[CT preliminary Day26: 04/12] . 今天結束4堂課以後的課表。💪🏼 . Bench Press 40/40/50/50/50KG 8/8/5/5/6 reps Pull Up (slow negative) 10reps/4 sets Australian Pull Up 如圖 10reps/ 4 sets Lateral Delt Raise 2.5KG 12reps/ 4 sets Reverse Bicep Curls 8KG 10reps/ 4 sets Rear Delt Fly 6KG 12sets/ 4 reps W shoulder rotation 2KG 15reps/ 3 sets . 有時候訓練的重點就是完成✅finish the drill ! 今天教課結束後雖然有點累,但是既然定下目標了,就要照做。練習瑜伽也好,重量訓練也好,靜坐也好,重點就是執行,完成,然後第二天再重複。 . CT Preliminary Day21: 4/03]
#什麼練習都好穩定真的很重要啦 . 今天三堂課的中間到健身房練習,開始研究一下所有背部肌肉鏈(posterior chain)的啟動和力量。Deadlift 的鍛鍊能強化背部的肌肉,減少下背部疼痛的問題,在核心訓練能連結下肢和上肢來增加身體的流動性 mobility,這動作要做準確真的超難!過去的三次紀錄的練習都是亂七八糟的數字,目前還在練習蹲舉時要維持脊椎的中軸的穩定,又是一個生物力學的練習...很難但很有趣! . Deadlifts。硬舉 3/24 40/60/70/75KG 10/10/8/5 reps 生病前的數字,在進步中,比起前面幾次就只有50KG😘 . 4/2 40/50/60/70/80KG 10/10/10/8/2 reps 太看得起自己了,急著舉重一點,最後就是舉不起來🙄 . 4/5 40/40/50/60KG 10/10/10/8 reps 今天這重量比較穩定了 👏 . 1. 這些力量在健身房裡上上下下,有時力不從心,有時卻很猛,除了營養和睡眠以外,身體在暖身前也需要有點放鬆,做一點伸展加上暖身有幫助,就算在瑜伽flow之前有幾個固定的開髖,伸展大腿後側和呼吸練習等再開始會比較舒服 . 2. 這禮拜在瑜伽練習是修復restorative周,在課堂上加入了一個好玩的元素(給同學的連假special),就是以H老師給的功課做練習,在每一個修復得動作夾了一個自己最「討厭」的動作。如果你討厭扭���側三角(😡),在每個修復系列後做這個動作,整個練習系列就不斷的面對自己「討厭」的動作。這遊戲很棒的地方就是可以一直面對自己對於厭惡的身體感覺做調整!
回到健身房,我真的很不喜歡Deadlifts,所以這禮拜可能要分開幾次面對這「不喜歡」的感覺! . 同學們這禮拜快來教室和我一起玩這遊戲吧!心裡面想好你討厭那一些動作! . 3. 在綜合訓練的時候常常要把啞鈴搬來搬去,然後槓鈴其實也蠻重的。健身房規矩就是用完了要歸位(像用完磚塊毛毯歸位一樣,差別是那些輔具不重!)。所以開始進步了的時候,加重量要搬來搬去也變成是一種運動了!其實很多新一代的健身器材強調方便、省時間,免各種健身器材,實際上在健身房啞鈴搬來搬去也是蠻有效的,中間還可以休息幾分鐘,感覺,思考,聽歌,也是一種讓自己在一個鍛鍊競爭的環境,聚焦很重要外,調整自己的節奏也是一種練習。說實在學問很多。 . 反正就是All In Baby,finish strong,繼續練習吧... . 休息了明天再加油! . . . . #creativeyogi #crosstraining #weightlifting #weighttraining #bootyclass#yogainspiration #yogilife #yogapractice #therapeutic #nikecrosstraining#nikecrossfit #metcondsxflyknit2 #runningyogi #crosstrainingshoes#totalbodyworkout #strengthtraining #strength #practice#strengthandconditioning #betterthanyesterday #AllInBaby #calisthenics

#第一次突破70KG大關 #有史以來最翹的臀部 #吃得好睡得好超級重要 #別小看營養學
1. Barbell Squat 深蹲是個很累人但同時很快有成就感的運動,背蹲舉的動作需要上下半身得力量一起完成這個動作,所以在練習這姿勢的時候,身體要前傾,臀部要往後翹一點讓臀部,大腿後側,腳跟一起使力。站起來的時候也需要同時連結下半身和脊椎維持中立的原則讓身體完整的站立起來!這動作常常在瑜伽練習裡要捲尾谷骨習慣了,然後核心不夠力量的時候會沒辦法舉起來,臀部和大腿會感覺非常吃力,所以在最有效的姿勢下要如何產生最大的力量在於你的技巧 skill! . 2. 這動作可以很上癮的原因是你可以看到是否有進步。這是我第一次突破70KG大關,然後60kg reps次數來到10,70KG第一次就來到8次數,我的體力應該是回來了! . 3月7日 50/55/60/65/60KG 8/8/7/5/7 reps . 3月21日 40/50/55/60/65KG 8/8/8/5/6 reps . 3月28日 40/50/50/60/70KG 8/10/10/10/8 . #creativeyogi #crosstraining #weightlifting #weighttraining #bootyclass#yogainspiration #yogilife #yogapractice #therapeutic #nikecrosstraining#nikecrossfit #metcondsxflyknit2 #runningyogi #crosstrainingshoes#totalbodyworkout #strengthtraining #strength #practice#strengthandconditioning #betterthanyesterday #AllInBaby #lululemon

