Thank you @crossfittraining @crossfit for giving us the tools to create a stronger, healthier community. Without the efforts of CrossFits around the world there would be hundreds of thousands of people less capable of handling the C-V. @zak_kill @seamusmk and I used to say to athletes that we are making them “more formidable and harder to kill”.
