Clover Eyes - Maxis Match eyes (default and non-default)

My summer break ended early! I wanted to get new default eyes for my Sims, but ended up creating my very own set of eyes. Oops.

I was inspired by @squea's Dynastid eyes. I've been a fan of Dynastid for many moons, and I highly recommend that you check that set out.

You will enjoy Clover Eyes if you like smooth Maxis Match textures, bright sclera, and slightly desaturated color tones (compared to vanilla eyes). These might not be for you if you prefer more detailed textures, or darker sclera.

Available for human and occult sims alike. Swatch previews and more details are available under the cut. Enjoy!

Eye cc is one of the most essential items in my mods folder. Having more eye color options and more eye styles is such a game changer—it changes the entire look of a sim’s face!

Learning how to make 100% my own sims with all cc made by me:D Aaaand my journey began with the eyes! I present you, my dear kittens a puppies, my first hand paint eyes for all ages and all frames!

Default - Will replace Base Game eyes. Will also conflict with other default eyes. Non Default - Will add new eye swatches in Eye color section. Facepaint - Most common version. Works as eye contacts, you an find new eyes in Facepaint section. Note that this type of eyes will disappear once you change outfit and you'll have to put them on again manually. Occult Eyesocket - Unlike Facapaint eyes this type won't disappear once you change outfits. You can find it in Eyesocket section. Personally, I recommend this one.

What else do you need to know: + HQ compatible + Infants-Elder age, male and female + There are 40 swatches (most of them are hazel-ish green colors :D) + I removed ugly specular from all versions ;3

Digi's July2020 Eyes 3 Defaults

I still really love these eyes by Digi. I defaulted these months ago, but I'm only now releasing them for posterity. The colours referenced in the post refers to custom eyes in the original set.

Dark Brown: Colour 44

Light Blue: Mix between colours 19 and 20

Dark Blue: Darkened version of colour 21

Grey: Colour 5

Green: More saturated colour 29

Alien: Colour 8 with a black sclera

But wait, there's more !

I also included a vampire default with four options. Your vampires won't change their skintone to be that blue-gray and will only get new eyes. SELECT ONE !!

Vampirism: Colour 47 (Traditional)

Porphyric Hemophilia: Colour 70 hue-shifted to red (Inspired by Oblivion)

Sanguinare Vampiris: Mix between colours 48 and 49 with a dark grey sclera (Inspired by Skyrim)

Dhaunayne Aundae: Colour 69 without iris (Inspired by Morrowind)

Noxiphilic Sanguivoria: Colour 2 with a bloodshot sclera (Inspired by Stage 4 Vampirism in ESO; my personal favourite)

Clover Eyes are now available for pets! The set now includes default eyes for cats, dogs, and horses. Please note that I do not plan to create overrides for other animals at the moment - I wanted to focus on pets that can be edited or created in CAS.

yup yup I'm here again with another eye set~ This time Alien default eyes~! specifically made to compliment @squea 's Pupa eyes. Made using their psd file :) I know the name is kind of long but? I couldn't think of anything all that clever so.. ya know~

These were oddly a little tricky? I tried to make them available for some of the other occults, Not sure if it worked LOL but They work for aliens.. just let me know if there's any issues aaa~

MY NEW EYE COLORS SYSTEM

I'm a huge fan of Anna's default eyes, had been using them for probably nearly 10 years, but it was time for a tiny change. Emphasis on tiny!

I wanted to add some custom eyes to have more variety, but I really needed them to be the same style as my defaults. Anna's eyes sadly don't come with any non-defaults (links don't work anymore), so I switched to a very, very similar edit that has custom eyes too. Then, I chose a few customs and edited them to not be dominant (I use the Equal Genetics mod). It just so happened that at the time I was watching a friend of mine replace the texture of default eyes in SimPE. So I edited the default replacements to exactly the colors I always wanted Anna's eyes to have (using the custom colors). I changed light blue, green and brown. To me, they look slightly more Maxis in new colors. So now I have defaults + 6 custom colors of the same style. Two of three formerly default colors have been installed as custom to honor them! I'm satisfied! And can't wait for random townies & NPCs to get the custom colors as they are townified.

It's not that visible when you compare the pictures because John is in the shade, but I chose a darker color for brown.

I also replaced PlantSims' eyes, both normal and wilted! And for vampires I use these. The eyeballs are a little more shaded but I can accept that. For aliens I still use Anna's replacement!

If you'd like to have my light blue, green, brown and PlantSim, you can download them here. For the rest you'll have to go to the original authors. This upload doesn't include gray and dark blue eyes because I haven't touched them, they're Maranatah's work!

And for customs, I made a tutorial on how to edit them to non-dominant (super SimP(l)E). There's no way we'd want exactly the same out of 24 colors.
