yeah idk what my beef with this episode was when i was 7, this is stupid as hell and i kinda love it. the premise is literally just dedede going “me when i lie”
#i remember it being another preachy kind of episode and like. it kinda is?#i think the way they portray fumu here is kinda obnoxious but its fine. gotta remember this is a baby show#buuuuut like. idk the episode itself seems to acknowledge that while she has a point that condemning all tv is silly#i mean she literally says ‘’cartoons are just senseless violence’’ whilst being in a cartoon#that has an emphasis on action#and there’s more of an emphasis on not believing propaganda and everything you see#plus channel ddd sticks around for the rest of the show so its not like fumu defeated the evil manmade technology#i also love the censorship gag when hes been plastering his face on everything the whole episode#also wow cappy town learned a lesson about not believing everything the known villain says about the character who wants to protect them#i sure do hope they internalize that and this doesnt become a running theme…… woah thatd be really annoying#yeah while i like the episode. it definitely still has the same issues that plague the whole show tbh#echoed voice#hnk liveblog
