Hey, check out this sweet upgrade for your Can-Am Maverick X3 72″ model – it’s the HCR Suspension’s Elite OEM Replacement Front A-arm Kit.
Basically a heavy-duty, lightweight version of the front A-arms that come stock with your X3. But get this: it adds an extra 1.5 inches of ground clearance thanks to the design of the lower A-arms. Pretty slick, right?
Plus, it’s all about that stealthy look with these arms. They’ve got these awesome stealth approach angles that not only give your ride a clean aesthetic but also add some serious versatility to your setup.
And don’t worry about adding extra weight to your rig – these arms are comparable in weight to the stock ones. So, you’re not sacrificing performance for durability.
Oh, and let’s talk strength. These babies are made from HCR Alloy construction, which is like, way tougher than your standard 4130 chromoly. So, you can bet they’ll hold up to whatever you throw at them.
In the kit, you’ll get 4 front A-arms and 16 HCR Custom Delrin Bushings, along with all the brake line mounting hardware you need.
All in all, if you’re looking to beef up your Maverick X3 and take your off-road adventures to the next level, this front A-arm kit is definitely worth checking out. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed!

Understanding Keg Collars and Caps: What You Need to Know
If you are in the beverage industry, you may have heard of keg collars and caps. These small but important components play a crucial role in keeping your products fresh and safe. In this article, we will explore what keg collars and caps are, their benefits, and how to choose the right ones for your business.
What are Keg Collars?
Keg collars are circular tags that are placed on the neck of kegs. They contain important information about the contents of the kegs, such as the type of beverage, date of brewing, alcohol percentage, and any other relevant details. Keg collars are essential for breweries, bars, and distributors as they help to identify the contents of each keg and keep track of inventory.
In addition to serving as a labeling tool, keg collars also provide valuable safety information. They can indicate whether a keg contains hazardous materials, such as chemicals or cleaning agents, and warn against improper handling or disposal. Keg collars are an effective way to prevent accidents and ensure that your products are handled with care.
What are Keg Caps?
Keg caps, also known as bungs, are small plugs that are inserted into the opening of kegs. They are made of food-grade materials such as rubber or plastic and are designed to create an airtight seal that keeps the contents of the keg fresh and carbonated. Keg caps are essential for maintaining the quality of beer, soda, and other carbonated beverages.
Keg caps come in different sizes and shapes to fit various types of kegs. Some keg caps come with built-in pressure relief valves that prevent over-pressurization and ensure that the keg does not explode. Others have integrated airlocks that allow for the release of excess gas while preventing air from entering the keg.
Benefits of Keg Collars and Caps
Keg collars and caps offer several benefits to businesses in the beverage industry. Here are some of the key benefits:
Improved Inventory Management: Keg collars help breweries, bars, and distributors keep track of their inventory by providing accurate information about the contents of each keg. This helps to prevent over-ordering or under-ordering of supplies, which can lead to wastage or stockouts.
Enhanced Safety: Keg collars and caps provide important safety information that helps prevent accidents and injuries. They also protect the quality of the products by preventing contamination or mishandling.
Freshness and Quality: Keg caps create an airtight seal that keeps the contents of the keg fresh and carbonated. This ensures that the beer, soda, or other beverages served to customers are of high quality and taste.
Choosing the Right Keg Collars and Caps
When choosing keg collars and caps, it is important to consider several factors, including the type of beverage, keg size, and the desired level of carbonation. Here are some tips to help you choose the right keg collars and caps:
Material: Keg collars and caps should be made of food-grade materials that are safe for use with beverages. Rubber and plastic are the most common materials used for keg caps, while keg collars can be made of paper or plastic.
Size: Keg collars and caps come in different sizes to fit various types of kegs. It is important to choose the right size to ensure a proper fit and an airtight seal.
Pressure Relief: If you are using kegs that are pressurized, it is important to choose keg caps with built-in pressure relief valves. This will prevent over-pressurization and ensure that the keg does not explode.
Keg collars and caps are small but essential components of the beverage industry. They help breweries, bars, and distributors keep track of their inventory, enhance safety, and maintain the quality of their products. When choosing keg collars and caps, it is important to consider factors such as material, size, and pressure relief. By selecting the right keg collars and caps, you can ensure that your products are fresh, safe, and of high quality.

Some things Valve could do in response to recent events:
Alter Sniper’s voiceline “God save the queen” to something relating to her death (God really bunged that one up, God save the new guy, etc.)
Replace Sniper’s voiceline to relate to the Prime Minister, as New Zealand no longer has the British crown as its sovereign ruler
Remove the Sniper’s voiceline entirely
Remove the Sniper himself entirely for two weeks so he can mourn
Remove the Sniper himself entirely for two weeks so he can celebrate
#tf2#I wonder how many other games this affects#she’s been kickin for 96 years and now every British character in video games is outdated

Accident
Matty, usually, loves her job, but there are some days where she can't help but feel she just isn't being paid enough for it.
Part eleven of the July of Whump 2021 prompt challenge.
Also on AO3.
..
For all its covert operations, thanks to the think tank cover, The Phoenix was still technically classified as a regular place of business. That meant a lot of things, like paying property taxes and having to report earnings to the state, but by far one of the most mundane outcomes was the need for an Accident Book. In theory, any time someone employed by The Phoenix was injured while at work they had to write a short report detailing the accident for the book, and every year or so, The Phoenix would have to submit their anonymised incident reports to the local council.
