Rules: in a new post w/ rules attached, post up to five (5) filenames of your WIP’s; not titles, file names.

Post a snippet from one of them. Snippet must be words you wrote in the last 7 days. We’re posting progress here. If you haven’t made any, go make some and come back to post!

After you’ve posted, people can send you an ask with one of your file names. You must then write three sentences in that file. If the file name is one you can’t share (for example, an event fic), write three sentences on it anyway, and then write three more on another to share.

That’s it! You can invite others to join, or just post.

So I often combine several wips in the same document. and. also my file names are. hmm. a little interesting! a little vague! but I think that adds to the fun of this so no context for you! (no context for me either. I can't remember what any of these are about without opening the doc. pls send help)

I picked this journal because of the bluebird on the front cover. His name is Ernie.

There were other, cheaper ones in the bookstore, and a whole selection of fancier journals too. Some with gold plated-edges. Some even had locks, and a miniature key to open them. But this one was at the back of the shelf, and he seemed lonely, so I scooped him up and brought him to the register.

Is that ridiculous? Can journals feel lonely?

But I feel less alone, now that Ernie is coming with me.
