Regarding Q and his relationship with his boss, do you think they could actually become a couple? Because as you said, Q is clearly using his body to protect Ryu. But why does his Boss want him? Because he feels something for Q or just because he enjoys the power/fear/submission? I am actually wondering why he would want him specifically when he has several lovers at his disposal. I wonder how their relationship will go...

I can't really see Q and his boss ending up as a couple - not if what the show is currently implying is true.

As for why Q's boss wants him when there's plenty of other willing guys around? I guess for the same reason he's now showing a similar interest in Ryu: because he can, because he's horny, because he's the one in charge and how could anyone refuse him? So yeah, all of what you mentioned. Judging by his reaction, Q seems to be a favourite of his, but I doubt it's because he's caught feelings.

There's 10 more episodes to go, and a lot can still happen. If anything I trust the director to give us compelling characters (and lots of neon and angst). 🤞

I had forgotten that I had started a style study to see if I could adapt Iria to a 2D interpretation of Rebels art style. Idk what my original plan was for it, so I just redesigned the outer layer of her costume, colored her, and cleaned it up!

She's not an imp, but she is a scholar and consultant, and she's absolutely loyal to the big blue boss man. Plus I just wanted to draw the 7th Fleet insignia on her.

Sorrow’s End probably my fav arc since Burza Nyth, unfortunately containing the clunkiest plot point since Weekend at Orimar’s. The Ralé town makes sense to include, it makes sense for Jonnit to check out whatever new experiences a location has to offer, it makes sense for Jonnit to interact with the magical history of Sorrow’s End as the resident caster. The way it all plays out a trope that was tired in the 17th century with a newcomer carrying the colonial cultural package representing a supernaturally significant presence in an indigenous culture.
