What is wrong with people?

In Philadelphia last night, a bunch of people break into an Apple Store and take all of the iPhone 15s.

With sirens blaring, they then run out only to realize that all of the iPhones have been disabled and they may be being tracked.

So what do they do next?

They begin breaking all of the iPhones that they just took, while being filmed by people with other iPhones. One such video can be seen below.

Some people just aren't very bright. Who do you blame?

disappointed I might not be able to take the real estate finance class in my program <- insane sentences. what have I become

#ive recently become serious about the thought of trying to start a community land trust im like daydreaming about community ownership of my #building #we’ll have a childcare co-op and a community kitchen….we’ll pay land rent to the manahatta project and have a mutual aid fund #for people who get in a bind #like I know all the details together are impossible without serious money behind it but life could be a dream…#personal #anyway I’m thinking through the steps and they’re like. step one get a job in housing operations (im fucking trying dude) while getting more #into mutual aid communities in my actual neighborhood #step two uh get good at finance. or find someone who is. work at a land trust maybe.#step three: ??

cons of going to a “good schoolTM”: insane workload, unbearable classmates, next to no support when you have any kind of extenuating circumstances Including literal hospitalization, etc

pros of going to a “good schoolTM”: the 9-5 lifestyle is genuinely a major improvement

#taylor.txt #the extenuating circumstances point was not me btw. i know someone who had his degree delayed an entire year because of two weeks in psych #we’re in a co-op program or else maybe it wouldve just been one semester but. lol #i hate it here…i hate it #but hey…at least i have the world’s shittiest health insurance!#some of my classmates say they dont feel like working full-time is easier than going to school full-time but it so is #for me. anyway. even when i fumbled my time management bad on the field and make no mistake i was incredibly busy plus i chose a field #notorious for Unpaid Overtime and Taking Your Work Home. even then. it was still easier than this #i would never do undergrad again. i loved everything i learned. i took interesting and awesome classes #but i would never ever do it again. miserable overworked spent most of it friendless until i got on the field #i have a friend who keeps being like idk how you did 4 physics classes this sem and im like girl we are education students…thats an average #semester for a physics major. how must THEY feel #also i have to say just you know. generally. ive worked full-time while living with my parents #AND while living alone. and 50 hours a week was incredibly manageable in the former arrangement. i even wrote and edited an entire novel #in the beginning stages of a pandemic while working 50 hours a week of retail and fast food hell. 40 hours full-time with weekends off #while living alone though? thats hard. i still managed to go to the gym almost every day #currently? i cant get out of bed in the morning. i am putting in 12 hour days and then goinng to bed unable to sleep because im so stressed #i have dreams about school. tangentially theres a really good marxist poem i read last year about this phenomenon in workers #ANYWAY. i have just 8 more days 4 exams 1 research paper and video project #i think i can pass and then thats it. my next semester is hell but just because scheduling the actual classes will be easy #and then i get to go back on the field and actually want to wake up every day. lol #and 8 days from now i will have my christmas shopping done and my apartment will be clean and i will be a fanfic writing machine #also my friends and i booked a demolition room so im sure that will be beneficial kfldjfldndks

Star Fox Adventures (2002) ~ Krystal

By far my favorite thing about playing Star Fox Adventures again (besides ReShade, RTGI, 1440p, true 16:9 widescreen, and HD textures) was a fan patch that I applied. Fixed various game bugs and added additional features. Particularly the option to play as Krystal.

Similar to how the original Dinosaur Planet game was designed, I was able to freely swap between both Fox and Krystal throughout the game. This is actually something I've wanted since the game launched in 2002! I remember thinking it was such a waste having her only playable for the tutorial and then trapped away the entire game. Rather than being the damsel in distress, she could be out kicking butt with Fox. Now, after all these years, the dream is reality! 🦊💙

In between the action and role-playing games that they produced during their early years, Atlus of Megami Tensei fame dabbled in the burgeoning adventure game genre with Erika to Satoru no Yume Bouken (or “Erika and Satoru’s Dream Adventure“). Although it attempts something fairly interesting with a focus on co-operative play with two controllable characters, the end result is an unremarkable adventure marred by repetitive situations and poor conveyance.

With puppy coming home so soon (but not soon enough 🥺) I'm really thinking about what I can do to really build the community I want in place for my future breeding program so I have the options to place my dogs how I want to with my first litter instead of having to build that AFTER my first litter which seems to be the norm in the breed. I've got an insta page ready to deploy as soon as she comes home, but honestly I am not sure how useful it is for Dog World Marketing any more since Facebook actually seems to be the platform most people are shifting to. I have an idea in my head about the culture I want to promote to really bring in a group of dog owners with common interest who are willing and wanting to health test and better the breed even if they themselves don't necessarily want to breed. I don't even need a big following, I would actually much rather have a smaller group of very dedicated people than a large group of just followers. It's so hard to put into words, but I have the vision in my head and I just need to figure out how to get it in practice.

#actually I have this dream for an entire breeding co-op based on these ideas #I doubt it will ever come to fruition but I can dream
