When they arrived at the faculty office, Mr. Park and Ms. Lee, their homeroom teachers, had already seen the video clip and deleted it from the school's online forum. The look on their faces when they saw Jiwoo only gave more reasons that it was her. "Jiwoo… my dear, tell me. Has someone hurt you or bullied you back in middle school?" Ms. Lee asked.

Her thoughts were interrupted by Suyoung's loud gasp when Minseul showed her the video. Almost immediately, Eunseok came running to her room and saw Woojae crying on the bed as he tried to shake his sister awake. "Move!" Eunseok angrily yelled at him. In his eyes, Seunghan saw how scared Eunseok was.

"Seunghan!" Mrs. Shim cried as she clung onto Seunghan's arm. "Please… watch Woojae for me. Your uncle will arrive soon, okay? Please." She said and went to the ambulance and left for the hospital.

Mrs. Shim was in the lobby praying for Jiwoo's condition, and Eunseok was there, calling his parents about what happened. He sat next to her and gave her a comforting hug, "She'll be alright." He assured her.

"Where is she?" Mr. Shim was frantic when he was walking towards them. He arrived coming from the police station to report the incident with Mr. Park. "Where's my daughter?"

"She's with the doctor; I haven't heard from them yet." Mrs. Shim said, pulling her husband down for a seat. Eunseok greeted him quietly and was asked to sit next to him.

"Do you know anyone in school that would do this to my daughter? She hasn't done anything wrong! Why does she have to be treated this way?" Mr. Shim said in pain. Eunseok fell quiet as he couldn't deny the fact that he was one of the reasons why Jiwoo was bullied. Hearing those findings, Eunseok felt guilty as if he was really the one who caused everything. Later on, the doctor came to tell the couple that Jiwoo stabilized and was put into sedation to get some rest. Thinking she was alone, she felt something heavy on her right side. She tried to move her hand, and the person next to her woke up. Review: Sooo… The truth be told I have been avoiding reading BJ Alex for a while. There is a lot of hype around this manwha BL that makes it feel underwhelming when reading it. Unfortunately, I hated Dong-gyan and Jiwon relationship. Jiwon is a toxic asshole and I do not like the character development to “good boyfriend” he is given. On the other hand… I am obsessed with Myung-Dae and Chanwoo who are the two protagonists in the side stories. They are the couple that has the hottest (and I mean steamy scenes full of BDSM and toys including a sounding scene— if you don’t know look it up) sex scenes and best relationship dynamic. I actually believe that Myung-Dae loves Chanwoo. I wish there was more of the two side characters and less of the Dong-gyan and Jiwon. Away, the art took me a second to get behind— don’t ask me why; it good art. The feel of the either plot plus the very comic strip-esque art is on the silly side. Occasionally it gets serious. Overall is was a fine read.

The door to your apartment opens while you’re cleaning up. Chanwoo slips his shoes off and slides across the floor to where you stand in your bedroom.

He hugs you so tightly that you feel like your heart is going to burst. He buries his face in your chest, pressing a soft kiss to your neck.

You ruffle his hair after putting down what you were holding, hugging him tightly.

“[y/n], I have to show you to the hyungs... I’ve spoken so much about you and they don’t believe that I have an s/o,” he says, lifting up his face. “You’ll come with me, right?”

“Anything for you, Chanwoo,” you say, poking his cheeks. He grins before he pulls you out of the room by your hand.

“Let’s go!” he says.

“But wait, I’m still in my pjs,” you laugh, pointing to your clothes.

“You’re so pretty that I didn’t even realize,” he says, kissing the top of your head.

When you’re changed and ready to go, Chanwoo rushes out of the door with your hand in his.

“Chanwoo, slow down!”

The excited boy doesn’t listen as he runs with you all the way to iKON’s practice room. 

By the time you get there, you’re a sweaty mess, gasping for air. Chanwoo bounces up and down, tugging at your sleeve.

“It’s in here, let’s goo!”

He pulls you in before you can even say anything, and suddenly you’re face to face with six other boys, also out of breath from practice.

“Chanwoo!” Hanbin says, walking forward to greet the maknae.

