Baked Spinach Artichoke Wonton Cups Ingredients: 24 chilled wonton wrappers 9 oz creamed spinach (frozen or freshly made) 3-6 oz marinated artichoke hearts, chopped (approx. 1/4-1/2 cup) 2 oz softened cream cheese, cut into 6-8 cubes 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/4-1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes 1/8 tsp salt, or to taste 1/8 tsp black pepper Spray oil (avocado, olive, etc.) Directions: Preheat the oven: Set the oven to 365°F (185°C). Prepare the spinach and artichokes: Warm the creamed spinach according to package instructions. Drain the marinated artichokes and chop them into small pieces. Mix the artichokes with the warmed spinach. Prep the wonton cups: Lightly spray a mini-muffin tray with oil. Gently place a wonton wrapper into each cup. For extra crunch, you can also lightly spray the wonton wrappers themselves. Bake for 5 minutes to lightly crisp the wonton cups. Ingredients: 4 slices of bread. 8 slices of Brie cheese. 8 slices of cooked bacon. 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced. 2 tablespoons butter.
Instructions: Sandwich two slices of bread with a slice of Brie cheese. Place two cooked bacon slices on top of each Brie cheese. Top the bacon with a layer of sliced strawberries. To make sandwiches, place the remaining pieces of bread on top. Brush the outside of each sandwich with butter. In a skillet, preheat to medium. Put the sandwiches in the skillet and cook for 34 minutes on each side, or until the cheese has melted and the bread is golden brown. Take out of the skillet, give it a minute to cool, then cut into slices and serve.
