Released in July of 2013, Coming of Age is Cordelia Love's debut album. Highly anticipated by her youtube audience, Coming of Age released to a strong fanbase and shot up the charts. Completely written by Love and produced by newcomer Nikhil Kothari before Love was signed to Roque Records, critics praised the album for Love's strong vocals and Kothari's experimental production.

Featuring eleven original songs and four included on the deluxe version, Coming of Age includes five singles: Feather, Coming of Age, Movie Star, Reckless Driving ft Kendall Knight of Big Time Rush, and Sparks Fly.

so I’ve hit the big one. Thank you for 10k followers, that’s literally so insane I really don't deserve this. I made this blog a little over two years ago, and it’s been so much fun to make so many new friends on here! So I have a few things lined up as a thank you, so this is gonna get long. 

I’m opening my requests and making a game out of it, so send me an emoji and get a set/gfx:

Second I just want to thank all of the people who have interacted with me over the past two years, whether we're best friends or you just sent me an anon, I truly appreciate you. I don't wanna start listing out mutuals or followers because that would inevitably leave someone out, and there are so many people I've never even spoken to; but recognize urls from my notifications, that are dear to me. Thank you for giving me a reason to keep making content, especially art. This blog is the reason I truly got back into drawing and have tried really hard to improve over the past two years. Without you guys, I'd still be drawing flat faces and not blending anything 😭 You have no idea what your small encouragements have meant to me when I've been stressed or struggling with a drawing. And I'm just thankful to feel like I'm accepted tbh. Having ppl call me by my name in tags, even if we've never talked - especially if we've never talked - it makes me feel like really comfortable and loved? That's corny, but I can't think of a better word. I also just want to say thank you for letting me love Chris so loudly, he is really my greatest comfort; and being able to just express that in whatever way my unhinged brain thinks has been so fun and just so nice. There are a billion blogs on this site and you choosing to come here and stay here is truly a gift that idk how to pay back. I know this is just tumblr and it's not that serious, but it's the place I find comfort, so I'm thankful I've got you to share it with.

[NEWS] Oct Update + Future Plans!

Hello, Happy October! We apologize for being quiet for the past 2 weeks. We had originally intended to work on the goals for the month of October; however, as we advanced, we found it difficult due to our circumstances. Therefore, we would like to give an update about our current situation and our future plans.

What's Happening?

As you may know, H9O6 is a two-person team. Hinata Yoyo, the project lead of MY DEAR☆LOVE, will be relocating to Japan in two weeks. As a result, we have been busy with preparation which has slowed our development significantly, and unfortunately we expect more delays until Hinata Yoyo has settled down in Japan.

What are the impacts?

The greatest impact is that there will be a significant delay in game development since the team will have to work in different time zones. Other consequences include slow updates, late responses and etc. Nonetheless, we have our future plan mapped out for the final demo release:

October Since Hinata Yoyo is leaving in 2 weeks, we are quite occupied with preparation. We will mainly work on sprites and GUI revamp for the final demo. In addition, we will also try to polish the writing and add contents for stat-raising simulation since the production of the current demo was rushed. There won't be much work on sound & music however we'll clean up the pieces. As for programming, we'll review the current system and design a better construction.

November Hinata Yoyo will be relocated to Japan and will require time to settle. In other words, game development may stall for weeks until further news on Hinata Yoyo's end. We will focus on text-based work (writing and programming) instead of visuals. Minor updates may be made for art and programming.

December Hinata Yoyo may be moving within Japan for work. This again, may slow the game development although we would like to progress as much as we can. We'll focus more on the writing and programming for the final demo release.

January If all goes well, we'll put the finishing touches to our final demo (ver 2.2.0), which includes enhanced functions of stat-raising mode, updated graphics such as more character expressions and in-game visuals, and polished game system.

We had mentioned to release the game in Q1 2025 and we are working according to this timeline. However, being a two-person team with a 14-hour time difference, there are possible delays in game development at all times. To make this fair for our supporters, we'll make our game development as transparent as possible by giving weekly updates on Ko‑fi and monthly updates on our other social media platforms.

As we would like to ensure the quality of the game and be consistent with our work, there is a chance of changing the timeline. We hope you all understand our hardship during this time and thank you for the support.
