So, there was once a crossover between Tezuka star system and Turma da Mônica (brazilian comic series), since Osamu Tezuka and Maurício de Sousa (the series' original author) were friends.

So naturally I'm throwing series protagonist Mônica in Astro boy 2003, making a few tweaks for her to fit there. She'd be Astro and Uran's cool older friend and I'm HERE for it

AB Fanweek Day 1!!

Friendship / Rebuild / Honesty

This took me waaaay longer than it should have, it’s now April 2nd but you won’t tell right 😅

Yuuko is placed a bit awkwardly, but I felt like she wouldn’t make it into any of the other pieces and sort of rushed her into the composition. Would probably have moved her somewhere closer to the foreground (and farther out of Ochan’s silhouette) in hindsight. Well, I promised myself I would try to learn as much as possible from these in order to justify spending my whole week on Astro Boy fanart!
