just anecdotally (don't provide identifying details) but is anybody else in a property managed by pinnacle/cushman & wakefield, where the mail is currently not being delivered? considering suing them on the basis that they lost precedent in 2000. like. the federal government already sued them over mail handling 20 years ago and they lost. you might have to look up "who owns (property management company)" to identify whether your apartment is a cushwake holding, they just went through a round of acquisitions. the real estate landscape changed during the pandemic btw, it didn't used to be the case that real estate holding companies held apartments, now the largest real estate company is the largest holder of them (cushwake). and i think just at first glance it's likely they're making a coordinated effort to stop delivering mail at multiple locations. can anyone, anecdotally, find a link between cushwake c-levels and louis dejoy

✨ Salmon Tower II ✨ Another classic New York City Art Deco master piece, located at 500 5th Avenue at the northwestern corner of West 42nd Street facing @bryantparknyc. At this point in time, it is approximately 89 years old - completed in 1931. The building took a mere 1 year to complete. The once prominent real estate developer Walter J. Salmon Sr. was behind the project and hired Shreve, Lamb & Harmon Associates - the architectural firm responsible for the design of the @empirestatebldg - to conceive design the tower. FCP Acquires Three Metro Atlanta MF Communities for $71M

March 9, 2020

Privately held national real estate investment company FCP has acquired three multifamily communities totaling 652 units in metro Atlanta for $71.1 million.

The properties include Place at Midway, a 200-unit community in Douglasville; Stewart’s Mill, a 188-unit community in Douglasville, and Forest Glen, a 264-unit community in Austell. The acquisition marks FCP’s 14th investment in the Atlanta Metro Area to date, and brings the total number of apartment units in its Atlanta portfolio to 2,810. FCP assumed the existing Fannie Mae loans at each property.

Nathan Swenson of Cushman & Wakefield Southeast Multifamily Advisory Group represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. Pinnacle has been tapped to manage the properties for FCP. The firm currently manages 8,566 units for FCP.