Train Eat Sleep Study Work Repeat . 在復原的過程中,營養的確是很重要,食物是能量的來源,要訓練,要練習,要休息,自然也要吃的好。cross fit完後就吃,吃飽就休息,休息後就閱讀,然後上班,不斷的重複每一天做的事,建立的是一種有紀律,有智慧和有覺知的平衡生活。 . 我今天問問哪裡其中一位教練說你今天練習了嗎?他說還沒,那我再問他你的教練是誰,他說我自己,那你偷懶的時候誰知道,他說我自己,那誰決定你什麼時候要練習什麼時候要吃,他說我自己啊! . 所以凡事靠自己,要生活平衡,日常其實就是一無條件的在重複Repeat。 . . .

Day9+10 . 舉重的心理狀態是一種很妙的感覺,今天和昨天比起來同樣的重量,但是次數多了,我在想如果今天我不知道有多重,不知道是否能舉更多次?每次加更重的時候,就有點害怕😱,可能是害怕沒有力量💪🏼,可能害怕受傷🤕️,也可能害怕嘗試,不管心裡的障礙是什麼,只要在進步中熬過去,好像又比較強壯一點!這種感覺或許就是重量訓練激發出來的勇氣,每次洗完澡走出去又是比昨天再強壯一點。補充能量去了🥣⋯⋯ . Pull Up w/ band 3sets 越多次約好 今天全身無重量的訓練,臀部肌肉燃燒🔥到不行,Pull Up用彈力帶輔助,還是兩條比較簡單,一條勉強,手臂💪🏼快爆炸了!
Push Up 3x20 - 兩個sets就掛了!這是練習chaturanga重要的運動,再推上來的時候雙腳大腿、臀部和腹部都要一起運用,然後胸骨要碰到凳子才算,看來沒做得很好,最後一次腿軟😂!

[Cross Training Preliminary Training session Day7 ] . 紀錄一下今天的menu . Warm Up 5min walk/ leg swings front and side until groin is warm . 1)Barbell Squat 4sets/5reps(如圖63kg) Warm Up 40/10 50/8 reps 55/8 60/5 63/4 Barbell Squat 是很很講求技術的動作,剛開始在練習這舉重的時候,不知道如何省力,比方說離開舉重架不能跨太遠,一小步就好了,待會回來的時候才不會太浪費力量。深蹲的時候保持雙腳膝蓋往外,必須要用腳跟和臀部肌肉站起來。手的位置要讓肩胛骨穩定後讓舉重的桿子能穩定的在上斜方肌最厚的肌肉上。今天力量太棒了,能來到63KG四次!已經超越開始的目標了... . 2)Chin Ups 3xAM Reps Blue Strap藍色太難了 換到Green Strap,Betty Spotting 5reps/5reps 這和pullup一樣是我的罩門,完全幾乎來上去,透過幫忙勉強5次、😥 . 3)Push Up 3xAMReps 15/13/10 reps 這種pushup需要連帶核心,腿要直,下腹部要收進來,臀部要捲下,胸口在每次下來的時候要碰到凳子! . 4)Walking Lunges +weights 加上重量5kg each arm 2x30reps 來到跨步的時候不停,連繫做並且上來的時候要用腳跟踩下。 . 5)Shoulder Pull Through(knees on floor, arm pull with elbow raised higher to shoulder level) 3x12 24kg/6 18/10kg 18/8kg . 6)GHD Glute Ham Developers Machine (大腿後側膕膀肌+臀肌的訓練,招納了腹肌和啟動豎直肌) 7/7reps - 這機器很累人😒、但聽說美臀就要靠他了! . 今天的健身筆記是在 #運動前後需控制好飲食,#休息和注意體力的恢復recovery,實際上在舉重選手前跑步會什麼都舉不起來,力量會被消耗掉,所以建議舉重後跑步,就算跑不遠也沒關係。 . 目前沒做太多的腹部的訓練,因為舉重的形式和技巧對的話,腹部自然的會被運用,著和瑜伽差不多,在任何動作,你的uddiyana bandha會固定好才移動,這樣能招攬核心一起來完成動作。 . 休息很重要,我也喜歡做完後加入瑜伽的伸展來緩和肌肉的張力,有時候躺下腳放在牆上 Viparitta Karani是個很不錯的選擇! . creativeyogi #crosstraining #weightlifting #weighttraining #bootyclass#yogainspiration #yogilife #yogapractice #therapeutic #nikecrosstraining#nikecrossfit #metcondsxflyknit2 #runningyogi #crosstrainingshoes#beatyesterday #restorativeyoga #totalbodyworkout #strengthtraining#strength #practice #strengthandconditioning #betterthanyesterday#AllInBaby #roguefitness #rogue #ghd
