Funky Drums in 30 tracks
The drum breaks from Funky Drummer by James Brown, Amen, Brother by the Winstons and Synthetic Substitution by Melvin Bliss are possibly three of the most sampled drum tracks ever. But there are more soul songs that have great funky drum openings, catchy intros and killer drum breaks.

Ericka: No, but accomplice to genocide, kidnapping and drugging, and attempted murder are crimes
Lucy: Not sure but possibly, being the rebel she is.
Simon: Possibly with his sister being the rebel she is and him being her braincell, but not on his own.
Alice: Depends on if you count her imprisonment in the Pitt as arrest. But vivisection and murder/attempted murder are crimes. Plus her imprisonment had more to do with the dangers she represented and being a Cyclebreaker than her actual crimes.
@lovelylivelyv 's Jack Nephalem: Possibly if you count being locked in the Pitt by Keepers being "arrested." He would definitely join the rebellion against Wilson. Even without that, he's Bendy's son and the natural heir should Bendy be destroyed. So if Wilson wants the Cycle, he has to deal with Jack too.
Audrey: No and aside from murder in self defense and escaping Death by the Keepers/their poison gas, I don't THINK so. She did TRY to break in and steal the End Reel, but was stopped before she could get in. However, it's implied that rather than ARREST her...they nearly KILLED her. That's kind of the closest to a crime she did. That said...it wasn't really Wilson's to begin with. Wilson took it and locked it away HIMSELF.
Mabel: Yes, counterfeiting
Ford: Accused of stealing and card counting? Yes. Arrested? Not sure.
Fidds: Not sure. He DID start a cult that kidnapped people and erased their memories, although I'm not sure if that was his intention or just part of his and their decent into madness. However, he was never arrested for it as the cult was secret and no one besides Ford knew he was involved in it...including HIMSELF. He also used the memory gun on Ford at least once without his knowledge.
Bill: Yes, for indecent exposure. Not sure if Theraprism counts. His full crime list is too long to really list here. XD Book of Bill and Journal 3 will give you an idea.
Shego: Yes, multiple
Meteora: No, but did multiple crimes including Soul sucking, brainwashing, a violent coup and rampage, etc.
Eclipsa: Yes, and technically she DID run off with a monster and study dark magic. But she wasn't evil or a baby eater. She WAS however arrested for crimes against Mewmanity by the magical high commission multiple times, encased in chrystal once, and had her daughter erased from the record and given away. So...kind of the most nuanced of all these.
Caine: No and I'm not sure
Pomni: Not that I know of.
Coraline: Not arrested, but she DID technically assault the Other Mother and leave her for dead. However, The Other Mother was also trying to kill her, had killed 3 kids, amd kidnapped her parents. So not sure that would count. Throwing shoes at Wybie until he ran away might though, although he provoked her by calling her crazy.
Bloo: Yes. Once for trespassing, once for stealing, and once for another unknown crime. Besides the trespassing and stealing, he also snuck into a movie premiere without a ticket, tricked his way into a retirement home, broke into someone's appartment twice, once for vandalism and once to kidnap Duchess, and broke into an observatory to try and contact aliens. Snuck into Frankie's room to steal the squeaky elephant and accidentally broke it. There's also...pretty much the entirety of Bus the Two of Us and Store Wars. XD
