Uhm uh could you info dump about your Portal AU 👉👈 (I definitely do not have ulterior motives and I am definitely not thinking about inserting my OC into the AU hahahaha why would you think that)

I don't know what there is to infodump about so here is a sort of... timeline? Compendium?

Most of it is the same as canon Portal 2, except GLaDOS and Wheatley are androids.

The AU starts when GLaDOS - disconnected from the main chassis and connected instead to a potato battery - and Chell fall into old aperture. They discover Cave Johnson, not deceased as was widely believed but rather locked underground in android form along with an outdated maintenance system for Aperture. Inspired by this fic, to be specific. (I call him an android for convenience but technically he may count as a cyborg. Haven't really delved into that. He's not "alive" in the fully human sense, though.)

They need the data stored in Cave to get through some parts of Old Aperture, so they begrudgingly take him along. Most of the cables coming out of his neck and wrists used to be connected to a now obsolete surveillance/maintenance system, and are now haphazardly rolled up around him. His power cable is connected to another potato battery (which he usually keeps in his pocket).

Like other Aperture "personality constructs", Cave can "remain functional in apocalyptic, low power environments of as few as 1.1 volts", but it has its limitations - as is the case with GLaDOS, using too much energy can get him knocked out.

Cave's endgoal here is to end his own life, which he can't do on his own due to several failsafe measures built into him (such as being unable to unplug himself from the system in the first place, and as a result being stuck underground). He still keeps up his cheery, eccentric (and far from sane) attitude, but with an added hint of cynicism and roundabout self-deprecation. Decades of mulling over his life underground has led him to have some regrets about certain decisions, although he would never speak any of it out loud to anyone. Personality-wise, some inspirations were taken from the robot Cave in Aperture Desk Job.

In one possible ending for the story (which I haven't mentioned before but have had in mind for some time), they enter a newer part of Aperture where the emancipation grills do not have the data that lets Cave enter without being disintegrated. Here he acknowledges that Chell and GLaDOS have no more need of him and voluntarily walks into the emancipation grill.

Here's an excerpt from my notes.

"These emancipation grills were built in my time. They're not calibrated to accomodate-" GLaDOS gestures towards Johnson. "- him. We'll need to find a way to hack into the-" "Hey hey hey- don't bother. I'm gonna be level with you. You don't need me anymore." "Elaborate." "The stuff built here on out's brand new. I don't even have the code for it. Sure, you needed me to get through the old facility, but I think I'm gonna head out now." "…Is that so." "My time is up, I can feel it. I'm not going to heaven, no sir. Was never much of a religions guy anyway. But know this, lady," the former CEO turns to Chell. "I want to see you make it out alive. This facility I built, it swallows you up. Don't get me wrong, it's the best damn science facility on this earth and I couldn't be more proud of it, but you stay here too long and- well." He shrugs, cables dangling from and wrapped around him like ropes. "It's pretty much my destiny to die down here, but you, kid, you get out there. You go up to the surface and see the daylight. Caroline, take care of the facility. Oh, and her." "Yes sir Mr Johnson…" "Oh and beat that moron's ass for me." They go through the fizzler, leaving him behind - there is a sound that makes Chell turn back, only to see some particles evaporating. GLaDOS doesn't turn back. "Goodbye sir."

Made her “normal” vs monster/bestial comparison!! + height comparison + color palette comparison

Now let’s get onto some character design study! Let’s start with her limbs!

I was going to make her limbs white, which aesthetically didn’t look nice, so instead of white limbs, I thought maybe I make it the colors OF the stripes, with the white slightly showing, and if your wondering how her limbs turn from normal to tiger.. let me demonstrate..!

That’s basically how her limbs change color, her limbs originally have dark stripes with a slightly lighter rest of the skin, depending on how much she turns into a tiger is how much the colors show!

The paws on the normal limbs are different from the tiger ones, I couldn’t make the paws the exact same color as the limbs so I made it lighter (since I didn’t show it in the reference above, I didn’t put it’s color in the palette)

Her tail completely shifts into nothing just like her fur on her neck, I thought it would be cool if I added small stripes along her neck where the fluff comes but I thought it was a little too much, since the limbs were already showing off the cool stripes, yk?