Of course, this posed something of a problem for a government agency trying to stay off the radar; even with identifying information taken out, someone was probably going to take note if a seemingly mundane think tank reported 18 gunshot wounds over the course of a single year.
The workaround, therefore, had been that any injuries acquired outside of the building – like, say, when agents were out on missions – didn’t go into the book, and instead it was filled with the much more minor things that occurred in the relative safety of the Phoenix. There were still a couple of things that had to be omitted, like Bozer getting stabbed, but mostly, the plan seemed to work out okay. With a whole block of science labs taking up a considerable chunk of the building, there were more than enough burned fingertips and electric shocks that weren’t suspicious to fill a passably convincing report.
That being said, Matty wasn’t entirely sure how she was supposed to play this one off as a standard workplace mishap.
“Okay, okay, stop. I’m going to need you to run this by me again. Start at the beginning.”
“Well, like I said, we had Sparky up on the table-”
“At the beginning, Bozer,” she cut in, shooting her two agents a firm look. Boze’s natural charisma was, as ever, unhindered by her glare, while Mac did his usual trick of falling back on his army training and acquired a blank expression to let any yelling wash right over him. Jack did the same whenever he was genuinely in trouble and it drove Matty crazy any time it happened.
“We were working on separate projects,” Mac explained in a much more level tone than Boze had managed. To be fair, that might have had something to do with the gauze wrapped tightly around his forehead. “I’m still trying to troubleshoot that luminogen work for the dev team – you know, the glowstick stuff?”
She nodded.
“Right. And Bozer-”
“I was trying to fix a glitch in Sparky’s programming.”
“You were trying to make him call you sir,” Mac put in with a snort. He sobered as soon as he caught Matty’s hard stare. “But, uh, yeah. We were both just in the lab doing our own thing. Then Boze called me over to take a look at something-”
“I needed a spare part of hands to rewire the circuit board while I updated the code, and you know how much Mac hates someone else messing up his wiring.”
“I wasn’t working on anything volatile, so I dropped what I was doing and went to help. All of my stuff should have been completely fine where it was.”
Matty eyed him critically. He didn’t look like he was lying, but then it was a little hard to tell how much of that was down to the concussion and the bruises swelling on the left side of his face. “But it wasn’t,” she concluded.
“One of the other lab techs came through when I was focused on Sparky,” he explained with a wince. “She didn’t know that I still had things running and she noticed that my nitrogen line was still live, so she shut it off.”
“Don’t we have standard practices in place so that doesn’t happen?”
“Yes, but she’s only been with us two weeks. She didn’t know any better.”
“Mhmm.”
“Honestly Matty, it’s not her fault. I shouldn’t have left an active reaction unattended without sticking a red form up. That’s the standard practice that’s supposed to stop this thing from happening.”
“But you didn’t fill in the form.”
“I didn’t think I’d be gone long and I was still in the same room. Besides, the team usually knows not to mess with anything I’m working on, whether I’ve put up a form or not.” He went to rub at his face, then aborted the attempt when his fingers brushed over the gauze, wincing. Bozer and Matty were both watching him carefully, but he didn’t start keeling over so it would have to be good enough.
Matty sighed heavily. Playing the blame game wasn’t going to get them anywhere; she just needed to know what happened. “Okay then. You and Boze were over with Sparky and a lab tech shut off a nitrogen valve. Then what?”
“Well, nothing, for a little while. I was using the nitrogen to keep the reaction system anoxic, so everything was already sealed. Even without the nitrogen feed, it should have been fine to just sit there until I came back to it. Only, it turns out that when you combine the fluorescent polymer our dev team synthesised with NMP – the solvent I was using – it drops a proton and turns acidic.” He rolled his eyes as he said it, as if judging his own mistake like either Matty or Bozer had any concept of how predictable the problem could have been, then regretted it as it sent him dizzy again.
“Let me guess,” Matty said to give him a moment to recover, “The acid burned through a seal?”
“A rubber bung I was using to act as an injection port,” he confirmed grimly. “The seal failed and oxygen got in.”
“And the polymer is pyrophoric,” she finished for him. When he shot her a startled look, she shrugged. “I do read the reports I get sent Blondie. The spontaneous fire problem was one of the things they wanted you to take a look at, right?”
“Yeah. I hadn’t got to that part though.”
“Evidently.”
Boze jumped in to spare Mac the effort of defending himself. Now that the actual chemistry stuff was out the way, he knew the rest of the story. “While all this was happening, we were having a few problems with Sparky. The code was disagreeing with his logic boards, and it was making him fritz out pretty badly. He nearly took Mac’s fingers off when he sat up without warning.”
“And scared the hell out of us both,” Mac agreed.
“Yeah. Thank god Jack wasn’t in the room. We’d still be trying to get him down from the rafters.”
Matty cleared her throat and the pair of them snapped back to attention. Well, as at attention as Mac could reasonably be sitting up on one of the examination tables in the med bay.
With a cowed look, Bozer continued. “We were trying to work out what had happened, so we got Sparky going through a few movements. Because we weren’t finished, we didn’t bother getting him down off the table, so when he stood up completely…”
“He was a nine foot tall, eight hundred pound accident waiting to happen,” Mac finished. He gave a single shoulder shrug when Matty raised an eyebrow at him. “What? Even I’m willing to admit this whole thing was stupid.”
