Danny worked as a British Secret Intelligence Agent alongside Alfred. The two did missions together and were an incredibly good team. Even after Alfred left Britain and started working for the Waynes, he kept in touch with Danny. Notes of longing and love they wish they had stayed hidden under a loose floorboard in Alfred's bedroom. The two never got together in fear of reprimand from their supervisors but they still held a very special place in their heart for each other. Now without having to worry about being fired, their long distance friendship blooms into a very sweet and sappily romantic relationship. Alfred has been working with the Wayne's for decades now. Bruce is Batman, Jason is Red Hood, Damian Wayne arrives at the Manor. Time has passed and Danny and Alfred still keep in contact. Alfred gets a letter from Danny. One that says Danny is moving to Gotham as he has finally retired and wants to settle down near his love. Alfred invites Danny to move into the Manor. Danny declines the offer, rather wishing to have his own apartment in the Diamond District instead. Alfred still sets up the joint room next to his just in case Danny changes his mind. It's been a bit over half a century since they last saw each other face to face. Danny is arriving in Gotham in ten days. Finally, He can be with his love once more.