Plus, if you noticed, the more normal version of her is more awkward and shy, to the point she doesn’t even know what pose she should make! But the more she shows off her bestiality, the more confident and proud she is! Since tigers are very strong and confident, I thought it would be cool to make her lose/gain that confidence based on how normal/bestial she is!

Her claws can unsheathe, which is why I demonstrated it in the reference above btw

To disguise her stripes, she said she was just born with this “odd beauty mark pattern” which wasn’t exactly a lie, some people would fall for it, and some got suspicious but didn’t think too much about it

And uhh about my older sonas, (Fuorzy, Bookmark, and Portal) I’ll see which ones I’m gonna stick with since I think I’m losing my hype for Bookmark

And to end everything, she is one of my (favorite) sonas now, as she really shows off everything I have!

I am a white tiger therian, very VERY skinny, I have glasses (my old ones were circle glasses), freckles, I always feel confident and happy when I shift into Xue, aka my theriotype, and in reality I am a very shy and awkward person!1!

Soo.. WOAAH!! HI OBJECTIFED VERSION OF ME!! :D

I thought it would be such a perfect idea to add my theriotype in my sona because I got SO MUCH therian energy off of Dynamite! Which inspired me to make my own oc and lore and au and… yeah you get my point.. <:D (I actually shifted earlier today and yesterday after months of nothing which felt so refreshing, I thought I lost my connection for a while!)

Bredele de Cassonade AU

This one is,, not really an au of mine?? I guess just my friends fanon FHSDKFDK for context bredele de cassonade (or just dele for short) is langue de chats sibling who is owned by @/localhypnofruit!!! zey were originally created and designed by me for an au where langue wasnt born (name will not be mentioned for Reasons) though we loved the goober a bit too much X] Socks has taken ownership and developed deles personality and such, while i adore them i prefer to keep langue as an only child in my own headcanon universe because i feel like it works really well for their character. ALTHOUGH me and socks still enjoy discussing the two,, In short dele looks up to langue since they appear very intelligent and confident and strong but in reality langue is a jealous little fuck who just sees dele as competition and just lies to his face because they can and it makes them feel like theyre better than zem. Langue is a lawyer while dele is a doctor (stereotypical Big Boy jobs) and they are disgusted by deles entire career because they have a weak stomach and cant stand gore of any kind and again they feel like they need to out-perform dele and be better than zem in every way HFSDJF

I dont think that the original Dele au really counts so i wont give it a section but its worth an honorable mention!! They technically arent siblings since langue was never born and thus dele basically replaced them (which of course comes with a LOOT of bitter feelings and EXTREME jealousy) and not even their parents know who they are,, so. Technically siblings but not exactly

Xylitol Langue AU

This was another au me and socks talked about :] well. it was more of a Concept actually we didnt do much with it HFSDJHFSDKJ in short (from my memory) Langue is an alien from planet xylitol who gets sent to earthbread to learn more about it and ends up being adopted by deles family aka their canonical parents. Struggles to adapt and is very homesick but i think they grow very close with dele.? i dont remember and i dont feel like checking so um. hi army if youre reading this sorry if i got it wrong HELP

BNB AU

This is. You guessed it. another au with langue and dele YAAAY!!! thats actually 90% of these aus but they all have very different relationships which is why im still listing them HFJSDHJF in this one langue trains and studies as hard as they can to become a magical (magical girl gender neutral) and then becomes a kingdom-wide celebrity and completely forgets about their family because they are so blinded by their stardom. Sad ! dele misses them dearly </3

Molasses AU

Another langue and dele au <3 in this one their parents ended up dying when they were Very young so they were adopted by one of their parents siblings named molasses,, who is very neglectful. Literally does not care one ounce about these kids and yet still gets pity from the rest of their extended family because he took in the poor little orphan siblings. Langue and dele become very VERY close, literally inseparable and as self-reliant as they can be. langue is confident and Loud enough to speak up for both of them "excuse me they asked for NO pickles" while dele is more emotional and physical support :] since dele is quite quiet and langue sucks at comfort and care. Basically the second they can they get out of molasses' house and move in with each other and langue sues his ass the SECOND they can FHDFHDS the two of them still end up struggling a lot though </3 Langue is still very tough on dele but more in a caring way than just an Im Better Than You way