“Wait, who’s this?” he asks, pointing to you.

“That’s [y/n], my [s/o],” Chanwoo shyly says. Your surprised at the way he acts around the other members. Perhaps he’s so quiet because he’s only just joined the group.

Hanbin clearly checks you out right in front of everyone. He steps back, eyes moving up and down with a wild smirk on his face.

“Damn, you didn’t tell me they’re that attractive,” Hanbin says. 

He turns to you properly this time with a toothy grin on his face. “I’m Hanbin,” he says. “Nice to meet you.”

The other boys, who had been sitting down to catch their breath, also stand up.

Suddenly, Yunhyeong blurts out, “Are you a parking ticket? Cause you’ve got ‘fine’ written all over you.”

There’s a moment of silence before many loud sighs and groans echo throughout the room.

“Really, Yunhyeong?” Hanbin says, shaking his head. “That’s Yunhyeong. He’s not funny.”

“I’m Donghyuk! You’re super pretty, I mean, it’s nice to meet you!” Donghyuk says, waving from the back of the room with a big smile on his face.

Junhoe walks forward to shake your hand. He looks at Chanwoo and mumbles something as you also reach for his hand.

“They’re so much prettier than I could have ever imagined!” he gushes. He laughs nervously before moving backwards, walking straight into Bobby, who uses that as a chance to introduce himself.

“Hi, I’m Bobby, nice to meet you,” he says, shaking your hand. He leaps up after you pull away, clearly way too excited.

“Why are you acting like you guys are meeting the President or something?” Chanwoo says, chuckling.

Jinhwan tries to walk up to you, looking cool but he clearly looks like he’s trying too hard.

“I’m Jinhwan,” he says, smiling earnestly.

“Okay, well now that intros are out of the way, can we eat or somethi-” Chanwoo starts.

“So, [y/n], what kind of men do you like?” Junhoe asks, cutting Chanwoo off and guiding you to a bench.

“You idiot. Clearly they’re dating Chanwoo for a reason,” Hanbin says, sighing.

“But I mean if you like muscular guys, I’m way better than Chanwoo. Here, feel my abs,” Junhoe says, reaching for your hand.

Chanwoo slaps Junhoe.

“Okay can you not do that?” he says, glaring at Junhoe while chuckling to hide his anger, only making him look much scarier.

“Wow, Chanwoo, I’m scared!” Junhoe says, sarcastically.

“Hey, [y/n], do you wanna see where we practice our vocals?” Donghyuk asks, getting up to open the door to the other room. You follow behind him, leaving Chanwoo angry and grumpy in the main practice room.

Inside, Donghyuk explains all the equipment to you.

“Try singing something into the mic!” he says, sitting down to control the volume.

So you end up doing that, all while Donghyuk compliments your voice excessively.

“Your voice is seriously so pretty...”

Chanwoo eventually storms in, throwing another glare at Donghyuk.

“[y/n], I think it’s time to go,” he says.

“What? But we just got here-”

“Yeah, you didn’t even let me show them how much I have to scold you during dance practice,” Hanbin says from behind Chanwoo’s shoulder.

Chanwoo closes his eyes and presses his lips together. He’s absolutely fuming.

“Hey, [y/n]!” Yunhyeong chimes in. “Are you a bank loan? Cause you’ve got my interest!”

“SHUT UP, YUNHYEONG!” Chanwoo yells, running back into the practice room to chase after him.

“Quick, while he’s gone, you can feel my abs!”Junhoe says, rushing into the vocal training room and reaching for your hand.

“Can you stop making [y/n] uncomfortable? Hey [y/n], do you have a song that you like? I can sing it for you,” Jinhwan says, also entering the vocal training room.

After Jinhwan practically serenading you for the duration of your entire favourite song, with his eyes trained on your face and him constantly smiling, you enter the main practice room again.

“[y/n], I really like your shoes. They’re super cool; where are they from?” Bobby asks, shyly approaching you.

When you start to explain, Chanwoo runs up from behind you and wraps you in a back hug, pulling you towards the door.

“Okay, everybody. Time to leave, bye!” he says, taking you along with him.

“But I just wanted to know where they got their shoes from!” Bobby complains.

