#Repost @therealbeermama THIRSTY BOTANIST- @boothbaycraftbrewery You guys, I love this under-the-radar brew. Full of mango notes and touches of citrus and lemon peel, this is as lush as the name suggests. Hints of lemony pine accent this beer as well- providing some balance to the sweetness of the tropical fruit flavors. You’ll notice grain in this as well, but more of a touch of malty sweetness rather than a malt backbone, and a hint of biscuit. This finish is big and drawn out, lingering in the palate with a hit of pineapple and a little bite.
