That handshake between the ML (Dong Baek, real name Sung Ju-ho) and FL (Han Su Mi) at the finale episode gives hope of them working again together… and maybe add the missing romance element. This show was very effective in removing that, though. It works!

And the development revealing all serial killers, from "The Executioner" to an accomplice to "The Eraser," is something you won't expect even if you try to play the detective game. 👌🏻

My all-time favorite whumpee is for sure Dong Baek from Memorist, he has some of the 🤌🤌🤌est whump scenes, and he does one of my top fav tropes (exhaustion from ability overuse) just so nicely

Recently though my fav has been Gongmyung Pil from The First Responders (I'm even sorta writing fics with him, check it out), he is just such a little cutesy guy, and he has just the best scene of him just getting frickin' blown up in s2, it's amazing

As for ocs, I think the ones i love to whump and imagine terrible scenarios about are these two (the names are Sylphy and Antonina), there's just a whole bunch of lore about them that is not gonna go into this post lol

About scenarios... Well, tbh it could be literally anything, as long as it's not a trope/plot I don't like

Yay! I completed Memorist (finally!) 

First of all, Yoo Seung Ho is good as always (actually he keeps improving). 

Although the rating of this drama was quite low, I don't regret to watch this. I enjoyed the show though I think I am not clever enough to understand all the details immediately. At around ep 10, I wish someone can make a diagram to summarize and explain all the clues to me (haha...)

I know the ending of this drama is different from the original Korean webtoon but I think this ending is fine. I will read the webtoon to see what the difference is. 

Apart from the good acting, I like the messages of the story. I like this story was not only related to good and evil or illegal punishment and law, but also the privacy issue. 

Seung Ho mentioned in a recent interview that his next project was a movie but in the end he put it aside due to COVID-19. I really hope we can see Seung Ho in a movie next time as his last movie 'Seondal: The Man Who Sells the River' (with Ko Chang Seok who also participated in Memorist) was 4 years ago.

Next drama I want to watch is Flower of Evil (July 29) I miss Lee Joon Gi!
