I've been trying to log into this site for like, a while now, since apparently my password has already been used once to create an account under the name "PonyLover739".. Wonder who that is. WIP Intro Tag: Nicea

I am finally posting my intro for the WIP intro tag @anoelleart started over here! Since I first introduced Nicea over a year ago, it actually makes sense to do it for WIP intro tag.

Nicea takes its name from the Nicea, a starship from Antarac star system. To date, she's only gone on shipping trips within the neighboring systems that make up Argoh locality. But when she intercepts a message from her previous captain, Cady, who supposedly died warp racing ten years ago, the Nicea's crew prepares to take her across the galaxy to bring him home. And she's a sturdy vessel, but two hundred light years is a long way. Still, her crew has to make it—failure is not an option.

Genre: space opera

Setting: locality space, a galaxy full of people, some of whom are magical, and some of whom have enabled the current age of interstellar travel.

Core cast:

Declan Ruse [40, he/him, human]: Cady's husband & co-founder of Nicea Shipping. Currently the "shadow captain" of the Nicea, because of course he's the boss, but he hates talking to customers. He's the reason failure is not an option, because he can't imagine spending any more time apart from Cady.

Isabel Hendriss [36, she/her, human]: Rodney's sister & Spinder's best friend. Under Cady she was the load specialist of the Nicea, but she now serves as the registered captain, with her duties mostly being talking to people. She's been planning to leave the Nicea to start her own music career for a while.

Rodney Hendriss [33, he/him, human]: Isabel's brother & Declan's right-hand man. He was an afterthought on Cady's crew (read: cabin boy) but now he's the navigator, computer systems guy, and all around Knower and Organizer of Things. What he wants most is to be needed, especially by Declan.

Tristan Scherie [47, she/her, human]: Cady's friend & Bo's best friend. She's always been the pilot of the Nicea, even though Cady was also a pilot. She feels guilty for going on this trip, because it's dangerous and she runs the risk of missing her own wedding, but she needs to absolve herself of the guilt of indirectly causing Cady and Bo's "death".

Spinder Callawel [35, he/him, human]: Cady's uncle & Isabel's best friend. Years ago, he made a pact with Cady to become his ship engineer one day when Cady had a ship, and that's what he is still. But now he's bringing the ship back to Cady while he grapples with fears of death and also of telling Isabel he's in love with her.

Cady Thilta [40, he/him, human]: Declan's husband & Spinder's nephew. He was once the Nicea's captain because of his determination to become a space business owner, and now he's stranded because of his love of adrenaline. He sent the Nicea a message almost ten years ago and is still holding out hope it arrived.

Bo Eveldan [60, they/he, ferasca (dragon person)]: Tristan's best friend. They were never a member of the Nicea's crew, but they are a warp witch, and more than happy to take their favorite pilots warp racing. In retrospect, that might have been a bad idea, but at least he's here with Cady.

Progress: first draft, currently 31k words

Romancing: In my main save with Eden, Wyll! And in the Dark Urge save, Gale. And in my heart... both. It's a polycule. And the polycule is a biiit more complicated than that even, with other characters involved, but point is. There's a lot of love going around here, of various flavors.

I imagine at least those three are married, though, and Eden takes both Wyll and Gale's surnames, distancing himself from his own family's legacy and forging a new one with these people he cares for so deeply.

Favorite Fruit: Raspberries! He likes to snack on them while he works.

Favorite Season: Spring! He likes seeing life return to the world after a long winter.

Favorite Flower: He'll say he's not one for flowers, but Eden has a fondness for Mountain Laurels.

Favorite Scent: In many ways, Eden is rather indifferent to smells and doesn't put much thought into picking a favorite. However, he has a fondness for woodsy scents, and a deep-seated aversion to smokey scents.

Coffee, Tea, or Hot Chocolate?: Coffee, all the way, but he has a fondness for a specific flavor of Waterdhavian tea Gale brews for them both sometimes. He's not exactly a connoisseur of tea, though, haha.

Average Sleep Hours: Far too few, haha. Eden tends to work himself to exhaustion rather frequently, and then keep going. Wyll and Gale have become experts at redirecting their husband's attention and convincing him to take a break and rest.

Dogs or Cats: Both! But I think Eden is overall more of a dog person, having grown up around them. Still, he adores Tara.

