notes for reference:

-for the traveller, i am using the theory that their true powers have been sealed away and therefore would have difficulty defeating suni (although there's a decent possibility), whom is at a similar / higher power level to la signora

-each oc could defeat the characters below their tier.

-zhenya is not on this list because she is non-combat personnel for the fatui.

-eustorgios and kaedrik are at the same power level, so they are on the same tier. then again, eustorgios is a puppet and kaedrik is made of pure hydro, so....

-redux is stronger than kaedrik and eustorgios due to dottore's tampering with his body and the addition of a delusion. while not the strongest harbinger, he's incredibly persistent.

blog canon  i officially reject hot anime boy retconned!dottore who is so hot & smart that he’s drop dead boring. ooohhh, he’s so sophisticated ( that he barely has any personality!! ) at least nothing distinct from every other cookie cutter hot guy evil scientist blaggh.            the clown is mine & he remains a clown. yes he matures slightly across the ages but also absolutely not. he just gets weirder by Seeming calm & reasonable from afar just to jumpscare you the minute you make eye-contact. i refuse to make him genuinely cool in anything but achievements.