Choco Family AU

this is SHOCKINGLY not a dele au!! This one is about langue being adopted into the Choco B family (choco bar, choco ball, my oc choco bass and @/vnillatree's oc choco bark :]) Theyre the one Chill One and then their siblings are energetic and athletic and very VERY rough they keep ending up in wrestling matches when they never wanted to wrestle in the first place. Torture langue simulator. Family of annoying athletes and their one nerdy sibling

I hate his stupid cute face, I hate the brain rot he gave me, I hate that I made a whole oc because I also hated making him grieve in reincarnated!reader aus

He forced me into being creative again 💔 I don't have time for that, I need to work on my projects but NOOOOO Lilia vanrouge just had to be extra biteable that day

Anyways the oc comes from a world of magic, her specific ability is atom manipulation. She starts experimenting with her ability and taking it to the next level. The next level being time and space manipulation. She miscalculates her formula and puts too much pressure onto the space aspect, landing her into an endless, lifeless, liminal space (like the backrooms without monsters) she survives on scraps that occasionally pop in and by using her manipulation ability to turn junk into food while she explores the area.

She learns that the space she's in acts like a hub, like a neutral void that's connected to all realities and parallel universes. She finds a coffin that looks very comfortable. She decides to sleep in it for a while after fine-tunes her formula, and applying the probability of parallel worlds.

Uh Oh I forgot to mention she's a sleep talker! Spending a long time in a place where you're the only living thing can be very stressful for social beings, good thing she can fixate on her research! Unfortunately she recites the spell that she was concocting while asleep and lands herself in twisted wonderland.

She's in her 20s so she doesn't like being put in as a first year. But she does pick up a thing or two from this alternate world's magic, plus the vice dorm leader is nice to her.

I'm still working it out in my head but eventually she's forced to use her ability and manages to land herself into the area for general Lilia's camp.

He doesn't like her but her ability can lessen the load on his troops (clean water, making it warmer in the night, making food from thin air) so he keeps her around. Eventually he begins to fall for her, and she's not even bothered to hide that she likes him since he's the only familiar face she's seen.

SafetySpace AU guide

I saw other people doing this with their AUs, so I figured I'll do it too!

About the AU: This is essentially a swap AU, although the characters have kinda morphed into their own thing as well. Main Character here is Prince Yol (my swapped version of Eddie) a half human/ half mold-alien from a biopunk world who was sent to earth to learn all about us and how best to be king (think Twilight Sparkle). He and his friends live in a town much like the OG neighborhood, except it's surrounded by beautiful jungle instead of forest. The comic will follow the Welcome Home crew as they meet their strange counterparts and come to realize that something may be about to happen.

You can:

-Make SFW fanart! I would be so so happy to see fanart of my characters, alone or interacting with your AUs!

-do audios and tiktoks for them! Voiceclaims can be found here, since most of them sound nothing like the OG versions lol. Please be sure to credit me if you do though!

-Send asks! I may be a bit slow to respond, but it'd make me so happy to infodump and answer questions!

-Make OCs! None of them will show up in the official story sadly, as I already have a clear idea of how I want that to go. But you're still free to make them, and I'd love to see them!

Honestly, it is something I've been contemplating for awhile now. There are a few individuals/characters that I think she would have a REALLY fun dynamic with, though I am incredibly biased for toxic x toxic somehow equals healthy LMAO. Like "oh hon? You're going out to commit warcrimes again today and manipulating the masses? Oh, alright! Mua mua ily come back safe."

Two negatives cancel out and make a positive ig? LOL, my Yuu isn't the type to gaslight gatekeep manipulate her lover anyway.

Here are some ideas I've had so far though:

Azul: Enemies > rivals > friends > lovers. They both scheme. They both scheme so much. To the point where it is almost like she'd WILLINGLY go and barter regarding deals, only to deadass get nowhere hours later.

