Mary actually made it through the entire @eastwestmehndimeet weekend without even a dot of #henna on her from somebody else, until us post-conference attendees descended on her! If you browse through Mary's IG feed, you'll see gorgeous, decadent and sensual #erotichenna or #lingeriehenna, so you imagine when you meet her to be a burlesque, Dita-Von-Teese type artist with a suggestive nature lol. The truth is I found her to be super down to earth, incredibly artistic (she is highly educated in art) and very calming and grounding to be in the presence of. I longed to spend more time with her, to get to know her better. Her learning materials in the workshop textbook were AMAZING and her classes are eye opening and educational for the intermediate to advanced henna artist. The day after a weekend full of events is always recovery day. #Rest #Recharge & #Recuperate.
