whole slew of "indie bands" were cropping up everywhere. Just something to share. I myself am warming up to them. It just hasn't "clicked" for me yet. I'm not trying to listen to their later stuff just yet. I'd rather listen to this for now. Those drum rolls at the very end of the song just do it for me. It's not very often that I get to hear something so intense and in your face just like this song.

I swear, one of the most soothing things I've ever heard has to be a nice, solid and clean drum roll. Like the one in this song starting at 2:00. I especially loooove playing these types of drum rolls as well<3