She’d more or less pieced together the rest of the story by now, but she still felt she should hear it for herself. Proper protocol and all that. “Alright. Then what?”
“We were trying to get Sparky back down when the reaction system blew,” Mac said. “We were far enough away that we weren’t at risk of burns, but Boze got a facefull of dye and Sparky got knocked off the table.”
“And onto you.”
He grimaced faintly, casting an offended eye at the sling supporting what had recently been a very dislocated shoulder. The expression did nothing to soften the bruises scattered across his face. “Yeah.”
Beside him, a slightly discoloured Boze swayed to knock their uninjured shoulders together. “Sorry, man,” he said, not for the first time. “Can’t help but think this is my fault.”
“It wasn’t. My reaction, my boom. Besides, you’re the one who’s going to be glowing in the dark for the next two weeks.”
“Yeah, and I’m sure the ladies will love it. You’re the one with the busted up arm.”
“It’s nothing, really. My shoulder pops out all the time.”
“You say that like it’s comforting and I gotta tell you man, it really ain’t.”
Matty’s gaze flicked between them. As much of a mess as Mac was, and despite the fact that Bozer was a lot more green than he had been when he’d arrived at work that morning, they’d both been signed off by medical with minor injuries. In theory, it was exactly the sort of thing that should go in her accident report, and yet she had a sneaking suspicion this particular story was going to raise a lot more questions than she was really willing to answer. It was funny – Mac had a habit of bringing that feeling out in her.
“Okay,” she said. “Okay. I think I’ve got the picture. I’m not even going to pretend I understand how you managed to configure such a comedy of errors, but I trust that you’ve both learned how to avoid this problem in future?”
Like two boys caught doing something they shouldn’t, they both nodded quickly in unison. She couldn’t quite bite back her smile. “Alright then. Bozer, you’re cleared to work for the rest of the day should you wish to. Mac, you’re off rotation entirely until that concussion clears up, then it’s light duty to let your shoulder heal. I’ve called Jack to come pick you up.”
That certainly got his attention. “You called Jack? It’s his day off!”
“I’m well aware. But you can’t drive with that arm and as your nominated next of kin, he’s left standing orders to be informed every time you get injured. He should be here any minute.”
Bozer was snickering to himself, while Mac’s expression had folded into something between desolate and sheepish. Matty had had a hell of time getting Jack to calm down and listen when she’d first called to tell him Mac was in medical and evidently Mac had some idea of the helicopter parenting about to rain down on his head. Maybe that would be the thing to actually make him realise the seriousness of his own actions.
“Great,” he muttered sarcastically, just as Matty heard the door to medical swing open so forcefully it cracked against the wall. With a dry smile, she stood back and waited to see the fireworks.

Family Peepers by David Crane
Chapter 1
Virginia Hightower was giving her teenaged son a good look at her
pussy, and getting really turned on in the process. She had always been
an exhibitionist and had been thinking a great deal about exposing
herself to the youth, but this was the first time she had actually done
it.
Her husband and daughter had both gone out and Virginia was alone in
the house with Jimmy. The handsome boy had been sitting in the living
room, reading a magazine, and Virginia had decided that this was the
time to make her fantasies reality. She knew that Jimmy was a horny
young man, because she had found sticky evidence of hand-jobs on his
bed sheets and in the bathroom. She knew it would excite him
tremendously to sneak a look at her cunt and that, in turn, excited
Virginia.
She had undressed upstairs, first, removing the slacks and sweater that
concealed her voluptuous body. Then she had drawn black silk stockings
up her shapely legs and fastened them to a sexy garter belt. She had
selected a frilly, semi-transparent negligee and drawn that over her
naked form, then stood before the full-length mirror, admiring herself
and imagining just how her son would react to the sight.
Virginia, in her mid-thirties, was still every bit as sexy as she had
been in her promiscuous teenage years. It made her hot just to look at
herself, narcissism combining with her exhibitionist tendencies. Her
green eyes glowed as she gazed at her reflection. The silken negligee
clung to her curves, draped from her big, thrusting tits. Her stiff
nipples stood out in twin peaks on the creamy mounds and she could
faintly see the ovals of her areolas through the material. Her eyes
lowered and she smiled, noticing that the outline of her bushy cunt
mound could also be glimpsed through the semi-transparent and
provocative garment.
She turned and looked back over her shoulder, pleased by the way the
negligee clung to her heart-shaped ass. Turning to face the mirror
again, she slowly drew the hem of her nightie up her flat belly,
exposing her golden pussy triangle. Her crotch was a jungle of curly
blonde hair, spreading out widely across her loins.
She dipped at the knees and parted her thighs, staring at her pussy.
Her cunt lips were unfurled like the petals of a moist, fleshy flower.
Her open slot was creamy and her stiff clit stood out like a stump in a
swamp.
Virginia slid a hand up the sleek flesh of her inner thigh, then
brushed her fingertips across her pussy. She shuddered at the
sensation. Her lush hips jerked and she pumped her belly in and out in
a fucking motion as she lovingly fingered her tingling clit.
"Ummmm" she purred as that stiff nugget swelled and rippled against her
caressing fingers.
