I've got my usual set up going to allow visitors to sell and I’ll be playing for about 4 or 5 hours so let’s make some cash today! I just ask you be respectful of my island.

My week is looking pretty busy (a lot of traveling happening) so my next stream will probably be sometime next week and I’ll be playing Horizon: Zero Dawn! Its sequel will be coming out soon and I want to replay the first to refamiliarize myself with the game!

A brief introduction to what multiple sclerosis (the main thing I have) is, from someone I follow on fb. She is very good at explaining things and very real about her struggles.

It’s been a rough week. Hopefully this coming week will be better. I had to cancel home health pt on Thursday (but managed to force myself to do it on Friday instead, but it was a major struggle). My body was just beat all week. Took at least one nap every day, most days at least 2 naps. So exhausted, so sore, so mentally worn out as well.

My doc put me back on 2 of my old anxiety meds that have worked for me in the past, so hopefully those work for me in the next few weeks. I could use the help. My depression is still at bay thankfully, but my anxiety is trying hard to beat me. I won’t let it. I’m stronger now than ever before and I *will* get through this.

Sir’s first week back at week is probably a big part of why the week was so rough. It made the anxiety get so much worse I’m sure, and definitely when my mind is struggling my body struggles more too. Tomorrow is a brand new week and I’m not going to bring last week’s problems with me into the new week.

Monday I am going to make at *least* 3 of the important phone calls I need to make (hopefully more, but it depends on how the first 3 go really). Depending on how those go, I might have some really good news financially that’ll cheer me up a lot. At worst, it won’t be any worse than I thought as of beginning of this past week. At best, it will save us thousands of dollars and get some nicer stuff that we wouldn’t have been able to afford for years and years. Fingers crossed!! I’ll update about it all after I make the calls.

Pt this week was primarily focused on balance. Stuff that to anyone with a normal-ish body seems crazy easy but for me was crazy difficult. “Ok so let go of the handles to your walkers, put your feet closer than shoulder width apart, no, closer than that too, good. Now stand there a bit looking forward. Good job! Now close your eyes and do it some more!” Omg so difficult. I really thought I was going to topple over several times. There was standing on one leg for like 2 seconds each over and over - I think she let me hold on gently for those. That was so hard, cuz my weak leg didn’t want to hold me up, but the other way my weak leg also didn’t want to lift up, so it was lose lose, hehe. Then the last balance thing was really more of a stretch and was the only part I enjoyed. Little slanted triangle thing she sat on the floor in front of me. I stand on it and it stretches my calves. Feels soooo nice.

We then did 3 different arm exercises with the weight rubber band thingies, then she left and I took a nap…I was out cold like 10 minutes after she closed the door behind herself, lol. Exhausting! And Sir keeps wondering why I don’t have the energy for sex lately. He’s been horny constantly lately, and keeps coming on to me, and most of the time I’ve either been just letting him fuck me cuz I’m too tired to resist, or telling him no cuz I’m just too tired to handle it at all. I feel bad for him, poor guy, and it’s not like I haven’t been horny, I’m just so fucking exhausted. I got my dose of Ritalin upped this week so hopefully that and the anxiety meds will eventually help. Hopefully. 🤞 I remain hopeful, which continues to amaze me given all that I’m going through. I’m truly proud of myself, honestly.

it’s been a really rough month in every sense tbh. i still haven’t heard back from the practicum but im not even bothering to write anymore. and we’re coping alright now with the doggy passing away but the first few days were really rough. i think we (but especially my bf and his fam) were clinging too much to her when she was clearly too sick </3 but all is well. thank you for the good wishes. i really appreciate them.

my bf literally stole his brother’s record player to play the ateez album for me so i vote for you to do it too😂

and about jisung, like, i literally said the same thing. i was just like “i’d have babies with any of them, they don’t even have to raise them”. (i dont plan on ever having kids either or particularly like those that aren’t part of my family) even my bf said it was understandable😂 the european air really did a number on them bc they looked so so so so good.

AND BTW DID YOU HEAR ABOUT JISUNG SUPPOSEDLY HAVING A CHEST TATTOO BC IM DYING. that is the single sexiest thing he could’ve done.

and i did hear about taemin’s tour and im so manifesting having money to be able to go😭😭😭😭 but idk if i’ll skip it to financially recover from skz (in general, they manage all my money. they’re doing a terrible job).