“[y/n], it’s okay, you can feel my abs next time!” Junhoe yells.

“There’s something wrong with my cell phone. It doesn’t have [y/n]’s number in it!” Yunhyeong rambles, to which many more sighs and groans from the iKON boys follow.

Chanwoo sighs after closing the door of the practice room.

“I’m never bringing you back here again.”

The exam season was just around the corner, and that could mean only one thing; spending every waking hour in your university's library or beside your desk at home after the library’s closing hours.

Being a Medicine major came with many benefits that you were grateful for, yet the amount of time you had to spend studying wasn't included on the list of advantages. Even though you had multiple mental breakdowns as your exams were approaching, it wasn't you who complained the most. It was rather your boyfriend, Jung Chanwoo.

"It's like we are having dates in the library instead of going somewhere nice," he nagged one day, his childish pout almost making you feel guilty. Almost.

You two were in the library (nothing new); you were trying to immerse yourself into a giant ass book about brain functions while Chanwoo was trying to distract you with every single thing he could come up with. At first, he showed some new pictures of him with his cousin, then he asked you for advice concerning one of his assignments and now it seemed that he was trying to make you feel guilty for not spending enough time with him.

"Look, Chanwoo," you started as you put down the pen that you had been holding while Chanwoo was whining like a toddler. "We can have as many dates as you want after we are over with exams, but until then, library dates should be more than enough," you tried to talk some sense into him (and secretly tried to motivate him to study harder because you were almost sure he would fail his Microeconomics class if he keeps on delaying revising), yet it wasn’t effective at all. In fact, he managed to misunderstand the whole situation in the end.

"So you want to tell me that you don't even want to see me?" he bellowed, his voice a pitch higher than it was expected of him.

You were about to counter-attack him when the old librarian lady came into view and shot a deadly glare at your boyfriend.

"Silence, young man!" She warned him, putting a finger over her lips.

"I can't just shut up when my girlfriend wants to break up with me!" He yelled frantically, earning a few other disturbed glances apart from the librarian's. The old lady merely rolled her eyes, and mumbled something like "kids these days" before she turned left at the next row of shelves.

Your patience was wearing thin, and the last thing you wanted during an exam season was a break-up because of a stupid misunderstanding.

"I'm not trying to break up with you, you stupid." You shook your head, not believing that you had to explain the situation to him. He was such a smart guy, but when it came to the matters of the heart, he was so blind sometimes. It must have been because you were one of his first girlfriends. "I'm just saying that we should both concentrate on studying right now, and once we feel like we have enough time for a proper date, we can go on one."

Chanwoo was about to say something in return when the words finally settled in, and he realized what you were trying to say all along. He opened his mouth just to close it in the next minute, confusion written all over his childish feature. He was such a big baby who couldn't stay still when he felt like he was being ignored. Despite everything, he had the heart of gold, his sense of humour never failed to lighten up your day, and he was also extremely overprotective, wanting to take care of you as much as possible. Once he almost slapped your cousin because he thought that your cousin was a total stranger who hugged you without permission. Another time, he started arguing with the baker boy at the local supermarket who complimented your new dress, because he himself didn't notice that it was a new one. Apart from that, he couldn't have hurt a single soul on purpose. You two were watching animated movies instead of action ones, went on manga bookshop dates instead of coffee dates, and ate bowls of frozen yoghurt together at a froyo place on the corner of your university. You sometimes went shopping together, him picking out the clothes for you and you picking out the clothes for him, laughing when you got the wrong-sized clothes for each other. You two were the definition of entertainment when you attended karaoke nights, often receiving the highest point without taking anything seriously. You couldn't say that you were bored beside him, not even for a second.

Chanwoo was terrible at masking his own emotions, so you weren't surprised that he couldn't hide his surprise this time either. However, he tried to conceal his amazement by shrugging his shoulders and gesturing wildly.

"Of course I know what you meant. I was just trying to tease you," he chuckled half-heartedly, earning a suspicious glance from you.

There was a moment of silence after his failed attempt to lie, both of you unsure of what to say next. You almost went back to studying when Chanwoo spoke up, his voice quiet and uncharacteristically gentle.

