i am writing people from yakuza exchanging stories. i pause for a moment as i realise kiryu has been tortured for three days in a row at least twice. i continue writing
#if anyone has any other 'he was tortured for x amount of time' moments please share#like everyone fuckin knows majima was in the hole but i feel like people forget kiryu was tortured by the snake flower triad#for an unspecified amount of time which i am making three days#[or maybe it IS specified and im dumb]#and then he also gets tortured for three days in gaiden#like. everyone remembers the hole but nobody remembers those. even in like hanakiri fics i see people alluding to The Situation#but never the torture. and like. hanawa was also kind of tortured in that moment but this ain't about him#maybe bc it was for a shorter amnt of time nobody like. cares. but torture is torture my friends#or maybe i'm on the wrong side of the fandom and everyone is talking about it just out of view