Idia: "EXCUSE ME, HE ASKED FOR NO PICKLES" it gives roger rabbit and jessica rabbit. I haven't thought too much about it outside that OoPSY

Malleus: Needs entertainment x entertaining KFNDN. Just. Infodumping for hours about interests, and introducing him to the more cursed side of internet culture. Like just badly explaining slang so dragon boy uses it wrong LOL. Mayhaps she did that on purpose, mayhaps not.

Jade: Similar to Malleus and Azul??? Though she has very similar tactics when it comes to gathering information, getting what she wants, and hiding her true intentions behind a fake smile. I'm really not quite sure about this one, but it is on my mind lately.

Tbh most of these could also be platonic and that is what I'm mostly focused on atm, but I do want to involve romance more in TCOAV as time goes on!

Yuu does also exist in other AUs of original worlds me and my partner have created, given she's existed for awhile before TWST was made, and she's incredibly biased towards those who tolerate her teasing n bullshit, given its her flawed way of showing affection. (She is shipped with one of my partners OCs there :D) (I'm an AU fanatic)

Thank you anon, for this chance to finally infodump about my g/t ocs! Just a fair warning, this miiight get long, we’ll see! (I have a lot of em.. So the short answer to your question, yes I do. The long ones under the cut…)

First off, we have my sona, Munchkin :D

(It’s a rather messy sketch, sorry about that)

Munchkin’s a sizeshifting borrower from the sacred realm, destined to try hard and fail.

She’s gotten backstabbed and killed too many times to count, the only thing keeping her alive is Amble, Red, and the group of friends she made as a person wearing a sparkly box from the silent realm.

✨anon✨’s design is interesting, because she’s still mostly herself, with her tail and personality, whereas most people would get consumed, considering it’s a pretty strong mask… huh, strange.

(Just to be clear, I’m not covering all my oc’s, just a few of them, because I’d rather not have over ten thousand words on this post accidentally)

We have Charlie and Adre, from UCD, links to chapter one and two here and here (it’s earlier on in my writing phase, so I’m warning you they aren’t very good, also it’s mainly been Charlie, with only a slight mention of Adre but oh well-)

Charlie is a Dreamer, which is a small avian race that hates humans for burning the Astrodaryn forest and attempting to destroy all magic, forcing them to flee to the sky. The seeds they have hanging around their neck are from the forest, it’s where their magic comes from.

The goal is to get rid of the humans, and replant the forest. Read the first two chapters for more information.

Meanwhile…

Adre is a human that is called cursed due to his eyes. His pitch black eyes with white pupils, so therefore a lot of people assume he’s magic/dangerous and he gets outcasted.

I don’t want to say too much about him, I want to keep him a surprise for the most part, but let’s just say he finds a small bird person and the authorities aren’t very happy about that…

I have more ocs for this story, but they have not appeared yet/I haven’t made drawings of them/I don’t feel like looking for drawings rn :D

It’s like, small vampire appears on YouTube, group of friends find them there, make videos together, while hiding the fact that they are small + a vampire, and as they grow more and more attached, the fear only grows…

Now, I’m getting tired and I have homework to do (WHYYYYYYYY) and things to memorise for tomorrows test, which is absolutely amazing, but it means I can’t make more detailed descriptions, so I’m just gonna dump a bunch of art, please ask questions about them if you want!

We NEED more Phil centric fics, it's half the reason I said fuck it we ball and started AMFMN to begin with. That goblin of a deity is INVESTED in the story. I think I'd get sunburn for eternity if I left it incomplete.

And I have a perhaps therapeutic idea to write Phil coming home to the Hardcore World via Rose after departing with the kids. I think I'm gonna go for it, even if it hurts to write and I cry during doing so. :p

I'm not sure what'll become of that QSMP AU I was cooking on but I don't think I'll discontinue that before it even begins either. Additionally, I've played with the idea of just. Continuing some kind of AU storyline post-AMFMN. Like writing stuff (headcanons or short story(s)) after the events of the fic. We'll see.

I've been miserable at worst and palpably sad at best the last 2 days, and we'll see what happens during and after Phil's stream today, but.. at least for now at this good hour of 10am, I'm feeling,, better-ish. Cautiously optimistic. I don't want to leave (and I especially don't want to lose the amazing mutuals and friends I've made 😭). I'm not going anywhere.