"But you love me anyway," he blurted out as it was a matter of fact. Your lips were immediately raised into a smile, one that you almost forget existed while you were preparing for your exams. Stress always got the worst out of you, but that's exactly why Chanwoo was the perfect boy for you. He brought out the best in you.

"Yes, I love you anyway."

"Oh my heart," he put a hand on his heart dramatically, his features softening. "I love you too," he confessed suddenly seriously without a trace of mockery in his voice. You couldn't wipe the wide grin off your face.

"Okay, let's get back to studying!" You announced hastily before he could notice that you were blushing as hell. He let out a long sigh, yet eventually he also turned back to his own book.

If Chanwoo was by your side, you were okay with any kind of dates, let it be in a bookshop or in the dusty, old library of your university.

Different Kisses with Chanwoo (IKON)

Thank you for your request and patience! Chanwoo is the member of IKON I probably know the least, and since he sits on the cusp of my cut off line for adult content, I’ve been trying to figure which is the best way to write his kisses! I hope you enjoy them and even if they’re not as accurate to his personality throughout, that I capture some of his mannerisms!

Kissing Chanwoo is often affectionate and playful, much like your whole relationship is.

First kiss:

You were really close friends with Chanwoo when you had your first kiss. You often got together to play games together as that’s how you met when younger, and over the years you had become playfully affectionate with each other. You were comfortable with each other, often falling asleep at each others’ from long gaming sessions. It made sense that neither of you had a problem with skinship because there was no real thought put into it when you hugged or leaned on each other as friends. So when Chanwoo had dropped by to play games and gift you with a collectible that you had been searching forever for, you squealed and leaned over to kiss his cheek. Just like in the movies, he turned his head at the “wrong” time and you ended up with your lips on his instead.

When you pulled apart you simply stared at each other for an immeasurable moment before Chanwoo took a deep breath and crashed his lips back on yours, kissing you with a demand that even surprised him. His lips were soft despite the fervent way he was kissing you, and when you pulled apart this time you both grinned at each other, turning back to the game as if nothing happened – only to end up kissing five minutes later. And this started the new game that you loved to play together – the kissing game.

Public kisses:

Being such a homebody, Chanwoo doesn’t often go out places with you. Sure, you have had the odd date out here and there, but overall he doesn’t really have a need to kiss you out in public because he’ll be home with you soon enough and can wait until then. He does hold your hand and give you the sweetest smiles as you both walk to the nearest convenience store to get ice-cream often though.

Private kisses:

Because a lot of your time together is spent privately, you get to see a lot of Chanwoo in a relaxed environment. It’s really like hanging out with your best friend a lot of the time, that comfortable aspect of being playful and at ease as he raids your fridge casually at any given time. Domestically speaking, Chanwoo’s not very good at it, especially when it comes to cooking. But what he lacks in skill he makes up for encouragement, peppering you in kisses as you season the food. Which is all healthy of course, because he’s really eager to make sure you both eat a balanced diet at all times. Your health is as equally important to him as his own is, and making the right food decisions was one of the initial things that made your relationship take off. He’s really observant as well, so if anything is up with you, he’ll be the first to help you rectify it. You’re grateful for his endless care, often pecking his lips in gratitude and following them up with the biggest smiles that literally melt him every time.

He is needy and clings to you often, the happiest when you are both doing a task together. Otherwise, he’s like a lost puppy following you around for attention, whining when he doesn’t get it – we’ll talk more about later under another heading, but you have to admit sometimes you feel like you can’t get any personal space when Chanwoo’s around. He’s affectionate, often touching or cuddling you in some form and his favourite place to kiss you is on the crown of your head because of the height difference. Sure, he plays on this from time to time, like most of the taller idols do, putting things at different heights to get you frustrated but otherwise, he loves being able to smother the shorter you in all of him. It’s a great way to keep you all to himself and fuel his needy desires.

Because he’s a homebody, a lot of your dates are in the comfort of your home. But don’t let this fool you, Chanwoo is still the budding romantic and will make sure you have the best date nights together. Everything is planned out and by the time you’re snuggled up on the sofa watching a movie together, you’re so in love with each other that you might have to pause or re-watch the movie again with how his lips are now softly moving with yours, lots of slow, tender kisses ending the night on a high note.

