Did someone say "Bamboo banner"?
Tumblr media
Been watching Lizzie's POV and man, I can't help myself when a specific banner design is called for
Here's my favorite bamboo shield design I've come up with, but believe you me there are more where this came from!

Minecraft idea vomit incoming in no particular order: Sliding, crawling, knocking on doors and trapdoors, arrows being able to shatter glass and glass panes, colored lighting, bricks of all types being able to be cracked by tnt, mossy bricks generating glow lichen or vines in the right environments, the nether having distinct layers of blackstone, gravel, and basalt near the top and bottom, being able to boost using rockets while wearing elytra without having them in your hotbar, projectile reflection enchantment, leeching (steal xp from players and mobs), being able to trident through certain blocks like ice, leaves, glass. malachite (green crystals, smelts into copper), cave lizards and flowers, rice, pottery system, crowns and tiaras, sea vault (giant underwater structure akin to a prison), drowned sometimes latching onto you “hugging” rather than hurting you directly, spiders walking upside down and sideways on walls on deepslate, logs, and leaves. Redstone pockets with pretty red crystals, armadillos, deer, elk, snails, birds, different wolf breeds, paintings becoming unique items rather than random, automated record playing on jukebox, ghostly apparitions in mineshafts, fog and sandstorm as weather conditions, different types of grass including clovers, ancient swords and tools from archaeology, stars and such you can see in the night sky only with spyglass, rocket powered boats and minecarts, drill minecart/automated mining added same time as nerf to iron farm, copper pipes and bellows, iron fans, phantom membrane leather, changes to phantoms in general including making them weaker in the overworld but a stronger variant in the end, rare green eyed endermen in the nether who will barter with you, crying obsidian name-changed to charged obsidian and magmatic obsidian added, both as a result from mob events; charged from charged creeper explosions, dragonfire, wither explosions and lightning. Magmatic from contact with lava for a long period of time, red dragons in overworld depths, underground “sea caverns”, bamboo building blocks, increased crit from 360 rotation in air before hit, shield bashing, sword parrying, explosive and poisonous gas pockets in deep underground, pumpkin pie placeable, apple pie same deal, chocolate cake same deal, golden potato and beetroot.

This is an old OC of mine called Elijah or Eli for short. He is a part of an abandoned AU I and one of my best friends played on Minecraft. He is the son of my Persona character Scavenger. According to the lore I wrote for him, his white splotches are caused by a deficiency that affects pigment and height. Elijah has an adopted younger brother called Bamboo who is a prince of dwarfs. They both became orphans after bandits raided their parents camp. Eli made it his personal mission to keep Bamboo safe and acts as his bodyguard. I don't really know what to say about Elijah. He can be rude and ignorant towards new people but kind and respectful to old friends. He wields an axe his father gifted him and a large long shield. urghhh Yeah, that's it really. He isn't too interesting of a character in comparison to Scav... well in my opinion lmao.

I like how overall the Illager runes are more strong/warlike and complex, sometimes taking Galactic and making it "double". Standard runic "a" looks like the start of Minecraft font A, and Illager looks like a more complete version of it. "b" is a full triangle/arrowhead shape whereas Galactic looks like a halved version of it, "c" is overall a stronger shape (maybe a whip?), then with "d" we have galactic looking like a river or maybe a valley, (maybe signifying them fleeing the Illagers originally?) whereas in Illager it looks similar to a bell. "e" looks like what you might put down to outline a new area of land, whereas the Illager version looks like a claw seizing over it. Then for "f" galactic might symbolize an open portcullis or the top of a market stall, or maybe a row of houses, whereas the Illager version looks like a locked gate, or maybe an outpost tower. "g" looks like it might symbolize a door or trading stall in galactic, but in Illager it's clearly reminiscent of a gallows pole. with "h" we see a T with a line over top of it, maybe representing scales or trading/law, and the illager one has dots underneath each side, perhaps indicating a more authoritarian code of law or different perspective on economics. "i" is entirely vertical in galactic but has a stronger form in Illager, taking on the same "T" motif as the letter before. "j" looks similar to bamboo or maybe a broken spear or path in standard, but in Illager it could clearly represent a sword and shield.
Tumblr media
I recreated the Dungeons Illager font bc the one website that has it broke on me, noticed some interesting similarities between it and the enchantment language. It also has links to the latin alphabet like O and Q, V and W being similar (which, look I know it's just bc the writers are latin alphabet users but it can be used for worldbuilding)
You can have both of them here, along with bordered versions of both, and a font based on the Mojang logo. Mind you, they’re rather bare-bone
Based on this post by u/Luxing23 and this one by u/Athesiel (hi Lillie!)