I'm a Phil main first and foremost. Even if he's done on QSMP, I watch every minute of EVERY stream. Hardcore my fucking beloved. I won't hesitate to start cooking up more hardcore Phil headcanons or a fic or AU.

I have a lot of specific hcs about them (mostly because I'm slowly stealing them to turn them into OCs for... something) so here's a little rundown in their story! (Let's hope it's actually little!!)

AKA long post weird AU you released a beast (me infodumping)

When they're tiny:

They met when they're 12 at their new school: Owynn moved because of bullying (the kids used to make fun of him bc he was tall/redhead/has heterocromia and even cut his hair, that's why he has it very short now) and Freddy moved to a whole new country (from Spain to wherever fhs happens). Freddy is Mexican while Owynn's dad is swedish (he was not born there)

They find eachother to be very weird but share many tastes and life events, like the bullying and missing a parent (Owynn is more direct and likes to insult his mom while Freddy doesn't talk abt it- Ow didn't even knew he had an adoptive dad).

They form a music duo for the spring event, since they were such good friends maybe they could work together well! Also Freddy acts kinda weird and sometimes forgets they have rehearsals after-hours but it doesn't matter bc he says sorry and he's cute!!

There's a whole drama with Owynn's parents in the middle of that but i wont bore you with that (unless you want me to)

Anyways the event happens Owynn can't come in time so Freddy goes alone and he wins but ow feels betrayed and blah blah blah they're enemies now and he hates Freddy (a 12 years old kid with a lot of mental troubles for that age)

Bc yes Fred is there but Owynn ofc didn't know, even if he actually talked very often with him too. In fact is kinda his fault Fred makes fun of Freddy so much (He's mad he lost his only best friend 🥺)

(Guess who remembers the rehearsals and the songs and owen cursing his mom)

Middle part where we watch Owynn go insane:

Literally. They kinda hate everyone but their dad now.

Moved school again, classmate with Abby and company actually! (Tho y'know abby she's... insane) so they don't talk. Also the Nightmares used to live closer to that school so they bullied him there until Owynn broke all of Onnie's teeth.

They meet Ttrap too: he's older in my AU (while ow is 15 he would be 17), he tries to get Owynn to therapy bc it's really fucking weird/sad he only talks abt Freddy or abt how much they dislike themself so. Yeah. He succeds and Owynn gets... to move schools again, yay!!

Ow starts developing schizoprenia, doesn't get the diagnosis until very later. (Prodomal stage/negative symptoms rn)

Also kinda starts discovering himself (being gay/nonbinary, doesn't really ditch the he/him pronouns until much later). Also dyes their hair purple

I don't have recent drawings of cringy sad 15y/o owen

What would equal the 1st season of the series:

Freddy moves to the HS and says his funny discourse (qué? Que quién soy yo? 🤓) Who would've though a certain kid that hates him was there to see it and died right there.

After realizing they share classroom Owynn pressures Ttrap into changing them to another one, hides his freckles/dyes his hair a darker color/uses normal glasses to not be recognized. Explaining his absence from the 1st season /j

So we have time to look at Freddy. He's struggling, Fred is being annoying; they explode at the camp where Freddy bumps into Owen who tells him to fuck off and never talk to them bc they hate him and Freddy says: "who are you?" to them. :D

Fred facepalms and takes control of the body.

Owynn develops his plan to destroy Freddy's band or whatever. Also dyes his hair again.

2nd season!!

And Owynn is in full delusional mode. The whole 'boss' thing is Eak and Ttrap going along with them so they can decompress lol

He does his little introduction and dumb plans to sabotage that obviously don't work at the end but they're actually very good bc he... actually does know what he's doing (making usagi & loon have trouble/separate golden from the group/the whole Toys thing)

But eventually it doesn't matter/the spring event thing happens ; Owynn gets hit by a car and breaks their arm

The secret 3rd season // last school year

Owynn goes back to lay low, gets his schizophrenia diagnosis so therapy+meds!! Good for them!