And finally, like a lot of idols, seeing you in his hoodies and how they’re so long on you literally makes him combust on the inside, rushing over to you and kissing you with demand before telling you how sexy you are to him and making you blush. Ah, sweet love.

Making out:

It’s funny how your make-out sessions always start out with giggles and a playful mood. There has never been a time where either of you has looked at the other and wanted to cross the room and begin a heated session. Normally it happens on the sofa – as per your usual station when together – and you’re joking around with each other, tickling or play-fighting until one of you ends up under the other and you’re grinning at each other, enticing your lips to meet yet giggling with the notion of your previous play. It doesn’t remain giggly though, Chanwoo quickly turning mischievous as he sizes your lips up and nibbles on them to make you whine. He loves deep kisses with his hands on your waist, your own up in his hair. Making out can go on for some time between you both, with a lot of playful kisses being pressed and sucked over your upper bodies and then long and hard open mouth kisses that entangle your tongues as well as your bodies in each other. The great thing about making out is when you need a break you can go back to what you were both doing before sucking the life out of one another, and just return to where you left it off when you get bored of that. Making out sessions are your favourite thing to mix in with your usual pastimes together.

Morning kisses:

You wake up an entangled mess of limbs and blankets every time Chanwoo stays over. Clearly, you don’t need a blanket over you with how half his body is mixed in with yours, and when he stirs, you share a smile before nestling back into each other. Mornings are quiet without a lot of pillow talk, simply wrapped up in each other with endless cuddles and crown kisses from Chanwoo. Eventually, you know the day has to begin but Chanwoo isn’t so keen to do so, holding onto you and throwing a leg over you to keep you there for another five minutes. Thank goodness that you know this behaviour now, and set the alarm for much earlier than needed or you’d be late every time Chanwoo stayed the night.

Making up:

Arguing with Chanwoo is a mixed experience. Sure, you have healthy banter with how savage he can be at times, but overall, fighting is something you both try to avoid because it’s messy. Chanwoo is naturally clingy and needy and if you’re not paying him attention, or further, its bad attention, he’s eager to solve the issue so he can have you back in his arms again. But he isn’t going to back down easily either. He’s a petty fighter, especially if its something he believes he’s right about, he’ll fight to the very end of it. By then, everything is heightened and things that don’t even relate to the initial argument have been tossed in and it’s not looking pretty. It can take some time for both of you to calm down enough to approach the situation but when you do there are a lot of apologies, pouting even being used to express how sorry he is. He’s like a big puppy who wants to make it up to his master, following you around until you cave and hug him, giving him the reassurance he needs to know things will be okay again. He’ll kiss you on the cheek or side of the head often, almost like little thank yous for accepting him into your heart again. As if he even left.

Needy kisses:

Like I’ve mentioned, Chanwoo is clingy. He loves nothing more than to have you wrapped up within his embrace and getting your full attention at all times. He can get a little obsessive, reaching out for you when you’re busy and annoying you to stop what you’re doing and love on him. Whilst you find this behaviour endearing some days, other’s you just want to get the task at hand done. He’s incessant though, bounding up to you for mindless things or telling you something he really could later on, and you’re bothered by the lack of personal space you have. In his eyes, you have all the time when he’s not around to focus on things that aren’t done with him, and even if he knows he’s being bothersome, he can’t stop the thoughts of being with you either. The kissing begins then, coming up and wrapping himself around you gently as you work on your task, kissing the top of your head or burying into your neck and pressing his lips there. But that’s not enough and he’s soon in a chair beside you, draping himself over you and kissing you repeatedly on your arm or neck, making you curse under your breath at how annoyingly good it feels. You might turn to give him a quick peck to satiate him before returning to your work again but he’s not letting up until you stop altogether, turning to him, disgruntled. He smiles at you then before showering you in little kisses, telling you in a whining tone that you made him wait too long and he has to kiss you more now. Sigh, you want to hate him for being so disruptive but you have to admit, you like all the attention you’re now receiving from him too.

