17 through 24? :D
Since you haven’t specified one, I shall pick one of them, if that’s alright? So I’ll go with Eirwen
17. How do they make a living? What kind of job do they want / not want? What is their dream job? What do they think of their current job?
As a noblewoman, Eirwen’s money comes from her family’s lands and business ventures, being her house’s city a large and important port, home to Hyranser’s Merchant Guild and the enormous Luthon Bank. Her dream job was to be an advisor to the crown and work on foreign affairs. which she eventually achieved by becoming Hyranser’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, traveling the world striking deals and working as a diplomat.
18. What are your OC’s greatest fears? Weaknesses? Strengths?
Her greatest fear is her own father. Understand: He had no qualms about killing Eira’s mother when she was no longer useful, and he wouldn’t think twice about killing Eirwen, too. That’s what he had a second son for, anyway. She’s often unsure and scared, insecure about herself and terrified of speaking up her mind, preferring to just stay silent. Her strength? This is a girl who saw her mother killed, who lived under a horrible father and managed to remain kind. Eira has this inner strength not to give in to despair other characters lack, being also efficient at dispelling situations without the use of violence.
19. What kind of music do they listen to? Do they have a favorite song?
Classical Music! She does, a song composed for the piano by King Lezard to his beloved wife, the Queen Elethyia.
20. If they came from their world to ours (if not already in our’s) how would they react? What would they do?
Utter shock and bewilderment! Eira comes from a world where magic and the gods are very much real, where firearms like the musket and hand-cannon aren't even a thing yet! Scared half to the death, she'd be curious to see how this world works, how different it is from hers. Eira would probably go to a museum.
21. What personal problems/issues do they have? Pet peeves?
There’s her issues with her father, which brings her no small amount of anxienty, more so her problems with controlling her powers. Pet peeves? Hmm, she likes her things to be organized in color.
22. What kind of student were they/would they be in high school?
The girl sitting at the front row, dilligently writing everything the teachers say and taking part in the discussion. Not part of the populars, a honor student part of the debate club or other academic club.
23. What is a random fact about your OC?
Loves paintings and drawings, but her own are atrocious at best.
24. What is their outlook on life? What is their philosophy / what do they think in general about living?
Ever the optimist, trying to convince herself that all’s going to be well, and that she can’t let the darkness turn her into something she isn’t. Sure, Eira gets less idealistic- what with a war and all that- but she still tries to live by these rules. There’s good in the world, and fighting isn’t always the right solution.

an oc! tell me more about this lady jsskej ❤️ im now curious??
Silvia! ;-;
It’ll be my honest pleasure to tell you about Eirwen, though I’ll end up speaking a lot because I love my characters way too much.
So, she’s part of a story and world I’ve been developing for some years now, The Helladír Chronicles, and makes her appearance in what I’m currently calling The Requiem Arc. She’s a main character, part of the eventual core foursome, but not the protagonist. It doesn’t make the role she plays any less important, as Eira – how her friends and brother call her – is the metaphorical Heart of the group, and the most magically gifted character on the Heroes side, even if she has little to no control of her powers at the start of the tale.
Now let’s delve a deep into her past and personality, shall we?
Lady Eirwen Vyrman was the daughter of LordAthen Vyrman, the Lord Ruler of the eponymous Vyrman Islands, one of the regionsthat make up the Kingdom of Hyranser. As such, Eira should have led an easylife, filled with the luxuries expected to the Heiress of the wealthiestregion, never going a day knowing need. That’s the image most people have ofher: a spoiled brat, a puppet whosimply lives to fulfil her father’s dream and ambition with little drive ofher own. As it often happens, the truthis far, far more complicated.
Athen is power-hungry and infinitely ruthless, with his eyes set on the Throne of Hyranser. He can never be King himself, ashe has no claim to the throne, so he went out of his way to ensure his childrendid. He was behind the massacre of the Feavërsein bloodline, exterminatingthem all save for two people: Lady Alethea Feavërsein, who escaped due to hersister’s magic and sacrifice, and her cousin, the Lady Meriyna Seyrfell, whosemother was a Feavërsein. The formerwould be executed not many years down the line, while Meriyna was forced to marryAthen and bear his children, knowing full well that the moment he had an heirand a spare she’d be no longer useful and a liability to his plans. Eirwen istheir first child.
Eira was nine years old when the so desiredsecond son was born. Nine years old when her mother pulled her aside, kissedher forehead and asked for forgiveness. Nineyears old when her mother cried as she said “Hidethere, my dearest child. Hide, watch- and understand”. Nine years old whenmen came to her mother’s room, fully armed, ready to kill, only to find theirlady hanging from her bedpost. From that day onwards, she understood that the true enemy was her father, and if she ever tried to break free… Well, that’s what her little brother existed for, wasn’t it? People think she had it easy, and the main character, Rosalyn, certainly thinks so too at first. But Eira had to smile to her mother’s killer every day, had to suppress her powers because it made her a danger to her father’s plans, living terrified that one day she wasn’t useful anymore and Athen would send men to murder her as she slept. Her only friend was her cousin (Actually nephew) Letho, with whom she is as close as siblings.
She meets Rosalyn on the Royal Military Academy, since it’s mandatory for every noble child to attend. They don’t really start on very good terms, with Rose being prejudiced due to Eira’s father’s actions and resorted to blackmailing her into getting magical training as a way to keep an eye on her. Still, they both grow closer as the story progresses and as Eirwen proves true the statement that she isn’t her father’s daughter. They become close friends, and Rosalyn is the sister she chose.