Dream Trip: When he was younger, Eden wanted to see Rosymorn Monastery, as his mother told him many stories of her studies there on her journey to becoming a cleric. However, as he got older, he became far more agnostic in his beliefs and the idea became much less appealing. He gave up on praying to Lathander after his mom's death, and now he feels mainly just... a vague sense of discomfort and grief when he thinks about the god he was raised with. This only got worse after seeing the monastery during his travels with the group.

So, now Eden wants to see Candlekeep. He desperately wants access to that expansive library and to learn all that he can. At heart, Eden hungers for knowledge above all else.

Amount of Blankets: So many. Eden is always on the chilly side, and that coupled with his chronic joint and muscle pain means he can only really sleep bundled up in a blanket nest. Wyll and Gale have had to make peace with their husband being a blanket hoarder.

Random Facts:

Yes, Eden has a fantasy phd. He basically got a degree in being a wizard... despite not having much ability to use magic himself. His magic is almost entirely from his warlock pact, as besides that he just can't use magic in the way a lot of other mages can.

He also has pretty serious chronic joint pain, made worse when he strains himself using his magic. It's a condition he inherited from his mother, and it's one he's learned to live with and how to accommodate for.

Eden's storyline is a mix of the normal tav story and the Dark Urge storyline. How so? Well. Before the adventure, Eden died, and he's only recently been resurrected at the start... minus many of his memories about who he is and what happened to him. So, on top of all the other shit going on, Eden has to figure out why his brain is full of holes.

Eden's father Abdiel is a very well-known and respected wizard, one that Gale actually was a fan of when he was younger. However, after seeing how horribly Abdiel treats Eden, Gale has left that adoration behind. Never meet your heroes, and all that.

(On a similar note, Wyll originally encouraged Eden to consider forgiving his father and reconnecting with him, which was the cause of a lot of conflict between them in the early days of their relationship. Eventually, though, Wyll came to understand *why* Eden doesn't want to forgive the man who traumatized him and abandoned him, and he respects and supports Eden's decision.)

(Gale and Wyll might or might not have an agreement to make sure Eden never has to even be in the same room as his father ever again. They'll keep him safe.)

I decided to backtrack some past posts and rbs and tags associated with my tumblr url. Idk how I missed this! Sorry for the VERY late response.

1.) What bands/musicians would you like to see in concert?

Idk? I've never really been to a formal concert other than me participating in my middle school's orchestra--aaaaaaand perhaps the occasional local country band at a bar or art fest in my city's downtown district.

I'd say I would like to one day hear The Orion Experience, The Hu a popular Mongolian folk-band, or Kendrick Lamar.

2.) What is your idea of a perfect day?

Just going out to places with my partner! I'd love to just explore either a local nature spot with em or check out some roadside attractions. I'd even settle for some group artistic project day!

I also sometimes dream of one day having a nice picnic date with em or invite some friends and have a large picnic group date out in nature or a lovely park. Getting a lil drunk or just drinking, swapping stories, sharing foods we baked or made.

3.) Would you rather never be able to listen to music or never be able to watch cable?

Never be able to watch cable. I spent my whole life for a long time not having access to cable tv and only had the standard tv channels. I'll live!! PBS THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE TO MY CHILDHOOD!!!

I can't live every day life without listening to my favorite songs. I'd go crazy. What you mean I can't listen to The Mamas and The Papas??? What you mean I can't listen to the soundtrack of the Muppet's Movie (1979)?! What you mean no more Lil Nas X??! NO BILL WITHERS!? NO GLORIA GAYNOR--NO EARTHA KITT?!!!

4.) What talents do you have that you're especially proud of?

I know how to sew patches onto jackets really well! I can come up with real interesting creatures with a full background and appearance. I go full-in when it comes to abstract and often mismatched acrylic paints with scenery.

I've been told that I'm a very good baker! And dogs love me!

6.) Do you like to sing?

I don't sing in public. I'm kinda self-conscious about the sound of my voice. And I'm aware that I tend to have breaks/sqweaks in my voice when I try to sing. I do sing when its just myself (majority of time), with my partner in their car, or when out drinking with friends at bars.

7.) What helps you sleep?

Ceiling fan ON (medium speed majority of time *depends on the sound the fan makes; if majority is silent then high speed). Temperature must be around 73*F with AC on cool setting - auto

Sleep only in my boxers

Covers consist of my bed's main semi-thick quilt cover and a cotton bed sheet.

Pillows fluffy but maintain shape and don't cover my face/nose area. My pillow sheets are also cooling sensitive as well if I need to flip it onto its otherside if I wake up warm.