Although she had a handsome husband with a huge prick and plenty of
sexual stamina, Virginia still finger-fucked herself a lot. She enjoyed
her own body, her own private caresses. But then, Virginia was a woman
who enjoyed anything and everything that had to do with sex.
Her heavy mane of blonde hair cascaded over her high cheekbones as she
tossed her head, her face contorted into a mask of desire. Her green
eyes were narrowed to slits, the long lashes fluttering, and her
sensual lips were slack. She started to pant and her big tits thrust
out, as if they were being inflated by the fat valves of her nipples.
Tilting her wrist, she slowly inched her middle finger up into her
fuck-hole. Her pussy muscles pulled and sucked. She pushed her finger
in to the knuckle and wriggled it around inside her steaming cunt.
She pushed her belly out towards the mirror and tilted her groin up, so
that she could see her finger as it fucked in and out of her gash. She
began to shove all four fingers up her pussy, brushing the edge of her
thumb back and forth across her clit at the same time.
Waves of pleasure shot across her slender belly and ran like electric
currents up her thighs. She bunched her fingers together in a phallic
shape and fucked them all the way up her cunt hole, grinding against
them. Her cunt lips spread wider and a wash of pearly pussy nectar
gushed out, soaking her hand and wrist.
When she pulled her fingers out of her cunt. That hairy bowl remained
spread in a wide oval and she could look right up her fuck-tunnel. The
darker inner folds were all lathered with cunt juices. A slimy trickle
of the creamy stuff ran down her crotch and seeped into the crack of
her ass. Shimmering ribbons unwound down her thighs.
Virginia brought her creamy fingers up to her lips and licked at them.
The taste of her own pussy juice tingled on her tongue, thrilling her.
She dipped her hand back into her cunt, then brought it up to her mouth
again. Her fingers slid up her fuck-hole all wet with her saliva and
pushed into her mouth, drenched with cunt cream.
Caressing her pussy made her feel so good that Virginia was sorely
tempted to frig herself off.
But then she remembered that Jimmy was downstairs and that she had
decided it was time to give the boy a good flash. How wonderful it
would be to feel the teenaged boy's hot eyes on her body! How excited
her display would make him, and her.
She wondered if Jimmy ever thought about her when he was beating his
meat. She hoped so. And if he hadn't before, she was damned sure that
he would after he'd had a long look at her pussy.
Virginia, radiant and glowing with anticipation, gave her cunt a last
stroke, squirming against her hand. And then she went downstairs to
fulfill her fantasies.
Jimmy was slouched in an armchair, idly flipping through the pages of a
sports magazine and feeling rather bored. He wished that he had a
girlfriend, in particular, a girlfriend who would fuck. Jimmy was still
a virgin, and quite inexperienced. He had dated a few naughty girls who
had let him feel their tits and one very naughty girl who even let him
have a feel of her pussy, but that was the extent of the horny lad's
sex life. Frantic with puberty, he jerked off frequently and with
regularity. He usually beat his meat first thing in the morning, still
groggy with sleep so that the hand-job had a dreamlike quality. And he
almost always jerked off as soon as he got into bed at night. And quite
often he enjoyed a hand-job during the course of the day. Jerking off
was a lonely occupation, but it served to take the pressure off his
cock and balls. It was better than nothing.
He heard his mother come into the room but didn't look up from the
magazine. Virginia came over and stood behind his chair. Jimmy was glad
that he was reading a wholesome sports magazine instead of a girly
magazine as the woman leaned over his shoulder.
Her fat tits brushed against his neck.
Jimmy tensed. He could feel the stiff tips of his mom's tits brush
against him. He blushed, embarrassed by his own reactions. Obviously
his mother didn't realize what she was doing to him. She probably still
thought that he was an innocent child, he guessed. Wild images flashed
through his fevered brain. As an infant, he had nursed on those big
nipples--and how he would love to nurse on them again!
Virginia rubbed her tits against him for a moment, pretending to be
taking an interest in his reading matter. Then she moved away. As she
crossed the room, Jimmy stared at her swinging ass. He could see the
indentation of the crack between her ass cheeks quite clearly through
her nightie and he gulped. His big prick, a blessing that he had
inherited from his robust daddy, gave a lurch.
Jimmy blushed again, ashamed and embarrassed at getting a hard-on over
his mother. That was real naughty, he knew, but all the more thrilling
because of it.
His cock hardened and rose up inside his jeans like a fleshy lever and
his balls ballooned between his legs. He glanced down and saw that the
outline of his hard-on was very obvious. He hoped his mom didn't
notice! But how could he hide a huge cock-bulge like that in his skin-
tight jeans? The boy felt trapped and panicky. If his mother stayed in
the room, he just couldn't get up from the chair without revealing his
booming hard-on. He lowered the magazine into his lap, shielding his
disgrace.
Virginia curled gracefully onto the couch. Pretending to be looking at
the television, she drew one leg up, her knee bent. She squirmed
around, as if getting comfortable, and managed to slide the hem of her
negligee higher over her lush hips, as if by accident.
Jimmy gaped at her, unable to conceal his fascination. His eyes bunged,
his jaw dropped open wide and beads of sweat dotted his brow.
The way she was sitting, with one knee raised, Jimmy could look right
up her nightie! He could see her bushy cunt mound and, in the shadows,
glimpse a flash of pink pussy lips. The boy's head spun. So much blood
had rushed into the building of his enormous hard-on that his brain was
starved for oxygen.