Now, about her personality or else this will become way too much, when she’s not pretending to be a brainless puppet, Eira is a gracious, polite and kind young woman, who unlike her father is deeply loyal to her friends and has absolutely no wish to be Queen, not when the price for her crown was the blood of her family. She’s an expert at bottling her feelings, at smiling and pretending to be fine and complacent when she’s anything but; Eira could be falling apart inside, but she’ll be loath to let anyone see it, to let anyone worry about her. Too many died to ensure she was born, and that fact is her cross to bear and hers alone.
As conflict averse as they come, Eirwen advocates for diplomacy and cool heads, despising arguments and seeking to solve conflicts through peaceful means, being at first prone to placate people rather than standing up for herself. Living in fear has made her a reserved person who doesn’t really let people in. She’s constantly holding herself back, and can only let go after being prodded, provoked and teased. Eira isn’t a fighter, and is the least physically imposing of the main four, but hers is a quiet, enduring strength; she has every reason to be bitter, to be angry, but she isn’t. Despite her fears and hesitancy, in the end Eirwen will always stand for what she thinks is right.
◇ fun facts:
↝ Has Ice/Cold based powers, and later on learned with Liesl about Blood Healing.
↝ Despite her claim to the throne, only the children of the Royal Family were bestowed the titles of Prince of Rayacia (The Heir) and Prince of Vernfall (The Second in Line). The same happened in the Empire for the Heir, the Prince of Ragnarök, and the title of Imperial Prince. Therefore, Eirwen could never claim any of them. That it is, until Rose decreed that as her sister, Eira had right to them all. She was Princess of Rayacia until the birth of Rosalyn’s daughter and remains an Imperial Princess.
↝ Collects porcelains teacups, but absolutely detests tea.
↝ Her son married Rosalyn’s daughter, much to her eternal joy.
↝ Can play the piano quite well and loves dancing, but is just passable at it.

tell me about this eirwen oc of yours ✨
My ice wielding baby! 💞
• EIRWEN
Full Name: Eirwen Lyanore Vyrman. Eirwen was chosen by her mother and it’s clearly a Valhiniam name, meaning White/Blessed Snow. Lyanore is the name of her paternal ancestor, the mother of Queen Jeyna. Vyrman is the name of her House, which is also the name of her region.
Gender and Sexuality: Female, Heterosexual.
Pronouns: She/Her.
Ethnicity/Species: Hyranserian.
Birthplace and Birthdate: April 14th, the City of Thalasar, seat of the House of Vyrman in the Vyrman Islands, Hyranser.
Guilty Pleasures: Loves to dance, despite not being good at it.
Phobias: Not unsurprising, Eira is terrified of her own father. He’d kill her the moment she became a threat rather than an asset. Every day, Eirwen lived in fear she was no longer useful and wouldn’t wake up to see another morning, sleeping with her light on and afraid of the dark.
What They Would Be Famous For: Aiding winning a war and restoring the continent-wide Haidien Empire and for being an efficient ambassador.
What They Would Get Arrested For: Probably wouldn’t get arrested, Eira is quite firmly on the lawful side. Perhaps by the orders of her own father, accused and to be judged for high treason.
OC You Ship Them With: Prince Ragnar Vélltigar. They bicker like an old married couple, and their different upbringings clash, but they’re also very similar. Both of them lived in fear of a parent with the other either dead or a non-presence, forced to hide who and what they really are. They get each other like no one else does.
OC Most Likely To Murder Them: Her own father, for reasons already mentioned. Eira is alive because she’s useful and obedient, the moment she isn’t anymore he’ll simply kill and replace her with her little brother.
Favorite Movie/Book Genre: Romantic Drama. In a Modern, Real World AU, every time Rosalyn sleeps over they watch Titanic because Eirwen ADORES IT and always ends up in tears.
Least Favorite Movie/Book Cliche: Gore. Why, why must horror movies make things so bloody and disgusting? Truly, she could do with out it and just the psychological part to freak her out.
Talents and/or Powers: Cryokinesis, the ability to control the ice, the snow and the cold— something she shares with the Vainär House of Dasaförv. Later on Eira learns the art of Blood Healing, and as an old woman she seems to have mastered the control of water.
Why Someone Might Love Them: Eira is a sweet girl whose heart is in the right place, she wants to do what’s right. She’s loyal and a kind of strength none of the main characters had, one that allowed compassion and kindness to bloom despite the darkness and the difficulties of a life under her father.
Why Someone Might Hate Them: For all intents and purposes, Eira appears as her Lord Father’s puppet, a girl without will of her own who just does as she’s told. It’s become second nature, to slip into the spoiled, it’s all about me noblewoman, who cares very little for anything besides her own amusement. People hate her for it, but Eirwen had no other choice if she wanted to stay alive.
How They Change: She breaks out of her shell, learning that fear and insecurity can’t be her rulers, that to actually change things she needs to find the courage to stand up against her father. Eira also loses some of her idealism—one seldom goes through a war without it falling apart—and old prejudices, becoming a much more accepting and better person as result.
Why You Love Them: She’s sweet, kind and loyal, but also a flawed character who grows a lot over the course of the story while never changing this goodness and belief that things can be better that sets her apart from Rosalyn, Letho and Ragnar.