I am a stomach sleeper who also likes to be semi-covered under into my bedsheets.

8.) If you could have 4 superpowers to have, what would they be?

Animal shapeshifting

9.) Do you prefer dark chocolate, milk chocolate, or white chocolate?

I've been slowly turned into a lover of dark chocolate. HOWEVER I am, still, and always will be weak for the sweet stuff that is milk chocolate!

10.) What are your hobbies?

I like to draw or doodle my fursonas, I like to also paint scenery on canvases, I also like to sew. Baking is also a small hobby of mine. I also like to catch up on some reading as well. Poetry and writing stories use to be an old passion of mine, but I've kind of abandoned it. Or just really struggle to get back into completing it once I've started.

I also like taking care of my ginseng bonsai tree Gordon! And taking walks outside with my dog ranger is also pretty fun too!

11.) Where would you love to live?

In my biggest dreams? In the Philippines near Olongapo or Manila city where a big part of my fam live curretly in.

If realistically and here in the USA. I'd love to stay here in the south-east coastal region. Cause its where I've grown up in. But with the current culture and anti-lgbt/trans laws and stripping of human rights. I might have to consider moving up north or some state out west thats a safe haven or tolerable. But also has job opportunities related to my own and/or my partners interests/career choice.

I've noticed an influx of followers coming from my "Flerkitten Alpine" and "Sam and Carol are Besties Now" posts so I just wanted to introduce myself!

I'm Kestrel or Kes, Im BiAce and use they/them pronouns, and I just turned 25 earlier this month. This is a side blog, and my follows will come from @/the-kestrels-feather.

I'm a Bucky Stan so this blog is gonna be mostly Bucky Brainrot Content (sorry in advance) and my other favorite characters include Captain America (both of them), Thor, Valkyrie, Sylvie (fight me), Loki, and Kate Bishop.

I pretend Endgame doesn't exist for my own mental health (Endgame Steve is not canon it will never be canon and no one can tell me otherwise).

My top 3 MCU D+ shows are WandaVision, Hawkeye, and FATWS/Loki but Only S2 in that order

CATWS will always be the best Marvel movie I will not take criticism, but after that are Black Panther/GOTG 3, and Thor:Ragnarok/The Marvels (I know that's more than 3 but consider i love them)

This is a Marvel blog 99.99% but I occasionally rb Invincible, The Boys, and the very very occasional DC post to this blog. I try to keep them under the tag #not marvel but as long time followers will tell you I'm not the best at remembering to tag so expect 1 or 2 slipping through if you block the tag

As much as I love the MCU I also really fucking hate the MCU and I feel this is the only way to enjoy it, this comes from a friend who has the same view on SW

Oh, I'm also a props artisan by trade, I work at a high school in their book room right now, but it's my dream to move to Atlanta and work in theatre and film. My big dream is to work as a props artisan for Marvel! Occasionally I make Marvel-related things and post them here!

-walking in the snow to Hogsmeade, holding hands and trying to keep each other warm

-drinking butterbeer at The 3 Broomsticks and wiping the foam from his lips, him blushing at your action

Request description: Where Adrien Agreste has a fiancée and they were engaged since they were kids, Y/n is the one who is cold and distant towards him but secretly cares for him. She just doesn’t know how to express her emotions. Everyone doesn’t know that Adrien was already engaged to someone else, by the time the reader accidentally discovered that Chat Noir was Adrien, they both started trusting one another. They always got each other’s backs, Y/n would help Adrien to sneak off just to save Paris. Whenever Adrien was badly hurt, from the fight, Y/n is ready to help him. They care for one another; she would always comfort him when he feels down when he has a tiring day. That’s why Y/n is the hardest to akumatize, even Gabriel tries to, but she trusts Adrien the most.

Edit: This just hit 400 notes today, 10/27/22. I posted this back in May. Honestly I'm shocked. (Dont stop liking it, it just baffles me because it's my hated child😭.)

Your mother was taking you to the Agreste mansion today. For what, you didn’t know. However, it would change your life.

Born of a rich Paris family, it wasn’t uncommon for children to have an arranged marriage for when they got older. Your mother and Emilie Agreste have been friends since high school, and your father and Gabriel are business partners, thus at this meeting, they decided you would marry their son, Adrien, when you came of age.