Freddy gets the therapy+meds combo too! Fred is chilling now :]

So Freddy now attempts to talk to Owynn but they run away from him to not cause him trouble anymore. And that goes for a while until they talk it out: They'll get time to talk alone, but Freddy also wants them to meet the rest of his band so they can get friends, Owynn accepts; but isn't a fan lf the idea.

Eventually they fall in love again (fall? Ow never stopped liking him honestly) and they date. But it takes a very long time to get there but they're so very lovely <3

ALSO yes Fred and Owynn also fix their relationship, they're besties again <3

Hello there! I have a question I was hoping to maybe get your opinion on. What do you think about the idea of Terra being effected by the Earths changes if he stays on Earth for to long? Like air/sea pollution and global warming I’ve been playing with this idea in my head for a little bit and was wondering if I could get another view point. On another note I love your art! And your point of view on the stardroids and their lives it’s really helped reactivate my megaman hyper fixation again! I do hope you’re having a good night/day! Thank you!

As far as headcanons are concerned, I'm not one to really weigh in on what other people want to do with their takes. I mean, case-in-point, I have at least two completely different headcanons for the Stardroids, more if I consider AUs and/or collaborative efforts. It really all comes down to individual worldbuilding! If you can come up with a good reason why an alien robot would be specifically tied to a planet he was tasked to conquer/destroy, then sure! ...Even if you can't, there's nothing stopping you! ^^;

I personally don't see Terra as having a particular attachment to our planet aside his name, but again, that's purely my take based on the way I developed him over the two separate storylines I have for the Stardroids. I do think the idea of him being more intrinsically attached to the planet is interesting, even if it's not the way I'd go about it!

I'll leave my takes under a cut here, since I tend to get long-winded about anything:

The Stardroids from my comic are just direct offshoots from Gigamix, so I've been trawling around Ariga-sensei's TwiX for information; he'll totally answer tasteful/respectful questions, and occasionally drops massive infodumps (usually followed up with "べ、別にロックマンの事なんて なんとも思ってないんだからね!" like the tsundere king he is (to be fair, he's also said his feelings on the subject are diverse and complicated and equal parts negative to positive, which I respect)).

At the end of the day a lot of his Gigamix-specific admissions are that he wasn't able to realize a lot of his original plans due to time/space constraints and breaking his arm. The gist I got relevant to this topic was that the Stardroids are Completely Alien to us, and their names coinciding with our own planets was simply a matter of translation convenience. He mentions it here in the ALT of the second image:

I've also been thinking a lot about why they are the names of planets in the solar system, excavated in ancient ruins in space, and the scene where Terra names each of the Stardroids while learning the language of Earth at high speed by taking the memories of a decaying robot on its way to planetary exploration, and I thought it was interesting to think about, but too expansive as a branch (The number of pages is finite…!) In the end, I didn't draw the naming scene in Gigamix.

Past that I did end up doing a ton of independent development on their source civilization, to explain their motivations, their powers, the name thing, as well as why they resemble humanoids and/or animals relevant to our planet. I can't help it, I love worldbuilding-! I have a large G-Doc for what would have been the extension of the comic had my life situation not thrown me into deep creative depression. Both Venus and Neptune were going to have anecdotes specifically addressing how they've adapted to being 'given' the names of our own planets/gods… the only reason I don't discuss it in greater depth here is there might still be a chance I'll get around to fully realizing everything I have written up behind the scenes, it'll just require nothing short of a miracle to get my life together first. But I do have a lot to work from if/when the time comes, and I really hope it does because I feel very strongly about what I had planned!

The other Stardroid headcanon is more post-game focused, and ties in with my OC, Antares, and a 'fake game' idea I had for it that would expand on a different version of their history (built with some input from @dahlia-the-nurd and taken in my own direction over time). In that version, the star-based 'gods' and their planet-based underlings were designed to coincide with their Creators' knowledge of far-off stars and planets (from their perspective). It's no different from humans looking into our own night sky for inspiration for our own creativity, but still doesn't really translate into the Stardroids themselves having any particular attachment or connection to our solar system, aside it becoming a destination for them once they found themselves on the run, simply because they knew it as 'the system we were named for.'