Virginia sneaked a sideways glance at her son and smiled as she noted
his reaction to her display. Still feigning an interest in the
television, she wriggled around a bit. She arched her back, thrusting
her stiff-tipped tits out. Jimmy's eyes shifted to her tits for a
moment, then dropped back onto her creamy crotch.
Why was his mom's cunt all wet?
His prick was pounding and pumping wildly. The magazine vibrated in his
lap. He placed his hand on it to stop the motion and felt his prick
jump vigorously. He was afraid he was going to cream his jeans. How
embarrassing that would be, with his mom in the room!
Virginia scratched lightly at the sleek flesh of her inner thigh,
raising the hem of her negligee a bit higher in the process. She was
really enjoying this situation, thrilled at how much she was turning
Jimmy on. Her pussy rippled, as if the boy were caressing her with his
gaze. More pearly cunt juice oozed from her fuck-slot.
Now Virginia was as desperate to get her rocks off as her son was!
Jimmy was trapped in his chair by the prominence of his hard-on, and
Virginia felt as if her body were glued to the couch by her soaking
cunt. She watched his prick pound under the magazine and her pussy
rippled as spasms of pure lust rushed through her loins.
She had known that it would be exciting to flash her pussy to her son,
but she hadn't expected it to make her this fucking horny! If she sat
there much longer, she knew that she was going to cream, that her
steaming cunt was going to just melt all by itself.
Virginia figured that it had gone on long enough. She simply had to
leave the room now, both to relieve herself and to give the horny
teenager a chance to jerk off. She got up slowly. She could hear her
cunt squash between her thighs and wondered if Jimmy, too, had heard
that moist sound. Her legs felt limp as she moved towards the doorway,
and her cunt was like a smoldering ember in her crotch. She wouldn't
have been surprised if her pussy had suddenly ignited, bursting into
flames, except, of course, that her creamy pussy was much too wet to
burn!
With her lovely ass swinging sensually, Virginia left the room with her
son staring after her, looking stunned. She paused in the hallway,
breathing heavily. Her face was radiant with arousal, her body glowing
in the dim light. She was amazed by her own fiery passion. She didn't
think that she had ever been so hot before, not even on that memorable
evening when, as a teenager, she had sucked off the whole basketball
team, one right after the other.
She started towards the stairs, then paused again.
It dawned on her that maybe Jimmy was going to pump his prick right
there in the living room.
She smiled with trembling lips.
She had given the boy a stimulating sight, now it was her turn to enjoy
a performance!

Who doesn’t enjoy lifting weights? It’s a ripping good time—whether you be training to make yourself stronger and fulfill your potential as a man, or purely to pack on aesthetic muscle and impress the women in your life. Weight training is something we should all partake in.
And not only should you use regular old weights—if you truly want to maximize your strength and ability, you should look into odd object training!
What?
It’s exactly what it sounds like: training with oddly shaped weighted objects rather than traditional weights. While these are less regulated and quantifiable than traditional weights, their advantages lay in their irregular and odd shapes, forcing the trainee to utilize stabilizing muscles that the traditional lifts would never even touch.
They more accurately mimic the stresses of actual labor, making you stronger should you have to engage in that. And much like regular weights, the best odd objects can be lifted and manipulated in a variety of different ways and different exercises.
The Keg
There are a variety of odd objects you can use in your training, but the one I would recommend to start off with, and the one that is most likely the easiest to obtain is the humble 50 liter/15.5 gallon keg. Empty, it weighs somewhere in the ballpark of 30 pounds, and difficulty can be increased by adding water—or if you’re a glutton for punishment, sand, BBs, or even molten lead or some other soft metal (for the truly insane).
No matter what you fill it with, the substance sloshing around will force your stabilizer muscles to compensate for the extra movement, making the exercise more difficult.
Seeing as a fresh keg from the liquor store will probably run you more than a 100 dollars, I would not recommend buying a new one. Instead, you can do something akin to what I did to get my keg:
Go to your nearest college campus early on a Sunday morning, and poke around the fraternity houses for an empty keg from last night’s party. Yes, technically they’re supposed to bring it back to the liquor store, but to hell with them, you have more important things to be doing with it then drinking Natural Ice or some other cheap pisswater while chasing after pudgy sluts.
Alternatively, go to a bar or liquor store and dig around the dumpster to see if there is an empty keg—or hell, you could probably ask if they have any old kegs laying around and get it cheap.
Then bring your keg home—you are going to have to modify it to make it “workout capable”. And that modification mainly involves taking out the spear, depressurizing the keg, and emptying it if need be.
Removing The Spear
If you’re lucky, your keg will be empty and weigh only 30 pounds, making transport a breeze. If you’re unlucky—and I *was*—then the keg will be full or nearly so.
A fully loaded keg weighs 160 pounds, and if you must know, the keg that I currently use to work out with weighed 102 pounds when I first brought it home—and carrying that thing home (I live very close to a college campus, and found the keg while out for a walk) was a workout in and of itself!
To open up the keg safely, you will need needle nose pliers, a flathead screwdriver, and an adjustable wrench or vice grip.
Bring the keg outside—unless you enjoy the smell of crappy domestic beer permeating your home—and rest it on its side with the top pointing away from you.
Now you need to release the air pressure. Take your screwdriver, and push it into the release valve in the center of the center column (that column is the spear). Jam it in real hard. You will most likely get an explosive reaction. Aim away from your face and when the spraying stops, you can move on.
