Unique Magic:

Rose has the power of premonitions (which she always assumed were just dreams that conveniently came true). The events she sees can happen within a minute, the next day, even a few weeks. But most occur within a few days.

Backstory:

Cursed by Maleficent herself, she’s been raised in a wood cutters cottage by the three good fairies for fifteen years. Except one of the fairies slipped and revealed everything to her prematurely. This made Rose quite unhappy but she tries to put on a happy facade.

Aurora, Princess of Volta

The first of my many Lolirock ocs: Aurora is one of Auriana's 32 sisters - although she's only a half sister to Auri on their father's side. She has a questionable relationship with her family after being separated from them and Isolated by Gramorr. She's a bubbly but ambitious and tenacious girl - determined to not be looked down on for only being "half a princess".

-like most the princesses of Volta, Aurora was captured by Gramorr when he attacked their realm. Much of the family was kept together but Aurora wasn’t one of them. Being left isolated in a small prison cell for year has given her some serious claustrophobia

When gramorr conquered Volta he was met with resistance and in the fight the palace was destroyed. Aurora remembers trying to escape only to have her path blocked by flames. Her fear is very reasonable

Back Story

Aurora is one of many princesses of Volta. She’s the closest sister to Auriana in age, being just a little bit older than her. She’s only a half sibling to Auriana, her father is the King but she has a different mother. Despite being among the older children, because she’s only half royalty she’s pretty low in the running for the throne.

Aurora was never really close to any of her massive family. As a young child she and Auriana were friends because they’re so close in age, but after they’d both hit their shanila Aurora started to notice how differently they were treated.  Her shanila was of course a big deal and treated as such, but once she was past it her life returned to business as usual. Auriana on the other hand was treated as a maturing princess who needed to learn to be in charge of things given that she was reasonably in line for the throne. This was the biggest hit to Aurora that made the gap between herself and her siblings a solid issue.

When Volta fell she, like most of the royal family, was imprisoned by Gramorr. While much of the family was kept together in a single cell a number of the older children weren’t lucky enough to be kept with their family, Aurora was one of those children. She was kept on her own completely isolated for years, because of this she became even more disconnected from others. Her time in Isolation made her very independent and self reliant but also very self absorbed. She’s always been the only person she had to count on and also the only person she’s ever had to worry about.

Since Gramorr’s defeat she’s been trying to make up for all she missed growing up in his prison, and a lot of her personality and likes have formed around that. She loves spending her time outside, enjoying the sunlight that she barely saw before. After years of isolation she loves being the center of attention, she’s taken to showing off in any way she can, and she particularly loves celebrations for giving her lots of opportunity to do so. Much like her sister she enjoys performing, both dancing and singing.  Since being freed she’s started working with her brother and Izira’s resistance force to help repair the damage Gramorr did to Ephedia. She’s a little jealous of the relationship her brother has with her other siblings, but she hopes working alongside him will help bring her closer to her family.

"Mr. Itsuawari--?" Aurora knocked on her boss' door, an ear pressed against the door to ensure she wasn't interrupting a phone meeting before peeking in.

"If this is a good time, I have the files from the freelance investigator about the Nomura case? I was told not to open it and give it directly to you." The blonde held up the tightly sealed file, obviously obeying orders from the investigator. While a curious soul Aurora was more focused on her boss and job than nosing around in the firm's private clients.

She fiddled with her glasses, green eyes trying to find her boss in his office. "Umm -- Mr. Itsuawari?"

Aurora Reverie is based on Aurora from Sleeping Beauty. She is a 35 year old gifted human, baker/cashier at Organic Fuel, and uses she/her pronouns. She has the power of dream walking. Aurora is portrayed by Ana de Armas and she is taken.

CATCHING MY DEATH, AND I COULDN’T BE SURE 

A child born with the world and none the wiser, Aurora spent most of her life unaware of the fact that she was royalty to a small kingdom not too far off from the cottage home she was raised in. When she was just a baby she had been inflicted a curse that would enact the moment she ever fell in love. Love came with eternal slumber, and only her father knew why the infamous Malina Saleh would burden a baby with this spell. She was sent away, hidden by magic, only ever allowed to leave the cottage when one of her nannies was around. Despite the harsh conditions and the lack of answers to her questioning why her life was like this, Aurora tried to make the most of her life. She loved her nannies, they were more parents than her actual ones ever were, and she trusted them more than anyone else in the world. Still, stolen moments in the woods led to more than she ever had thought they would. She met a boy with the kindest heart she had ever seen and eyes to get lost in forever. The two continued to meet up in what they thought was secret, and Aurora thought she had something wonderful to look forward to. It turned out her parents caught wind of the interactions and instead of locking Aurora up in the home she knew, they locked her in the castle with no one. 

