For Day 4, I share with you Txell Fuste’, phonetically pronounced Txell, chay - EE as in chair without the ‘r’ and Fuste’ , Foss tah as in Foster in English. Txell is a yoga trainer, kayaker, and mountain climber from Catalan. Fitness is a high priority for her.