Once the keg’s depressurized, you need to remove the retaining ring from the top of the spear. Find one of the two notches from the top of the spear, pry the ring up with a screwdriver and remove it with your pliers.
And finally, use your wrench to rotate the spear clockwise, after which it’ll come out when you pull up.
Then, do what you will with the beer inside. Once it’s empty, you can leave it as is or fill it up with whatever you want. Make sure you get a sizable bung to plug up the hole. Remember that a keg is 50 liters, and 1 liter is equivalent to 1 kilogram is equivalent to 2.2 pounds. You can adjust the weight easily once you remember that formula.
Three Keg Exercises
Because I like you a lot, here are three exercises to do with a keg.
1. KEG STAND PUSHUP
The old reliable from your college days, use the keg as a defacto set of parallel bars and do handstand pushups with it, making sure to go into a deeper range of motion than floor handstand pushups. You can use the wall to balance yourself if need be.
2. KEG CLEAN AND JERK
A little bit different than the Olympic style clean and jerk—put the keg on its side and lift it up to your hips. Due to the shape of the keg, you should be able to keep your back even straighter than you would doing a proper form deadlift, so throwing out your back is not likely as long as you do it with proper form.
Once it is off the ground, keep your back straight and roll it up to your chest and shoulders. Then lift it up and over your head.
3. KEG TOSS
Simple—just put your hands under it and toss it backwards and over your head. MUCH easier said than done.
And with that, you can get a great, total body workout with a keg. Get to it!

How To Properly Check The Electric Fuel Pump
So, you think you may have a faulty fuel pump? Troubleshooting the problem is usually pretty straightforward. But occasionally, a tricky diagnosis will have you pulling out your hair and throwing wrenches. That’s why it’s helpful to have a few extra diagnostic tricks up your sleeve. Also, keep in mind, other issues can mimic a faulty fuel pump. You’ll want to perform a thorough diagnosis to ensure the pump is the problem before replacing it. Read the following sentences below so you can have an idea on how you can check your Electric Fuel Pump:
Check the fuel pump fuse
Frequently, it's not simply the pump that fails to work but rather the power that supplies it. Read your owner's manual for the area of the circuit box, then you may find the wire that corresponds to the fuel pump. Pull it out and inspect it for signs of failure. If the fuse is blown, it will be broken or burned. If it looks good, check the rest of the fuses related to the fuel system for signs of being blown and replace them, if necessary. If no fuses are blown, have a helper turn the key while you listen for fuel pump relay clicking on.
Check the voltage at the pump itself
Because you're getting power from the circuit doesn't imply that it's getting to the pump itself, which makes it critical to check the voltage there too. Check out your vehicle's service manual to find out where to check and the proper procedure for checking it.
Test for source voltage, to determine whether or not the good charge that's leaving the fuse is getting to the pump. If no power is making it to the fuel pump, then check the fuel pump relay circuit. You could have a bad relay.
How To Diagnose A Faulty Electric Fuel Pump
Connectors
As current flows through a circuit, the most common place for resistance to occur (other than the load) is in a connector. On the off chance that the connection is tight and stays clean, the resistance is basically nothing. However, if the contacts are loose, corroded, contaminated or simply not big enough to handle the current flow, resistance increases. This reduces or “drops” the voltage downstream of the connector, and heat concentrates at the point where the voltages are different; across the point of highest resistance.
When a connector overheats, the plastic housing starts to warp and the problem tends to snowball; the contacts loosen or become corroded or contaminated, increasing resistance that generates even more heat and promotes corrosion that increases resistance even more. Voltage in the circuit is reduced “downstream” of the high resistance, so this reduces the voltage that reaches the pump motor. That’s why heavy-duty connectors are used in an Electric Fuel Pump.
Check valve
There are two fuel pressure specifications for every vehicle: system pressure and hold pressure. Hold pressure is maintained by the fuel pump’s check valve when the engine is turned off. This makes it easier to start the engine.
If the check valve fails or is jammed open by fuel contamination, the hold pressure will leak down. If that happens while the engine is cold, the starter will crank a bit longer while the fuel pump builds enough pressure to start the engine. If the engine is warm, the liquid fuel in the warm injector rail can evaporate, creating a “vapour lock” that prevents liquid fuel from reaching the injectors. Extended cranking might get the engine started, but not all fuel pumps are able to compress the fuel vapour to a liquid again. In this case, the engine won’t start until the vapour cools and condenses on its own.
Tips on Cleaning
Locate fuel pump in the fuel tank
First, you need to figure out where exactly is the fuel pump filter is located in your vehicle. Generally, electric filters are either situated inside or near the tank or at the rear of the vehicle - it relies upon the maker and model of the vehicle.
Disconnect battery first
This is very important, first you need to disconnect the battery before you start the cleaning procedure because as it is an electric pump, any small spark can ignite the fuel.
Block the fuel pipes to avoid fuel gushing
As you have disconnected the battery, you need to stop fuel from gushing out of the disconnected fuel pipes. For blocking the fuel pipes you can either insert an old pencil, thin cocks or elastic bungs or something that is helpful and can fit your fuel pipes.
Remove and clean all filters with petrol
Make sure all filters are cleaned by washing them with fresh petrol. Always use fresh petrol when cleaning the filters. Properly clean the filters; make sure there is no dirt or other contaminants.
