i think it would be fun if apocalypse’s horseman were all redheads
seriously though, i remember seeing an article predicting these four as potential horsemen and i think it could be really interesting. from a narrative standpoint, having two be major characters and two lesser seen character who could be developed through being brought back could be super interesting !! also they all died at genosha and i think that stark reminder would cause a lot of tension and what not

The Tree Banshee theory
This is a theory predicting the role of Spooky Month's most enigmatic monster, one many fans might not even know about yet, so sit back and enjoy!
Watching HS for a second time, Gregor's pose here stuck out to me, so I went back to check my hunch...
Yep, he's in the same pose as the figure on the left wing of the gate. But what about the tree like figure on the right wing?
Well, for that, we turn to the movie theatre, many fans know about the demon priest poster that foreshadowed HS back in TT, well we see a very interesting poster for a second in episode 6
"The Forest Sight", huh?
Now for the clencher, we turn to an image from the arg
The same eye patterns, and a ghoulish being I've come to call the Tree Banshee, you might remember it for it's scream in TT or for an illustration of it in the book from the TT arg.
I believe this entity also somehow benefits from sacrifices made to Eyes and that it will be a/the major monster of a future episode, which lines up well with my idea of Roy's episode being about him chasing Skid and Pump into the woods, where they get lost.

2023 Oscars Thoughts
This Oscars was (in my opinion) the best in a while.
The jokes weren’t that bad! You can never expect everything to land at award shows, but oftentimes the entire show is downright painful (shoutout to Amy Schumer). Overall, Jimmy Kimmel did a good job!!
The lovely birthday tribute to James Martin of An Irish Goodbye was one of my absolute favorite moments, how sweet was that.
I can’t remember if they’ve done this in past years, but regardless, the individual shoutouts to each Best Picture nomination was really nice to see.
This goes without saying, but all of the nominees and winners this year were absolutely wonderful and totally deserving. It made me really happy to see all of them recognized (despite a few snubs).
The reduced play off music! I was really happy to see they dialed it back compared to some of the other shows. Don’t get me wrong it’s always a little awkward and disappointing to see, but when award shows are playing off their biggest winners it’s downright embarrassing. At least the Oscars aren’t doing that too.
JENNYY!!! Her death absolutely DEVASTATED me so seeing her on stage was very healing<3
The performances were great! Naatu Naatu from RRR was really fun, Hold My Hand from Top Gun: Maverick was heartfelt, This Is A Life from Everything Everywhere All At Once had great visuals, and Lift Me Up from Black Panther was beautiful.
The speeches were heartfelt! They often are, but these really struck a chord.
The fashion was gorgeous too! Some favorites were Cara Delevingne, Jessica Chastain, and Lady Gaga.
All of my predictions were correct except one (director)! And they were who I was rooting for anyways so that was awesome.
Finally, this has been said many times before, but it’s been beyond delightful to see underappreciated older actors who’ve been in the industry for a long time finally having their well deserved moments. I don’t think I’ve ever been quite so happy to see anyone win an award before. I’m over the moon for Ke Huy Quan, Jamie Lee Curtis, Brendan Fraser, and Michelle Yeoh.
Edit: Just wanted to add this because I think it’s kinda funny but I was fully prepared to watch this muted and just turn the volume on for the speeches and people I like. I had the remote on hand and everything.

THE BANSHEES OF INISHERIN (2022)
[Caption: gifs from the film that show the parts of Colm’s dialogue in a scene in the tavern. With some frustraition, he tells Pádraic in an impassioned speech: “Ah well, I suppose niceness just doesn’t last then, does it, Pádraic? But shall I tell ya something that does last? [...] Music lasts... [...] And paintings last. And poetry lasts. [...] Do you know who we remember for how nice they was in the 17th Century? [...] Absolutely no-one. Yet we all remember the music of the time. Everyone, to a man, knows Mozart’s name. [...] In fifty years time, no-one will remember any of us. Yet the music of a man who lived two centuries ago...”.]

get my muse to talk about a crush they have // accepting!
@mnyehlike asked: ღ? for andal and banshee :]
Andal thinks for a few moments about who he could bring up. A small smile appears on his lips when someone comes to mind. “There’s one guy -- an Exo, and it’s not Cayde, if it was him it’d be too obvious -- ‘n’ he’s a little similar to Tevis, if I had to compare. Always tends to sit off by himself...” He really ought to get the guy included with the pack. Even Tevis spends time with them, regardless of how annoyed he gets at the Kinderguardians on occasion.
Banshee, on the other hand, has to take a much longer pause, refocusing his train of thought away from the gun in his hands. “Uh...” He sees a whole lot of people in a day, surely there was bound to be someone who sticks out in his mind, despite the obvious issue? “Probably predictable, but...he’s a Hunter. That’s all I’m gonna say ‘n’ you can probably guess.”

More proof of the Tree Banshee theory
So, we know that the cult influenced the appearance for the church, with the diamond shaped window on the front door, so there's good odds they were responsible for this
A stained glass window depicting what appears to be a crucifixion as a person being turned into a tree, which further fits my idea of the banshee acting as a warden of sacrificed souls.

Bede’s 2023 Oscar Predictions
Bede’s 2023 Oscar Predictions #Oscars #AcademyAwards #Predictions
Well, everyone. It’s that time once again. The Oscars are upon us. What a wild ride this entire award season has been these past few months. After the complete utter insanity that was last year’s ceremony with the infamous “Slapgate” incident, I honestly don’t know what to expect from this year’s awards. Seriously, between this and the whole MOONLIGHT/LA LA LAND Best Picture mix-up back in 2017,…