Terra in both iterations is fairly bitter at his defeat, and feels a sense of resentment towards the planet for sending a champion that could best him. As a result, he really doesn't spend a lot of time on Earth, much less forming any sort of connection or attachment to it. Most of his efforts go towards orchestrating the other Stardroids in keeping their space maintained/supplied, and addressing the much more capricious matter that is Sunstar.

i made a post pointing out how much sense it would make for Sophie to have a twin and when @lusilver001 was really interested and drew these when i was infodumping my ideas about her last summer.

@daydream-draws also drew Josie and Sophie after Lu did

these drawings are the MAIN reason that this Au is a real thing, i probably would have taken forever to actually see if people where interested because i kinda thought the idea was dumb, because i’ve had the idea since i was 16ish and it was a very dumb self insert at first.

every-time i got discouraged and would drop the twin Au for a while. i would eventually remember that people drew art for my unwritten Au and it would bring back the want to make it exist. because people obviously liked it too, and i wanted to create something that people would enjoy and want to read.

i’ve gone come back to the au several times, every adding more details. more recently it has come back MUCH stronger than it has in a while, i figured with some help from @crymeariveronceagain how Sophie would find Josie (which was a HUGE struggle and the main reason it was dropped so many times) and what the plot would be (still kinda stuck so i’m focusing on characters atm) but i’m actually going to write it now.

it’s probably not gonna be written until next year because it’s supposed to be the length of a novel, i want it to be good and i need to actually be able to write something that long. 

i’m also trying to figure out how to fit The Rot in there (i made up an deadly elf fungal infection) i’ll tag you in it

They've got about like a hundred different aus, but in canon one is a hero (she/he/they) who has the power to manipulate weather and also a complete dumbass golden boy, and a villain (he/they) who can control time after being given their powers by the gods of the world in a freak accident and the hero is sent on a mission to collect information on the villain, living with them for a year (and they fall in love obviously) before she ends up betraying them and both of them are heartbroken and the hero feels so incredibly guilty, but they're being manipulated by the head of the hero organization and become really popular and famous after the mission ends so he's really conflicted the entire time

AND ALSO THERE IS A FANCY GALA WHERE THEY DANCE TOGERHER

that's not even getting into the aus, that's just canon BUT I LOVE THEM SO MUCH AAA !!!!!

Oh no, the angst

I love them!

The first OC sounds a lot like how I play Roman in a Magical Boi AU I have with a friend, so I love them!

One of the OCs I currently am obsessed over is Themis aka Eulises, who was originally an OC I made a year ago as a filler for the Orange Side in my friends role plays. We used him as an antagonist in a Sanders Sides God AU we were role playing

In the original version of the AU, which was made around a year ago and we've role played many versions since, Eulises worked with Janus back when Janus was trying to take Thomas's position as the Leader of the Gods. Janus deemed Eulises's methods as too dangerous and took away his powers, banishing him to Earth and making everyone forget him. On Earth, Eulises regained his power by taking energy from human souls, and after Janus started working with the Gods instead of against them, Eulises came for his revenge.

After being defeated, Eulises was turned into a child since Janus wasn't able to outright kill him. Thomas decided to raise Eulises, now Themis, with the love and care he needs to be a better person.

Many small Gods, and Eulises's cult gathering, tried to bring Eulises back. There was also a lot of other things causing problems for the Gods. As a result, they never had a day of peace in the role play. The role play was constant angst, constant chaos, every day the chat was being spammed with storylines.

So then I created Aslov, the God of Order, and he is the most interesting Villain I ever created, but now over a year of making him a comfort character, I have reduced him to a soft wolf boi. Still, even in the present day version of the story he is a bad ass.

But back to the original version. Aslov came in and attempted to brain wash all the Gods in order to force them to do their jobs, stop making problems for each other, and actually take care of themselves. His intentions were good, but... The other Gods weren't too thrilled about the idea of all their emotions and whims being wiped away from them, and being reduced to just their core purpose.

Then comes in, the child, Themis. Once the God of Anger, Themis comes in and is like: Hey, you're acting kinda like a tyrant. You're getting pretty angry about all the chaos that's been going on, huh? Here, you be the God of Anger, I don't want to anymore.