Ahhhhh Ateez was insane 😭😭 there were so many sweet atinys around us and I got the cutest freebies <3 we tried to get merch beforehand but it was SO much more crowded this time around so a lot of it was sold out which was such a bummer ☹️ I did manage to get a Seonghwa picket but I’m gonna try to get there a little earlier for tomorrow’s show for a tshirt 🫶 fingers crossed they have them in stock this time ! I did feel super bad bc Seonghwa’s grandfather passed away the day before my show so he was crying during his ments and I just wanted to give him the biggest hug ☹️ I hope he’s doing a little better but I can’t imagine how hard it must be for him 💔 I just landed in LA a few hours ago so I’ll let you know how tomorrow’s show goes !!

Ugh I’m so sorry to hear that you still haven’t heard from your practicum 😞 I don’t even blame you for not reaching out anymore, I’d give up too. I just can’t believe how incompetent they’ve been throughout the whole process. And on top of all the stress with your bf’s dog, and just in the midst of such a busy time. I am so so sorry and I’ll keep manifesting that things start looking up soon 🫶 my sister actually didn’t end up coming to LA and she’s not going to Lolla after all bc she’s just too stressed about her internship and she doesn’t feel like she can fully enjoy anything right now. It really sucks to travel solo after all but I don’t blame her and I’m so frustrated for both of you. Sending you all my love and hoping they get back to you soon :(

I got my period. I think hopefully it’s not just spotting. I did wayyyyyy to much research about pregnancy this month. I’ll be sure after tomorrow. So fingers crossed 🤞 I’m glad I’m not pregnant. I’m not sure if this is it for us. I read that only 12% of women have experienced multiple orgasms during sex. Listen he knows what he’s doing and wants to do it. I knew he was mine when he stuck his tongue in and out my ass like the nasty individual he is. But seriously, that’s when I knew I had this nigga. The problem is he still wants to put a baby in me and he still is very poor. Who gon have the money???? I definitely don’t need to see him until after I’m securely back on the pill. If we’re still ducking when I am 34 or 35 I’ll let him put a baby in me but not before then.

I really don’t understand why he wants to trap me like that tho.

tw calories, weight, disordered behavior etc

Okay so I wimped out and only burnt 700 out of 1200. I was just so bored I was gonna do the rest later on but I was like nah forget it because I’m having mysterious shoulder pain. I know I was talking all that shit yesterday about getting it done no matter what but that was the hypoglycemia talking.

Anyways, this week wasn’t so bad I actually did okay 5/7 days the others two days I ate like 2000 calories which was still a bit of a deficit so I guess it’s fine. I thought I was gonna binge just now but after the two buttered biscuits I had I was satisfied so hopefully that’s it for tonight. I bought some rice cakes that straight up taste like cardboard so I’ll eat those if I must. So today makes about 1100 calories which isn’t bad. I’m in a weekly deficit of around 7200 calories so hopefully I’ll be down at least 2lbs tomorrow.

Part of the reason I just decided to let this week just be what it is is because my losertown chart doesn’t start till tomorrow so like this week didn’t need to be all that great I just had to not gain. It was my first week a real restriction since last July I think so not bad I suppose.

I think the extra working out might be taking a toll on my broke ass joints so hopefully I’ll be able to stay within 800 calories everyday so I don’t have to do all that.

I’m gonna make myself drink a protein shake everyday I think that will help with the hunger and hopefully the short temper too lmaoo i can tell i was getting kinda snappy towards the end of the week😭😭 I just felt so shitty and stressed out w the calorie management and shit. I guess that’s part of it, hopefully it gets easier.

I wanna try to start making low cal recipes there’s so many out there for pancakes and pasta and sweets and such it’s a shame I haven’t taken advantage of it. Cuz like getting hungry is inevitable at least I’ll be able to deal with it for so many less calories ya’know

Hopefully this next week goes well I believe in myself I just gotta keep my head on straight and focus on other things besides food and shit so I don’t get so low mentally like the past two days.

Fingers crossed for weigh-in tomorrow 😭🤞 please please please be lower yeah I screwed up for two days but I worked my butt of as much as I could to make it up please let my efforts be worth it even a little bit
