One of the saddest (and funniest) crimes of gender norms is (purported) cis dudes who fascinatedly ask about a girl's makeup, or talk about how skirts seem cool, or comment excitedly on videos about typically "feminine" topics with the preface of "I'm a guy, but..."
And sure, yeah, maybe they're trans women. Who knows! But womanhood isn't a prerequisite for clothing or hobbies.
You shouldn't have to be a woman to feel pretty. Plus makeup and dresses can affirm your masculinity, too. Gender euphoria doesn't only exist for trans people, and what causes it isn't static.
This is also true of cis women liking masc things obvi, but there's so much baggage around men having "feminine" interests
