Patrick McGoohan vs. Bill Savage (or Stanley Baker as some people call him).
I was halfway through watching Hell Drivers (1957) before it dawned on me this was Patrick McGoohan. I recognised nearly every other face in the cast (not hard to do as it includes Sean Connery, Sid James, William Hartnell, Herbert Lom and David McCallum among others) but couldn't figure out who this actor was.
Interestingly McGoohan would later be offered the role of James Bond but he turned it down. The role went to the aforementioned Mr. Connery.

I am Haitham. I love school and studying very much. In the future, I will study to become a doctor to treat patients. I was deprived of studying because of the war, so they prepared study tents for me, but I did not have books to study with. I was very sad. I did not have books with me. Suddenly, Sayed surprised me with a sweet gift. Watch the video 🫵⬇️⬇️

And then Eric walks out onto the stage and I paused it and went, oh, it's the dance. -Danielle
Oh, I knew it. Like five minutes in. -Wil
You guys remember what this was all a reference to, an homage to right? -Rider
Oh yeah, absolutely. -Will
The full Monty....Full Monty had come out, was nominated for an Academy Award. It was a huge hit. And it became a Broadway show too but it was before it was a live show. But it was a huge, it was a great movie. I gotta watch that again. But the whole thing was about guys learning how to dance or strip ultimately, but this is, yeah. So it's, it's that we were riffing on that. It's so funny to think of all the influences that our writers were having, you know, engaging with pop culture. -Rider
....Did you guys have fun rehearsing it? -Danelle
Yeah. I mean, it was a lot of work and I remember being nervous and yeah. But I remember Steve Hoefer saying, 'cause like it was Steve Hoefer's take was like, Will's the best when we did the first day, he, he's like, Will's amazing. And then by the end he was like, you know, Will was the best outta the gate and then just kind of stayed there....you were, I remember the first day you had no problems. Nailed it and then just kinda stayed there. -Rider
That's it. I've got it down. I'm out. Sounds about right. I also can't dance. I just can't, I can do a lot of things very well. Dancing ain't one of them. -Will
I think one of my favorite pieces of Ford lore is the fact he likes the Eurythmics. Like could you imagine to him & McGucket just listening to Savage late at night while working on the portal? Amazing