9 years old

Growing up with Adrien was fun but also hard at times. He would spend a lot of time with that Chloe Bourgeois girl, and while you wanted to be like her, it was hard as you had a hard time expressing emotions. Mostly due to the fact that your parents were always busy with their work so you spent most of your time alone in the house or with Adrien. Adrien came home from the Bourgeois residence one day, you were with your mother while she was having a business meeting with Gabriel, so she sent you upstairs with him. He talked about how much fun he had with Chloe and you wanted to say how you wanted to spend more time with him, but, due to lack of emotional expression, you kept silent and gave him a sad smile. But it was worth it to see that look of joy on his face.

14 years old

Today was your first day of high school, and your mother had dropped you off at the Agreste home that morning so you and Adrien could go to school together while she went to work.

“Hello Nathalie,” you said as you entered the house. “Good morning, Miss Y/N, Adrien is in his room.” “Thank you, Nathalie,” you said as you walked past her. You knocked on Adrien’s door, and he opened it a few seconds later, slightly disheveled. You had an amused look on your face and asked, “Did I wake you up?” He responded with a mumble which you took to be a yes. “Adrien it’s 7:30.” (A/N: pretend they start school at 8am like in America lol) He opened his eyes wider, as coming to terms with your statement. “Crap.” He muttered, and quickly let you inside while going to get dressed in the bathroom. You sat at his computer, staring at the image of him and his mother, smiling fondly. You missed her, she was always so kind and inviting. When she disappeared, you comforted Adrien the best you could. Gabriel got stricter on him, making you want to smack him. Little did either of you know what would happen later that day, when Adrien got his miraculous.

15 years old (1/2)

It was Friday evening, you were sitting in his room waiting for him to get home from his Chinese lesson* when an akuma struck the city. You figured Adrien was safe since he had his bodyguard with him wherever his lesson was held. (*Pretend his Chinese lesson takes place outside of the house) After 10 minutes, the akuma was defeated. You had to use the restroom, and when you came back, there was Chat Noir standing in Adrien’s room. But he didn’t see you, and detransformed. Adrien had scratches on his face and a bruise on his arm. He turns around and sees you staring at him in disbelief. “Um- hey Y/N-“ he says awkwardly. "Adrien…how- whatever that doesn’t matter, what matters is you’re injured.” “How did you get this bruise?” “I tripped on the stairs running to transform, but the scratches came from the akuma.” "Okay let's get you patched up."

Needless to say, it was very awkward between you two that afternoon, but you swore you would always protect Adrien’s secret.

15 years old (2/2)

Hawkmoth attempted to akumatize you twice while you and Adrien were 15. Here's what happened:

1st time- Gabriel threatened to remove Adrien from school. You stood up to him but he basically kicked you out of the house so you couldn't see Adrien at home until you straightened up. Of course he was planning to akumatize you. It failed because Adrien called you asking where you were, he wanted to talk to you about a project.

2nd time- You saw Adrien and Marinette laughing and talking together. However illogical, due to the fact that you were secretly engaged to Adrien, you were worried he would fall for her and try to get his father to call off the marriage. You walk into class one day, seeing Mari and Adrien talking and then when they notice you, they immediately go quiet. You run out of the room crying, and slump against the wall somewhere. Adrien went after you, but while he was looking for you, Hawkmoth's akuma landed on your necklace Adrien made for you when you were 6. Upon seeing Adrien running toward you, you renounce the akuma. Adrien pulls you into a tight hug, and confesses that he loves you.

And that he was asking Mari for advice on planning a surprise party for you for your 16th birthday.

"I'll be back," Bucky said, ruffling Steve's hair. "Don't worry."

"Bucky, it's war. I have a right to worry."

The newly drafted soldier tried to fake a smile, but his boyfriend saw right through it. Luckily, he had the perfect thing to cheer him up.

Steve pulled a small metal object out of his pocket. He held it out to Bucky, who took it.

"What's this?" he said, inspecting it. It was a seemingly blank dog tag, save for three symbols pressed into the metal: S + B.

"Do you like it? I figured a picture of me would be too risky, and this way, you can make up any girls name that starts with S—,"

He was cut off by Bucky crushing him in a hug. Steve tried to hold the tears back but gave up when he heard Bucky sniffling. They held each other as they broke down. Bucky pressed his nose into Steve's hair, eyes squeezed shut. He hated crying, but it was an almost inevitable action. In a few minutes, he would be leaving the best part of his life behind to fend for himself in a city full of danger and disease. Meanwhile, he would be off fighting in a war that he didn't actually want to fight, with a slim chance of returning.