Clean inside of the filter with clean rag
Now that you have washed the filters with petrol, don't leave the filters drenched in petrol. Get a clean lint-free rag and wipe off the inside of the pump.
Check sealing gaskets
When cleaning the filters, inspect for the sealing gaskets and be certain that sthey are in a good condition. If they are not in a good condition, replace them. Damaged gaskets would result in fuel leakage during its functioning.
Fix it back
Once you are done with the cleaning of filters, fix them back to their original position with the screws provided. Make sure you don't over tighten the screws of the cover.
Make sure to wear safety glasses while attempting any procedure described in this guide. Use proper safety equipment and have a fire extinguisher on hand. If you decide to attempt the test, try to start the vehicle by removing the air intake and spraying starter fluid into the throttle body. Have an assistant crank the engine while you spray – if it starts and runs momentarily, the problem is fuel-related and may indicate a bad pump. You’ll want to check fuel pressure as your next step. Be sure to thoroughly follow the steps indicated above so that you can accurately check your Electric Fuel Pump.

Known as the 'Righteous Fueller' (Fuller + Buell = Fueller) Built by Bryan Fuller of Fuller Motto in Atlanta, Georgia More than 2 years to complete the build Buell 1203cc V-Twin Thunderstorm engine Rare CNC machined wheels (1 of 5 sets of this design ever produced) Numerous custom parts Black powder coated chromoly frame Hand formed split fuel tanks Air cleaner support and cover CNC machined triple trees Leather seat and battery covers Die cast valve covers Stainless steel exhaust Appearances at SEMA, Black Hills of South Dakota and Caffeine and Octane in Jekyll Island, Georgia This fantastic custom from the legendary Bryan Fuller is indeed one righteous machine. It’s definitely not your ordinary custom, as Fuller, of Fuller Moto in Atlanta, Georgia, isn’t typically known for making V-twin customs. His work was initially only on top-tier Hot Rod cars, but he’s moved into the motorcycle scene as a famous alternative custom builder since the late 2000s. He’s also known as the owner of Full-Bore Publishing and host of the TV show “Caffeine and Octane,” as well as the car and motorcycle show of the same name at Jekyll Island, Georgia. The Righteous Fueller was originally built for the “Biker Build-Off” TV series in a limited edition of five machines. The basis was the Buell XB-12, and the “Fueller” name of each of these bikes is a concatenation of Buell and Fuller, which suits their Hot Rod heritage well. The Buell forks were retained, as well as the brake systems, bearings, engine, transmission and wiring harness. The sport bike configuration of Erik Buell’s original design was changed to an ultra-low Cruiser style with Fuller-built frames of his own design constructed of 4130 chromoly tubing. The frame brackets were cut on a MultiCam water-jet cutter, and the bungs were built on a CNC milling machine. The Fuller Moto team built its own special wheels and hubs, which accept the stock Buell brake-disc rotors and calipers, wheel bearings and forks of the stock Buell. The front wheel has been enlarged to 21 inches to suit the cruiser vibe, while the handlebars have been changed from café racer clip-ons to moderate-height Z-bars. The Righteous Fueller was built to ride. The completed Fueller is significantly lighter than the original Buell—it must be the ultimate burnout machine with its 1203cc Thunderstorm engine. This outstanding 2009 Buell Righteous Fueller was built by a master customizer, whose work rarely comes up for sale. Bryan Fuller’s machines have been featured in countless magazines and TV shows, from “Cycle World” to “Chopper TV,” and this bike took two years to build with significant hand-building involved from the frame to the hand-hammered split fuel tanks. It’s a masterpiece from a master builder

The New Kevin Dunworth Harley-Davidson Sportster Street Tracker
This is probably the most interesting street tracker we’ve ever featured. If you’re skeptical take a closer look at that front and rear suspension. The bike started out humbly with a 1200cc V-twin literally stolen from his wife’s Sportster and am old frame gifted to Kevin from a close friend.
Thankfully his wife now has a new engine, and she’s talking to Kevin again after some much deserved silent treatment.
The Harley-Davidson Sportster is a motorcycle that was always destined to be turned into a street tracker, the fact that the company haven’t released a half-decent factory street tracker of their own is a bewildering oversight that’s doubtless cost them significant potential sales.
After saying that I’m guaranteed to get angry emails from XR1200 owners, but in my opinion after riding a couple of them – they’re good bikes in their own way but they’re not really street trackers. I’ve always felt that street trackers should be lightweight, raucous, chuckable, and borderline illegal. Kind of like a road-registered XR750 with blinkers.
Kevin Dunworth
Kevin has become a significant figure in both the American and global custom motorcycle scenes. From an engineering perspective he’s created some of the most fascinating builds in recent memory, including an aerospace alloy plate-framed custom Triumph.
Kevin’s builds have appeared in many of the world’s foremost motorcycle magazines and websites – including Silodrome. He’s made multiple appearances on television with Esquire Network’s “Wrench Against the Machine” and Discovery Channel’s “Naked Speed”.
