I really wanna practise my Act talent for trying to voice to my own oc's but they always sound the same,how do i improve it?with some tips?!

Unless a lot of your OC's have similar voices, try to give each one a new base voice, then go from there. For example, let's say this OC has a similar voice to, oh I dunno, Macho Man Randy Savage. Start by trying to match Macho's voice, then tweak it to make that voice yours.

I was really trying hard to proof you that this prompt can also turn into fluff but I failed. Here, have your angst instead ;w;b

“Thomas.” Samira called out into the darkness of the forest. Thomas, who is one of the 5 riders that protect the city of Raveleijn and also her grumpy boyfriend, stormed off after being in an argument with his siblings. They had appeared in Raveleijn again for a mission, only to end up stuck here with huge raven wings growing on their backs.

The cause of their wings was entirely Thomas’ fault. He made a witch mad by being his rude self. So the witch casted a curse on him, having him grow wings on his back. To make it worse; the witch found out about his other siblings and decided to give them the curse as well. Despite their reactions to getting the curse as well is mixed between scared and making fun of it, they are not happy with the situation they have been put in.

“Thomas, where are you?” She kept on calling out while her horse made way through the unsteady grounds of the forest.

Thomas had been away the whole day, but in the night he had showed up again, only to get into an argument and leave again. Samira wasn’t the only one that was worried when Thomas had been very suspicious about his whereabouts. The siblings, however, didn’t feel the need to immediately chase after him, but Samira did.

A sudden shift in the darkness made Samira halt her horse.

“Who goes there!” She held out her lantern, trying to get a view on what had just moved. Whatever it was remained on its spot behind the nearest tree. It was a big silhouette and for a moment Samira thought she could hear someone breathing.

She jumped off of her horse, her eyes not moving from the silhouette. Slowly she reached to the bag hanging from her waist. Inside resided a small knife. Samira decided it was handy to have one on her, especially if she gets targeted to get taken as damsel in distress.

“…Thomas?” Samira softly spoke as she approached the hunched over creature with caution. The light of her lantern fell on black feathers, which were well hidden in the dark. The feathers belonged to huge wings, too big for a bird but big enough for a human. She had found him.

“There you are!” Samira smiled in relief as she closed in on him. Thomas tried to scramble away but fell full on his front instead. Samira questioned his movements, but the only response she got was groan.

“S-samira. D-don’t come closer.” Thomas sounded hoarse. He clearly had been crying, but he’s still trying hard to hide his face from Samira. He was hiding something else as well.

“Why not?” Samira settled right besides Thomas, trying to make him face her.

“No! Don’t look!” Thomas shielded himself with his arms.

“Thomas, just tell me what’s wrong! You’re making me scared. Is it because you cried that I am not allowed to see your face?” She reached out, making Thomas move away before she could touch him. Unfortunately, he had moved the wrong way. He cried out in pain and gripped at his wings.

Samira finally noticed what was wrong. The way Thomas’ wings bent were wrong. Some of its feathers were missing as well. All in all, this didn’t look well.

“How did this happen?” She asked softly. Thomas didn’t look at her. When she reached out, this time Thomas let her. Samira cupped his face in her hands, gently stroking his tearstained cheeks. He gave in into the touch and tried to hold back tears while his eyes locked with Samira’s.

“It hurts, Samira.”

She had to hold back to embrace him, and instead settled for a kiss on the lips.

“We need to take care of your wings. Let’s go back.”

And with that she brought him to her horse. After struggling to get Thomas on the horse they set out. Thomas wrapped his arms around her and laid his head on her back.

“Hold on for a bit longer.” She whispered as they made their way back home.