"Bucky... you need to go."

He shook his head profusely. "No..."

"Buck," Steve's voice cracked. "I'll be okay."

The brunette shook with emotion, but slowly pulled out of the embrace. He tucked the tag into his front pocket before turning back to Steve. He held his face in his hands. The couple shared a kiss mixed with salty tears.

Bucky pulled away only slightly, so that their lips still brushed when he spoke. "I love you, Stevie."

"I love you, too, Bucky."

He tucked behind a tree. Knowing his chances of survival were close to none, Bucky pulled out the dog tags that were tucked beneath his uniform. He ran his fingers over the extra tag on the chain, feeling the gentle bumps of the 'S + B'.

A bullet flew by, mere inches from Bucky's ear. He aimed his gun, but another soldier in his unit put a hand on his arm and shook his head.

"It's not worth it, Barnes. We're surrounded."

Hesitantly, Bucky lowered his gun to the ground. He held up his hands in surrender, as did the remaining soldiers of the 107th.

He was tossed into a dark, muddy cell with several of his comrades.

"We'll get out of here, men. Don't worry," Bucky said, trying his best to be a leader. He clutched the dog tags in his hand.

Yet months went by, and one by one, the men were dragged off. They never returned. Bucky spent his time reading and re-reading the words and numbers on his tags, spending extra time on the one from Steve.

This went on until one day, a German soldier approached the cell. He looked around until he landed on Bucky. He pointed. "You. Up."

When Bucky awoke, he was cold and in pain. He tried to sit up, but a strap over his chest and arms pinned him down.

Looking around him, he found that he was in a lab room of some sort. It was dark, so he couldn't make out much, but he seemed to be alone. That didn't last long.

A door clanged open, and three men walked in. Bucky didn't recognize any of them. They spoke amongst each other in German, before one walked up to the table that Bucky laid on. He was a rather short, middle-aged man, with round glasses.

"Trial number 310," he spoke in a thick accent, reading off of a clipboard. "James Buchanan Barnes, 26. Good history of health. Let's hope this one works."

He squinted when a bright lamp above the table was switched on. Before he could realize what was happening, a needle was pressed into his foremen. Within two minutes, he was passed out.

Apparently, "this one" did work, because Bucky remained on that table for another two weeks. At various points in the day, he was poked, prodded, and injected. They didn't always put him under for the tests. When those times came, Bucky forced himself to remember, despite the hunger and pain eating away at him. He ran through what he had memorized; his ID numbers, his full name, his station. Most importantly, he remembered Steve.

Steven Grant Rogers. 25, born and raised in Brooklyn. The best damn artist I've ever known. My boyfriend.

Steven Rogers. Brooklyn. Artist. Boyfriend.

Steve. Artist. Boyfriend.

He mumbled the codes. He had long since forgotten what they meant, but he knew they were important.

S. That one letter rang out in his mind, but he didn't know why.

The metal door swung open once again.

No. No, not again, he thought. One more round and I'll forget him completely. S- Steph? Sam?

But his confusion shifted when he saw the man that approached the table this time. He was different, but familiar.

That's not him, is it? No, it can't be—

"Bucky?"

Oh, shit, it's him.

"S- Steve? Steve."

The blond undid the straps and helped Bucky off the table. He took in his boyfriend, although he couldn't quite believe what he was seeing.

Steve spoke first. "I thought you were dead."

"I thought you were smaller."

The world was at war around them, but the reunited couple stood there, smiling like twitterpated idiots.

"Steve," Bucky cried as he collapsed into his boyfriend's impressive biceps. What the hell happened to the skinny kid he had left behind?

"I've got you, Buck. I'm here." Steve pressed a kiss to Bucky's forehead. "Can you walk?"

"Um—,"

Steve scooped him up anyways. "We need to go."

He ran out of the room with his exhausted boyfriend in his arms. Bucky rested his head against Steve's chest.

"I missed you, Stevie."

Steve glanced down, his expression warm and full of emotion. "I missed you, too, Bucky."

He kissed his forehead once more before continuing at full speed out of the building, and back into the battle.

*One week later*

Side by side, they walked into the base. There was applause was the other soldiers realized what was going on.

Agent Carter and Colonel Phillips approached them. As Steve filled them in, Bucky glanced around. Something about the cheering bothered Bucky. None of these men gave a damn about Steve before he got all big and strong. And then all of the sudden, he was a celebrity.

"Hey!" he yelled. "Let's hear it for Captain America!"