Kevin was formerly the founder of Loaded Gun Customs, but he decided to shutdown LGC and shift his attention to his own new enterprise – Dunworth_
Dunworth Custom Harley-Davidson Sportster Street Tracker
Instead of writing the story of this build out myself I’m now going to turn it over to Kevin to explain it in his own words:
I’m Kevin Dunworth. I live and breathe motorcycles and cars, though I’m mainly known for motorcycles. This was a bike I wanted to build to prove the Sportster platform was just plain fun. I had a rather dramatic injury recently and I’ve been going through some rehab as well as multiple surgeries. I had to close my previous business and was floundering a bit mentally with many things.
I had a candid conversation about going to The Handbuilt Show 2018 yet had not been able to really do anything since the previous November due to my accident. A friend and brother-from-another-mother “Lubo” from the Slovak Republic basically called and said in his uniquely accented english “stop feeling sorry for yourself, I be over in couple weeks we working” I knew he wasn’t kidding. We’d worked together multiple times over the years on contracts together and he was a machine – a few years ago I literally shut the power off to the building pretending it was a power outage, after about 50 hours of non-stop working to get him to sleep.
I was figured it was time to build this bike.
I spoke with a friend a S&S Engines next and mentioned my idea and the goal to debut at the Handbuilt Show 2018. He hooked me up with a guy named Kevin Boarts, Kevin is an engine genius at S&S, we immediately hit it off – he knew what I was looking for in a high revving, high compression, high horsepower, and barely streetable engine.
I then had to break the news to KC, my helper in the shop, that his days of hanging out with his feet up “watching the shop” would be coming to an abrupt end. KC has worked with both Lubo and I on and off for 12 years, and the anxiety of me and Lubo alone with a deadline showed immediately in his eyes. He’s like a surgeon’s assistant and utterly invaluable during crunch times, he literally runs for tools and keeps the tourists that frequently visit the shop from thinking we are unsociable jerks by being kind to them and showing them around.
The goal with this build was to create a Hot Rod motorcycle. Something that could go to a track day, do a back road run, go drag racing for fun, and sit at a bike night and wow people who know what they are looking at (many “biker” types just see a Sportster as a “girls bike”) I love Singer Porche.
I love Richard Pollock from Mule Motorcycles builds. I knew from a late 90’s Cycle World cover of a bike Richard built with a balsa wood tail section that had the profile I wanted. I wanted brakes and wheels to attract a performance guy or racer. Sadly the bike never made the Handbuilt Show – but it went on to be part of the Bell Power Sports Eliminator Helmet campaign with a catalog shoot, and it debuted at The Galveston Bike Week Show with an invite from Cycle Source magazine to compete in the In Motion Show.
The Build Process
I had a Kawasaki ZX7R front end and resprung it using Race Tech parts, I took the stock lower triple and removed the neck tube. Using 1” cro-moly tubing I machined a simple adapter and pressed it back in. I had a top triple clamp that would allow 11/8” Renthal bars to be installed. This allowed me to cut the stem to length and use stock Harley tapered bearings from All Balls. Using the offset of the triple trees and OD of wheels I did the math for proper trail. I came up with compromise of 24.5 degree head tube angle to get me about 102mm of trail. I then basically tilt the frame forward to achieve this.
I then (directly behind engine mounts) cut the back half of the frame off. I removed the tubing at the top tube and painstakingly welded and sanded so that it would look like a perfect single tube. We then took a piece of mild steel tubing and tapped both ends 3/8th-16 at 2” long. Drilling through the top tube a couple inches behind the rear tank mount I inserted and welded this mount for the rear sub frame.
From bar stock I machined some inserts for the lower tubes and welded some pre made tabs I received from TC Brothers. The Saddlemen Fiberglass tail came with a metal seat hoop. I removed their end caps and machined inserts to except heim joints at the front. We reinforced the back and made it straight and welded prefabbed 3/8th tabs to the back. Then using a tube bender we took ¾” tubing and bent slight angle to follow what would have been factory angles to finish struts. These use prefabbed tube ends 5/16” and solid connectors.
To the oil tank mounted in the front which is an idea I first saw done by MobTown Cycles out of Dundalk, MD. Tim Snead taught me a bunch of little tricks and this is one I have used a bunch, my version is to use pre-bent exhaust tubing. A U-bend. I cut the pipe in half laterally and make 2 sheets to fit using the outside of the pipe.
This gives me a rounded 1 ¾” thick tank once welded in. Using weld in -6AN male fittings allows me to use AN fittings for my oil lines. A race car coolant cap weld-in kit is used for the oil filler off to the right side. Using two bungs welded and braced I drill out the stock frame existing tabs and mount it in front of the front down tubes.
It also houses a battery box in the bottom for a lithium-ion battery, this particular version allows for 2.5 quarts of oil in the system, and being steel and mounted to the front I think helps in cooling.
We made a drop pan between the seat frame rails for a motogadget m-unit. I also made a rear tail light set-up using two of the Kim Boyle (from Boyle Custom) moto rear tail lights. With motogadget I run these as run, brake and blinkers. I made a cro-moly rear swing arm using 65 wall square tubing, and ran a tube frame Buell underslung reverse-pull shock absorber.
It was tricky getting shock right and after a lot of math the team at Race Tech re-sprung it, extended the remote reservoir, and re-valved a works shock I had laying around. I used pre-bent header tubes from Cone Engineering. Then I stepped up the diameter at determined length (Rich at Cone is another genius) and used a 2-into-1 collector to 2.5”. We then used a Big Mouth Muffler 2.5” inlet from Cone, all stainless of course.
