Aoi is a Capricorn

I've seen some sites refer to Aoi as Aquarius or Aquarius/Capricorn cusp, and I would like to clarify. There is no such thing as a cusp, it can only be the last (29th) degree of Capricorn or the 1st degree of Aquarius.

Here is his chart:

We know his birthday but not his birth time so the 1st chart is my best guess of his birth time and the 2nd is 23:59, literally the latest possible time and as you can see in both charts his Sun and Mars are still firmly in that last degree of Cap. He, in fact, has nothing in Aquarius. (you can see the degrees both on the wheel and written out in the bottom left corner)

The reason why some websites say Cap is December 22 – January 19 is because that is correct for the Americas. A person with a Jan 20th birthday born in the US would indeed have Sun in the 1st degree of Aquarius. But since he was born in Japan it is different.
