Zuko abuses katara in the comics

First of all, next time you send me a negative ask get off anon or don't send it. It's listed as one of my rules in regards to asks.

This is horrible. I know how terrible this is. I'll never make an excuse for this Zuko. But my opinions on Zutara don't go beyond the actual shows (Atla & Tlok).

I read two comicses a couple years ago, so pardon me if I'm mistaken. I remember Toph suggesting Aang to steal someone's bending just cause he wasn't a great guy. I remember Aang agreeing to kill Zuko. I had a vague memory of a panel of Maiko that I found horrible, I don't have the context for these two, but it seems as though Maiko wasn't all that great in the comics as well.

The character's actions felt incredibly ooc. This is why I don't use Katara getting sidelined as an argument against Kataang. It's a comics problem, not a Kataang problem. And whatever these panels are, they're not a Maiko problem, they're a comics problem.

Same goes for this garbage. Post redemption, in the show, Zuko would never lay a hand on Katara. This is the same person who jumped in front of a lightning for her. Except it's not quite. It's not in the show, it's in the comics. It's not a Zutara problem, it's a comics problem.

Also this way of making comicses (like, block-style, no real placement of panels, etc) is really fast so i'll probably stick with it for the most part (tho, of course, digital and more effort), but im still experimenting

Also, yes, kinito's eyes change color depending on his rewards at that moment ((: blue is good, red is bad, but most of the times they are on neutral purple, here are just two extreme cases

It amuses me how curly I've made Phoenix's hair. Probably force of habit x) My Mettaton and ponies were curly too. I even struggle to draw a straight hair, it even feels a bit wrong for me. Weird stuff ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Hey!! I just watched the Loki finale and I need to recover. I wanna read a couple comicses but I'm lost. Do I need to read Thor's comicses before or anything? I've never read comics before and I don't know where to start. Can you help me and recommend me what to start with? Appreciated!

100% start with kieron gillen's Journey Into Mystery, if you want to start on loki comics. if you google "marvel loki reading order" you'll find a bunch of great lists. most of them start off with original comics, a few of which i've read, but i don't think they're at all necessary for mcu fans to understand what really went on prior to JiM

comic books know that their readers haven't been able to read every single thing leading up to it, so they're generally decently good at filling the reader in, so don't worry too hard!! but if you're interested in Agent of Asgard, Journey into Mystery and Young Avengers: Mic Drop at the Edge of Time and Space are both required reading imo

Tell me about Blueberry's skin, is it scaly like fish skin? Or more rubbery like dolphin skin? Is his hair the same kind of hair us humans have or more like wispy fish stuff?

Have ever peeled fish from it's scales? I've always imagened Berry's skin to be as soft as fish's skin - without scales. it would still have this scale like pattern upclose (perchaps his species evolved out of having scales? dont have them anymore?). Tho i'm sure he's less slippery hahaha since his species don't live in water as much anymore

as for hair - no, funny enough, on all arts and comicses of Lumerises I've seen - their hair is like... seaweed???? (and yes I've discussed with my dungeon master if you could theoretically eat lumeris hair <XD make soup of that seaweed hair... they defenetelly would think its weird and gross tho lol)

so it's thicker than human hair, but probably not as strong? hm... now im thinking - what rope would be tougher - one made of hair or one made of seaweed?... i dont know tbh... also i wonder - can you dry lumeris hair? 🤔

is it an actual plant that got into symbiosis with species long ago?... or do they have skin-like hairs that look like seaweed?... idk X) I think im asking more questions than answering ahahaha

i've been here for a wile, but never really posted anything. but i have coule ideas what i'd like to do and that would be nice to share with more people than just my lovely lovely girlfriend so here i am!

also i love horror podcasts. im kinda new at that, so i'm at episode 111 of welcome to night vale and at 9th episode of the magnus archives. i listen to this one like a fucking maniac? i have this obsidian file with pages for every episode and every character because i wanna see ALL connections

and doctor who, yep, i love doctor who.

i'm a huuuge fun of neil gaiman, i absolutely adore him. i've red almost every book that he wrote and am currently reading his comicses. i mean as much as i can afford, so it's not very regular thing. i'm a student after all. so you will definetly see me talking about his works.

i also sometimes feel like talking about literature that i'm currently reading. it can be anything from classics to fanfiction. but maybe this part will be in russian. and maybe on my other blog.

Doodling, fun, comics, theatre.

I really enjoyed ths project, we made comicses, posters, characters. I asked a lot of questions to people, learned italian gestures, filled my sketchbook, visit places in the night, experienced a lot of rain, get to know more about religions, got my portuguese name Leonora, climbed a building, made our small really cute theatre, enjoyed Berlin, ate potatoes with mushrooms covered in pancake, made angry germans and more.

Thanks a lot to our providers, you're the best persons and teached me a lot ^^
