so i have a headcannon that Isseis daughter favorite uncle is Iwa. she’s around 3-4 but it’s still obvious. Like she refuses to leave his side and probably called him daddy once which made mattsun cry (but he’ll never admit he did). So one Day The seijoh uncles and Mattsun go to meet up with some of the old team and then His daughter sees Kyo (Mad Dog). She doesn’t wanna go anywhere near him at first so iwa takes her to him, cause he doesn’t want her to be scared of anyone. After Iwa puts her down Kyo gives her a wave and introduces himself. He knows that kids like compliments so he compliments her dress and goes to sit somewhere. Iwa shrugs and goes to grab her hand but is so confused when she refuses it. Instead she walks over to where Kyo is sitting. Kyo notices her struggling to put herself on the chair next to him so when he lifts her up on it he swears he sees hearts in her eyes. Iwa is lowkey broken cause this is the first time she’s just wandered off without him. The whole time Mattsun and Makki are making old jokes, Oikawas ranting abt his volleyball career, while Iwa nods along but he can’t help but peek over once and a while to see her playing dolls with Kyo. To anyone this is normal but Iwas heart lowkey shatters. Those are like her special dolls that only her and Iwa play with, of course Makki sees her playing with them and snorts cause that’s why Iwa looks so broken. So now it’s time to go and she won’t leave Mad Dog. she’s lowkey in tears and Iwas just like trying to brush it off like “whatever”. When they all get back to Mattsuns Place, everyone’s laughing at Iwa sulking on the couch cause he’s finally feeling what it’s like to not be the favorite. Of course Oikawa has been waiting for this moment so he’s getting shots and honestly treating it like a celebration😭 Let’s just say next week when kyo came over for drinks Iwa was pouting the whole time.
