It's gotta have the moly. If it has the Moly you're fine. But if you're assembling it with standard high temp red grease, You're not going to have a good time taking the rifle apart in a few years. If you don't take the rifle apart, you won't notice.
I would go non-synthetic before I went non-moly. There's plenty of quality calcium sulfonate complex mineral oil greases out there that technically outperform aeroshell 64. Except aeroshell 64 has better evaporation performance. That's why you want a synthetic grease. Ideally a vacuum grease. You want the moly for the shear lubricity. It really drops the binding torque. A lot.
Hence- synthetic grease with 5% moly.
