Okay, so we obviously didn’t get to see Cupid-Witch hybrids’ powers since they only existed in the flashforward, but consider: molecular immobilization combined with temporal stasis. One is technically molecular while the other is temporal, but: a Cupid-Witch being able to actually freeze time with Piper’s hand gestures, including being able to freeze witches and other good beings. Alternatively, being able to manipulate time like speeding it up (molecular combustion) or slowing it down (molecular deceleration) around objects.