Gaming kisses:

Of course, since a lot of your relationship is still based around games, the perks of dating mean you can distract each other in more creative ways. In the beginning, kissing would interrupt your gaming sessions naturally and sometimes end them altogether. But you’re used to each other now, and just smiling at one another encouragingly isn’t going to start any lip-locking. Because Chanwoo is taller than you, he’s good at blocking you from seeing the screen sometimes. When he does this, your reaction is usually to move your mouth immediately to the soft skin behind his ear and kiss him there, making him shudder in delight and whine at your tactic. You remind him he played dirty first, and he’s not one to lose, effectively turning to you and kissing you so passionately you see stars. The thing he doesn’t realise is that he’s just distracted himself from the game too because now he’s too interested in tasting your lips than winning the game. Maybe he’s sly enough and it’s his plan all along, you’re not sure, but either way, he’s definitely only getting a high score in the kiss department today.

Gym kisses:

Because health is very important to Chanwoo, exercising together is something he incorporated into your relationship early on. He loves when you both have time to go to the gym together, walking with you into the complex hand in hand and smiling as if this was the most perfect place for a date. And even though you know each other rather intimately now, he can’t help but check you out often, licking his lips when he sees you from behind on the treadmill or when you use the skip-rope. He’s shameless when it comes to watching you, and although in the beginning, he used to be shy if you caught his gaze, he now welcomes it, smirking at you whenever he catches you checking him out too. Being healthy is a turn on to him, and there’s nothing better than seeing the rewards of your hard work through your body toning up.

If you think kisses are passionate post-workout, you’re wrong. He’s actually very soft when you are showered and ready to head back home or onto your next location, pecking your lips and smiling dazedly at you often. He tells you how good you looked working out often, and encourages you to keep up your great work when he’s not around which makes you feel so giddy, you can’t help but take his lips in a kiss that lasts for some time, both of you gazing at each other lovingly before you finally carry on with your day.

Sulking kisses:

Chanwoo can easily get worked up when things don’t go his way. It’s not always petty behaviour, his work is hard on him at times and being frustrated tends to come out in little sulking sessions where he just sits and broods over whatever is troubling him. If you find him in one of these moments, he loves being nurtured by you. There’s nothing better than your comfort and he’ll pout often as he explains how he’s feeling, making your heart swell with how adorable he’s being. Of course, he’ll get whiny if he realises you’re too busy focusing on how cute he is and not helping him with his problem, pouting so much that you can’t help but reach over to kiss it all better. He’ll smile when you’re done, telling you that your lips always know how to make him feel better and reach for them again. And even if things aren’t better, at least he feels more encouraged now to make them so.

Lazy kisses:

I know I’ve said it often through this piece, but if Chanwoo can just keep you wrapped up in him all day, that’s exactly what he wants to do. There’s nothing better to him than relaxing on the sofa or in bed, snuggled up with you on his chest, and him wrapped literally all around you. It’s great in winter because you are encased in a human blanket, garnering kisses on the crown of your head or on your lips whenever you resurface for air and to smile at him. Again, much like in the mornings, there isn’t a lot of talk during these sessions until you want to move. “Nuh-uh,” he’ll tell you, tightening his grip around you. “But I need to go to the bathroom!” you’ll cry back, wriggling in his firm embrace. He’ll whine and eventually let you go, waiting at the door so as soon as you’re out again he can capture you in his arms, walking you both back to where you were and resuming your lazy cuddle session.

In summer, this isn’t as comfortable considering it’s too hot, much to Chanwoo’s dismay, and so you opt to sit side by side with your head on his shoulder, kissing your linked hands as you bask in the mindful approach of doing absolutely nothing. Again, don’t think of leaving him though, he might not have himself all over you, but he will if you try to cut any lazy day session short!

 Dating Chanwoo is like being able to experience everything with your best friend. You get to play, have fun, tease one another and then kiss it all away when it gets too much. You know with ease that your relationship will continue because you have a solid foundation from your friendship that made you compatible from the get-go. Thank god for that collectible find back when you were friends because now you’ve got the limited editions of each other for many years to come.