How To Tame A Fox In Minecraft – Verified Tasks
Before you learn How to tame a fox in Minecraft know that all animals have a natural fear of wolves. Therefore, if your creature is a wolf, Foxes will not approach you when attacked.
It is possible to tame Foxes with a few tools:
An adult male Fox with one cub
A female Fox with no cubs
Fox Paws (used in the Fox Paws: Animal Paws quest)
In Animal Paws: Animal Paws, you can find an apple on top of an apple tree, right next to a wolf cub.
You can find an apple on top of an apple tree, right next to a wolf cub. You can also obtain Fox Paws: If it is the second Fox you tame (this is the one with an adult male fox, not the one that is in the quest), you get this quest.
If it is the second Fox you tame (this is the one with an adult male fox, not the one that is in the quest), you get this quest. You can obtain the
Fox Paws: Animal Paws quest by killing a wolf at the Wolves camp and then returning a bottle of Fox Paws.
It gives you a wolf cub, which has to be tame by a Wolf to receive the Fox Paws quest. Fox Paws: The Fox Paws is unlocked by completing the Wolf Paws quest, after which the quest will no longer be needed.
After you have killed a wolf, the Wolf will come to talk to you. Ask about her name, and it will give you the name of her cub.
How To Tame A Female Fox
Go to the house and talk to the Fox.
The Female Fox will be tame and come down to you when the female Fox reaches her cub.
She will be in the middle of the road when you are standing in the middle.
Related questions
How do you tame a spider in Minecraft?
It takes a lot of time and dedication to get to a place where it is truly at peace with its environment. This means learning how to control and manage all those bugs that can crawl around and attack you.
How does it come to my home? Can I tame it if I don’t want it?
If you decide that you do not desire or have already found it, there are several ways it can come to your home without you even realizing it. You can choose not to want it, or if you like that it’s there, you can find it in some weird corner of the mine, like an invisible wall or in a corner somewhere. It doesn’t matter if you do or don’t want it, you can tame it or not. If you choose to tame it, you will have to put in a lot of effort into finding it in your local mine. I find this time to be about the worst part of the game.
How do I turn on the spider in my Minecraft?
The spider is usually found in the corner of the mine, near the door. The first thing to do is to remove the door, but you can also make the spider appear around your house or anywhere it can be seen. Make sure to keep that spider under the door and then make it look inside and make sure it is locked. It does tend to get out of it’s hiding position when it is in a corner and attack anyone who enters. If you decide to do this and your spider does come to your house, then take whatever is left of it, including some of the spider’s head, to the nearest furnace, which will cause the spider to melt into pieces and drop into the furnace as it is melting.
How do I make a fence with no spider nearby?
The best way to make a fence is to make a gate that has some distance from the gate in which the spiders can hide. To get spiders close to those distances, build a fence made of wood with some gaps around it. You can place these gaps in the ground behind the fence like a garden wall, or you can create a fence made of metal or a wooden board. You can also place a wooden door between the fence and the fence, or you can use a wall or even some rocks to create a natural barrier.
Q: Can spiders come and go at any moment, or does the house have to stay closed
A: Not without some experience, at least.
Q: How do you tame zombies in Minecraft?
A: Step 1: Select all the zombies from the player. This will take you to an NPC that can be interacted with.
Step 2: Talk to her, and she will tell you how to tame other zombies.
Step 3: Select her and select the zombie she wants to tame, this will take you to another player and another NPC that can be interacted with, this time you’ll need the other NPC’s key to enter the other player’s world.
Step 4: Once a zombie in your world has been named, you will be able to walk it. Once in your world, it’s just a matter of walking it. You are not limited to one path; if you want to move around your world more than once, you can use this trick. The trick is to go to a new player and walk to their next spawn point.
Q: Where can I get a cape?
A: It is a good idea to start by picking up a cape from the crafting station in the main world.
Q: Why do you use the cape as an item?
A: It’s because that is how the player interacts with it, and because you can find a cape by picking up a cape from a crafting station.
Q: Why don’t you have a shield?
A: Shields are very fragile, so wearing one is the way to go (and they are quite expensive).
Q: Why don’t I hear any bats!
A: The reason is that a bat built the cave so you can’t hear anything coming (it has no way of being invisible).
Q: You have no idea what I’m talking about, you idiot.
A: I can’t tell you what, because it is part of the game design, but the cave is designed to be interesting for you to explore, so you should go into it with confidence, even if you are not prepared for what you find.
Q: Why would someone wear a shield?
A: It’s because they are not allowed to wear any armour. If you are wearing armor, the cave is your haven.
Q: How do you to tame a wolf on Minecraft Xbox 360 edition?
A: I think you can. You don’t need to build it to tame a wolf at all, but you could use the crafting station to train him to walk on land at his house and then tame him. The key is to use the crafting station with an item you plan to enchant the Wolf with so the Wolf will follow you as you travel through.
You could also craft your own Wolf, and then give it to him and let him tame your house once you leave. Or you could do that and give him the crafting station, and he’ll follow you everywhere.

The spider is usually found in the corner of the mine, near the door. The first thing to do is to remove the door, but you can also make the spider appear around your house or anywhere it can be seen.