So Aslov is now turned into the God of Anger and Themis, who takes some of Aslov's orderly powers, becomes the God of Justice

Thomas then takes in Aslov as his son, even though Aslov's an adult, and starts mentoring him to help him understand emotions better. Eventually Aslov starts helping the other Gods find better ways to prevent all the chaos.

Now, their story is much different, but I already infodumped so I'll infodump more if you want me to but it's okay if not! Feel free to infodump more about your characters if you like!

Jack is canon divergent, which means part of the Xiaolin Showdown and Chronicles series have been reimagined or re-contextualized. Inquisitive Minds for the Supernatural Kind / Detective Light Novel

[A 1920's supernatural murder mystery involving supernatural beings/Supernaturals living alongside humans.]

Adeline Idler - 30 year old detective/private eye solving supernatural cases alongside her adopted children, Remington and Cordelia, and their newest recruit, Gray. She’s very proud and determined to solve any and every case that comes her way, but she can also be stubborn to a fault. Nevertheless, she believes that every truth has a right to come to light, and that everyone has a right to be heard. 5' 6", human.

Remington Sterling - 15 year old apprentice of Adeline and twin brother of Cordelia. He's very intelligent and analytical, but also very insecure. He almost always carries around his journal, which he writes various notes in, be it about different Supernaturals or about the case at hand. He and Cordelia are attached at the hip, and they'd do anything to protect each other. By "anything", they truly would do anything. 5' 7", human.

Cordelia Sterling - 15 year old apprentice of Adeline and Remington's twin sister. She's very kind and caring, analyzing situations with her high emotional intelligence. However, she's also insanely strong for a petite young woman, having pried her arm out of the grip of a German Shepherd and accidentally punched a hole through a plaster wall. She's caring to the point of having a minor savior complex, throwing herself in the way to save someone from harm with no consideration for her own safety. Either way, she deeply loves her brother, and she forms a close relationship with Gray. She often lets him stand on her shoulder or hide in her purse. 5' 1", human.

Gray - Unknown age, but appears to be around 16-17. He initially hid at the Idler Detective Agency when he got stuck in human territory, but eventually became a member of their team. While initially very meek and people-pleasing, he eventually becomes more outspoken and active in investigations/deductions. He's closest to Cordelia due to being saved by her, but is overall fond of all members of the agency. Despite his diminutive size compared to humans (He's actually quite tall for a brownie spirit.), he prides himself on making his own clothes and his ability to easily maneuver around. 6.5", brownie spirit (Supernatural)

Hive Mind

[A drama involving insect-human hybrids and reconnecting with family.]

Yanru Zhen - A 29 year old bartender, who was unintentionally transformed into a Dragonfly Hybrid. He fell out of contact with his parents due to being afraid of them seeing his mutation. Only one person knew about his mutation (his roommate, Jian Shi), but the organization that created the mutation serums, the Hive, discovers his secret and, when he turns down joining them, chase after him in order to get rid of him. Although he prefers not to fight, he uses his extreme speed to outmaneuver his opponents. Otherwise, he binds his wings with gauze bandages. 5' 9"

(To note, I have 2 AUs for him. One is him being a trans man [nothing else changes], and the other is him being stuck transforming into a dragonfly-winged fairy [the Fae-U].)

Kaiju Kid

[Pretty much, a half-kaiju fights to protect his home city of Ouroboros Bay from various Kaiju serving the Kaiju King.]

Raito Himura - An 18 year old man, a.k.a the titular Kaiju Kid. He's the son of a human father (Atsushi) and a kaiju-turned-human mother (Umiko), and he's been able to transform into a half-kaiju a bit after he hit puberty. He has some rather intense anger issues at times, which makes him a bit of an outcast, but he finds solace in his 2 friends, Hime Yumehara and Nezu Shoushin. When kaiju start attacking his home city, he transforms into a 47' tall half-kaiju and fights with his claws and limited electricity-channeling abilities. Since his mother was a mixed fire-electric Kaiju, he also inherited her typing, having the red, heat-resistant scales of a fire kaiju and the (albeit short) horns and electricity-channeling abilities of an electric kaiju. Due to his mother being missing, he's trained by her close friend and also kaiju-turned-human, Setsuna. 5' 10" when human, 47' 3" when transformed.