Never knowing the cost that came with her freedom, Aurora was thrown into the royal world and responsibilities that came with it. She had an arranged marriage lined up with a guy she wasn’t allowed to meet and duties she had to conform to that she did not wish to have. The only benefit was gaining the knowledge that she was trapped because of a curse that was made on her so long ago. She had to sneak around to learn the name of the fae who cursed her, but once she had Malina’s name memorized, she was determined to meet up with her and get the curse removed. She had snuck out to find the dark fae when she had gotten lost in the woods. During her journey she took a fumble and when she woke up, she was in a place called Evermore. Her memories were all there of her previous life, except for the ones that involved the boy in the woods. It was scary and confusing, but as years passed and her chances of leaving Evermore seemed futile, she really started to embrace her freedom. Yes, she was still cursed but, without knowing how, her curse has started to change in Evermore, she still feared what might come when she fell in love but she started being able to walk through other people’s dreams - perhaps a twist to her own fate of an endless sleep. She isn’t sure if her curse still stands or has morphed forever into something new but she isn’t afraid, she’s ready to live her life.

As much as she tries to not look too long she can’t help herself. There’s something so comforting about him.  ❀ Fawn Ferrera: Whenever Aurora comes across an animal in trouble, she knows just who to call to help them out. Fawn has become a good friend, and an even better one to the animals.

Aurora Floros

Aurora hails from the 13th. Her mother was an unsundered ancient by the miracle of her mother's ingenuity. As for her father, he was one a shepherd of the 13th before its fall. She had a very good early childhood with a mother and father who both loved her dearly. At some point, after the war came to their province, her father was found to have magic. This saw him become a scout, though his family was permitted to go with him.

This lasted for about a year before the fall of their world. Aurora watched as her father's soul and energy were slowly corrupted while he tried to protect them shortly after. Everyone was turning into these nasty things, but he was still okay. Eventually, Polaris would make a deal with an Ascian, Emet Selch. Through this, her mother would be reunited with her father, though the cost was perhaps steeper than anyone thought it would be.

The then six-year-old was soon kicking and screaming as she realized that this man would take her away from her father. Aurora is and always will be a daddy's girl, and she did not like that he was not going with him. Polaris calmed her down by giving her a necklace that he wore the match too. He promised his daughter that they would all be together again someday. This calmed her, and she went with her mother to the source.

A year would pass, and she would lose hope of ever seeing her father again. A promise broken, or so she thought. Her mother, though an unsundered ancient, was unable to use magic. Being a single mother with only a familiar to help her was not ideal, so she devised a plan. Hadianna became a reaper and made a pact with The Voidsent Prince, Ophiuchus.

Her seven-year-old did not take well to the voidsent that had once been her father at first. That was not daddy! That thing's energy and soul was gnarled and utterly wrong. Aurora did not like it and made things difficult for Ophiuchus at first. She was not fond of when her mother would be called to town and would leave the voidsent to watch her.

Eventually, Aurora would accept that the voidsent was not going anywhere. Her mother seemed to like him a great deal. She really wasn't sure how her mother could enjoy the company of such a twisted thing. The child had chosen to ignore him for the most part.

On one of the days he had been left to watch her, some bandits came to their small homestead. They tried to grab her, which caused her to scream and fight against the men. It wasn't long before the voidsent came out, his entrance giving her a chance to escape. Aurora will never forget the words that left his mouth.

"Fiore, get in the house!"

Hearing the nickname after so long started her enough to make her freeze. What? Only Daddy called her that. Did.....did he remember now? Did the voidsent know who he had been before now? Her pause was enough time for more bandits to come and bar her from getting to the house. With nowhere else to go, she headed for her father. The smaller-than-average child seeking shelter under his legs.

"Daddy, I'm scared."

"Sit down and dim your sight, Fiore."

Aurora had learned from Grampy how to turn her soul sight off. Though, with her being traditionally blind, that was scary for her. It caused the whole world to go completely black. Regardless, she did it, and once it was done, the screams started. Screams of fear as the voidsent cast off the mortal guise he had been wearing. It took him only a short time to eat through them. The mass of fresh aether left him feeling high. e

Once they were gone, he resumed the mortal mask and went to scoop up Aurora. She held onto him tightly as he carried her into the house. At some point, the child would pass out on his chest. She doesn't remember much other than him refusing to let her go, which was fine with her. There was also the sense of them moving to a bed, and she woke up with him and Mama the next morning.

After that, things went pretty well, and she had no real complaints about her childhood. Sure, it was hard for her to keep friends. Even in his mortal guise, Daddy still gave off funky vibes and that scared most people. She never blamed him, and she would always well-liked in town. Aurora just learned to keep people from being brought home. Not a big deal.

She would eventually start to travel at some point after the second turn of the final days. Her first stop would be none other than Raz-ad-Han. Aurora enjoys the city and small town around the island. Being close to the beach also reminds her of home. And who knows, maybe she will make a friend out of the city's local half voidsent.

meet the drummer in Robin's band! Recently renamed to R.A.B it stands for Robin, Ash and Basil.