And there it was, even louder this time. This support was for Captain America, not Steve Rogers.

Bucky stepped forward so that he was right next to Steve. He took his hand, causing Steve to turn his attention back to him. They shared an affectionate smile.

Later that day, Steve and Bucky were alone in a private cabin. Steve had explained their relationship to Peggy and she had sorted it all out.

They sat on the couch in their favorite cuddling position, with one straddling the other, arms wrapped around each other. Except this time, their usual roles were swapped. For one, Bucky was now smaller than Steve, so it made more sense. Two, Bucky needed a little extra comfort. It had only been a week since he got out of the torturous room.

So, Bucky sat on Steve's lap with his face nestled in his neck. They were both exhausted, so Bucky simply placed slow, lazy kisses on Steve's soft skin. In return, Steve traced his fingers up and down Bucky's back.

"How are you feeling, doll?" Steve asked.

"Like I just came back from hell." They were quiet for a moment. "Steve?"

"Mhm?"

"I just want you to know, that you're the most important person in my life. I don't think I would've survived back there if I didn't have thoughts of you keeping me alive. You're a hero to the whole country now. I don't know exactly what this means for us, but I do know that... that even before, when you were skinny little Steve... you were my hero. I don't think I tell you often enough how much I appreciate you."

Steve hugged Bucky even tighter. "I won't let anything happen to you again, or to us. I'm with you till the end of the line."

i’m not surprised it’s come to this.. disappointed, definitely, but not surprised.

i think from like 2017-2019 it was fun.. 2020 has been absolutely terrible for this blog and truly, i thought i’d feel more remorse and be more emotional with the way i’m leaving things but eh, i can’t find it in myself to care

i stopped caring about this platform the minute yall stopped caring about the stuff i was posting :) 

now of course, it isn’t all of you.. i’ve made amazing friends on this platform and i know that there are definitely some amazing people who i know are truly amazing when it comes to reblogging/interacting w me

Fandoms You Write For: Currently Timeless, but I wrote several oneshots for Red, White & Royal Blue over the summer when I fell down that rabbit hole of feels, have a WiP for the Peter Wimsey Mysteries, and I’ve also written in the past for Black Sails, X-Files, and Daredevil/the MCU.  

Where You Post: On Ao3, although I also answer prompts here on tumblr.

Most Popular Oneshot: In the Timeless fandom, I would have to say either Woe & Wisdom or The Whistle Echoes (technically a two-shot but only because everyone asked for more after I originally posted it as a oneshot) based on response. 

By hits, however, it’s my first posted MCU fic on Ao3, the monument of a memory (tear it down), which is the first in a series that deals with fem!Tony Stark + the idea of Steve being found and unfrozen during the first Iron Man movie and goes from there. 

By kudos, it’s (baby) don’t make me spell it out, or I stayed up all night reading Red, White & Royal Blue and then read it again and @letmetellyouaboutmyfeels said I needed to write an engagement fic and well...disaster boys in love are messy and inspiring. 

By comments, also (baby) don’t make me spell it out because the RW&RB fandom is an absolute DELIGHT and very free with affection.  

Most Popular Multi-Chapter Story: Technically, it’s whispers like poetry, but for multi-chapters I wrote myself, it’s Enemies Foreign and Domestic, the Captain Hill segment of my MCU West Wing series In This White House.  

Favorite Story You Wrote: Too difficult; next question. Okay, actually that’s not true. I love almost everything I’ve written for greatly varying reasons, but I have a soft spot for writing rarepairs, so on that note, my two Asher Flynn/Maria Tompkins fics, we couldn’t bring the columns down (background for them in the epic All Souls AU by @qqueenofhades who was kind enough to let me play in her sandbox during the horrors of bar prep. I love it even though only like three people and a cat actually read it), and the lost myth of true love which is my take on background for them in canon. Also my Garcia Flynn/Lorena Flynn backstory series all the ashes in my wake.    

And I would be remiss if I didn’t give another shout-out to whispers like poetry, because I had a blast with that and the response was so great and getting to collaborate with the ever delightful @letmetellyouaboutmyfeels was a joy. 

Story You Were Nervous to Post: Revelations, and basically anything else where I’ve actively acknowledged Wyatt as a deeply flawed character who is very far from perfect, especially when I’ve also written him as not straight. 

How Do You Pick Your Titles: Not to be a stereotype on main, but song lyrics and poems all the way. I am utterly hopeless at picking titles otherwise.
