if kh4 is supposed to be like a soft reboot for the series I hope this means that they replace Yen Sid with a different guy. #kingdom hearts #yen sid #like i know he fills a very specific niche that in that he's a keyblade master #but he's also occupying the exposition dump niche and THAT role needs to go to someone else #the ideal scenario is that they let the fairy godmother and/or merlin deliver knowledge with their magical whimsy #in a world that caters directly to me it's ienzo the infodump king himself #in an evil world they start letting ansem the wise give more exposition even though people need to stop listening to him too #and in a mid world that we probably live in they'll just keep yen sid doing this thing #me post #kh4
